Had a problem after a couple of service calls and one of the issues wasn't resolved. I received a check with a refund from Jessica at The Wire Nut. Couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The company goes above what you would expect from Customer Service. Want to convey my sincere thanks as I will definitely be using The Wire Nut again. They also put in a new water heater for me and did outstanding work at a better price than other companies I had checked on. Give them a try--A+++++++++ Also thanks to Todd.

Julian and Joseph (Joe) from the Wirenut are excellent. They helped my Grandmother replace and repair her very old water heater and boiler, as well as replacing a fan in the bathroom. They are both great! Very friendly, helpful and thorough. They went above and beyond! If all the technicians are as nice and knowledgeable as these guys then the WireNut is a lucky company to have such outstanding employees!

Joseph was great. Persisted in figuring out the problem and found the solution. Was a pleasure to see someone enjoy his work.

Julian did a great job of describing the problem and systems, Riley and Joesph installed and explained the system and made sure we knew how to use it before they left. They left the house clean and were very friendly! We signed the yearly contract with them to have them maintain the system.

Courteous, professional skilled workers. This company is doing a great job at maintaining my systems and offering cost effective repairs and proposals. They give you straightforward options and do not push you into spending money unless it is absolutely needed.

Ramsey called ahead to request an earlier start. He promptly showed up ready to get to work. He did a fantastic job; that's why he gets a 5 out of 5 for his work! He's friendly, conscientious and responsive. He also clearly explained an annual service plan that we committed to. As a result, we're looking forward to a long term customer-business relationship with Wirenut.

We just had our water heater as well as furnace replaced. I called them this morning and they were out Within a couple of hours and Went straight to work. These men wear very polite And professional, and everything works Amazing. Great prices And have options for financing. Highly recommend.

Wire nut has an amazing system. I received texts with pictures of the technician that would be arriving and emails and text reminders. Todd was a wonderful technician. He prepared a written estimate before any work was done. Todd then performed all work while he was still on site. He made sure to wear booties to protect my floor and even discussed electricity with me during the project. This was exactly the workmanship and company support I needed. When they told me they also did mechanical, I scheduled a technician for another project on the spot.

I had my heater and air conditioner tuned up. They guys that came to my house to work on the system did a great job. Their communication and service were very good.

Awesome experience. Estevan was the tech. He called me twice on the way to my house so I knew when he would be there. Friendly, fixed the issue quickly and cleaned everything up.

It was great to be able to get a same day appointment. The tech called prior to arrival and was very prompt. He explained the issues well and quickly finished his work. He suggested, and did not push, improvements for the future.

I have used this company a few times and this this they did a great job again. I wanted this specific electrician again, because of what he did last year for the floor heating system. He explained in detail to me about the outlets.

My tech arrived at the time frame given. She introduced herself, went over the problem with my furnace and went to fix it. It was obvious she enjoyed her job. She fixed the problem quickly and did the checkup. She was efficient, pleasant and explained what was wrong and how it was fixed. i am very pleased.

The service man was great. He explained what he was doing clearly and was really easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable but wasn't afraid to say "I don't know', instead of making something up. He finished the job and made sure everything was working properly.

The service electrician was very thorough on the inspection of the work to be done. It took a little bit of hunting and pecking to find the source of the problem, but he persevered and found it. Thank god it wasn't a big deal, but it took some time locating the source.

The service guy was the consummate service technician. He was professional, efficient and checked out every concern I had. He even provided and extra filter after discovering the one in place was the wrong size. I wish every service company would provide such excellent customer service.

They sent out 2 guys to get a new furnace installed. They did a great job. The system was somewhat complicated as a solar panel system was also involved. They knew what they were doing, without any issues and got everything working just fine.
The service electrician was awesome. He was super friendly, professional and he worked very hard replacing two water heaters and recharging my AC. Due to his quality of work and communication, I will continue to use this company.

I received really good service. The tech completed a thorough check up on the HVAC system. He carefully examined all the electrical wiring, gas, fuses and changed the air filter. He cleaned and dusted off all the components and even swept the floor when he finished. They far exceeded my expectations. I could tell the technician really enjoyed his work, by his service and thoroughness.

I had a new high efficiency furnace installed, which is great. The problem of using solar for space heating was eliminated, since the furnace is 95 percent efficient as is and any savings would be negligible. Great product and wonderful service they gave me.

The electrician was personable and efficient. He did a great job explaining his approach to the work requested and did a fantastic job. I thought the price was a tad high, but the quality of work done was really good and I felt really comfortable with the electrician.

The service guy did an outstanding job and kept me informed through the process of servicing my AC. He was very neat in his appearance, was very professional in his conduct. He definitely is excellent in his craft and i know i will request him for any future service required on my HVAC system.

Our experience was great start to finish... Brian and Armand did an EXCELLENT job, they were very professional, and went above and beyond to wipe down our ceiling fan while they were changing the bulbs... They went above and beyond and we will definitely call again in the future!

Steve Bane came to my house yesterday and spent most of the day catering to my whims. A free inspection of all my electrical system revealed several discrepancies that required fixing. He then installed a POWERWORKSe3 to protect my computers and appliances from power spikes and save electricity. He also installed Ethernet & CATV outlets where specified. His work was neat and clean and he acted professionally in every respect. He is a credit to his profession as well as to Wirenut. Thanks.

Justin from the Wirenut came out to replace the main electrical service unit in my home. He kept me up to date to what was taking place and answered any questions I had. He called ahead with an ETA and was on time. He was profession and courteous during the entire installation. Would recommending him to anyone.

Bryan did a fantastic job with some outlets that were never connected in our finished basement. Instead of causing massive drywall damage, we were able to redirect from the box and save us thousands of dollars (which was the quote from a competitor). They were quick, clean, and helped walk us through the process every step of the way. Will definitely be going to contact him again in the future.

Allan came to the house and within five minutes had determined my smoke detector was causing the constant beeping. The repairs to the wires I had inadvertently cut were taken care of. I would recommend Allan as a knowledgeable and proficient electrician.

Justin Medina installed a new breaker panel at my house. He did an excellent job, was very professional and easy to work with. 🙂

Our technician was very professional and friendly. We had a similar problem about 6 months ago and he reviewed the problem made some corrections and covered the repair under your warrantee. Pablo was very helpful delightful and handled our problem.
