The tech, Billy, arrived early after calling to make sure it was OK. He was very polite and efficient. After initial inspection it was discovered that further maintenance was needed. Billy checked with me before proceeding. When finished my heater works but may still need more done. Billy was concerned but happy he got the unit going for us. Highly recommend Wire Nut.

Bad day for service. Inches of snow and more on the way. Jeremy (our tech) called ahead as he should. Didn't track any snow in to the house. Very professional and patient with our questions. Explained everything. Will use them again.
Another leak in our 20+ year old home made us call WireNut again. This time we found a leak under the kitchen faucet after we tried to install a water purification system. Jeff, the plumber, arrived earlier than expected. He was as professional as they come. After a few minutes explaining what we needed, Jeff informed me of a reasonable quote, parts he needed, and off he went to get the parts. He returned promptly and began work. It took around 15 minutes and the leak was fixed. Jeff added shut offs where it was needed plus a way to connect the water purifier. He was pleasant to talk to and left a clean work space. We highly recommend Jeff and Wire Nut!

Couldn't be more pleased with my experience using WireNut Home Services. I talked to four other services before I ultimately decided to go with WireNut. They were the most professional and most competent throughout the entire process. They made it so easy to get an estimate. Then you get a constant stream of electronic communication from them, letting you know who's coming over, when, with a picture, etc. Chance (who provided the estimate) was so professional & knowledgeable - he made feel the utmost confidence in this company. Then, after deciding to go with WireNut, Christopher (aka "Topher") and Antonio did a beautiful job. Again, I got communications of who was coming over (w/ a picture), what time, etc. Everything went like clockwork, and they explained everything they were doing and why. These guys had to put in a 240v / 60amp / 4-gauge outlet with a NEMA 650-R outlet receptacle running conduit pipe from the location of the breaker box to the new outlet in the garage. They did a fantastic job. If you want to be assured that the job is going to be done competently and professionally, then go with WireNut Home Services. You won't be sorry.

Wirenut just repaired my leaky kitchen faucet. The technician Tristan was on time, professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. After an initial inspection he explained what he found and gave me the pricing for repairs versus replacement. He successfully completed the repair work in a timely manner and within his initial estimate. He also emailed me the detailed receipt. I would use Wirenut again for plumbing repairs.
Arber was helpful, informative, polite, and very professional. He made it a point to help me understand everything about the current state of my furnace and the consequences of all the options open to me. Highly recommend this very professional and courteous technician!
