Brandon did our carpets, and he was wonderful. He was promptly on time and finished our carpets so quickly. He had a great sense of humor, very knowledgeable about his trade, and provided great customer service. We had spots and dog pee in our carpets that he got them right out without discoloring the carpets. He really knew he knew what he is doing. If you need your carpets taken care of, ask for Brandon! He will take great care of you!

Luis, who cleaned my cream colored carpet today, was not only personable and kind, but he also was able to advise me on exactly what I needed for my carpets, then did a FANTASTIC job cleaning the carpet, which included removing stains and making the high traffic areas look much better. I will definitely request Luis for my future carpet cleaning needs.

The first time I used Steam Pro they did an excellent job. The second time, six months later) I had them do all carpets and duct cleaning. I was not as happy, but the owner called immediately and "made it right." There are not many companies that do that. I will definitely use them again, and recommend them to my neighbors. We live pretty far out, so perhaps we can arrange to have several of us cleaned on the same day. Thanks to Steve and crew for their prompt attention- it's much appreciated!

We just moved, that being said we have used 3 different companies between the two houses. I wish I would have called Steam Pro the first time verses the last. I will never use any other company. Amazing company with amazing customer service. We were selling our house and had a room that had a dog odor from our 12-year-old lab. The carpet was only 2 years old and in great shape we didn't want to have to replace the carpet if we didn't have to. Gina and Steve did everything they could do and in the end was able to get the dog smell out and we didn't have to replace the carpet. They provided outstanding customer service. Every tech that came out to our house was professional and very knowledgeable. The carpet looked and smelled clean. I would highly recommend using them. I will never use another carpet cleaning service unless it's steam pro. They were truly a blessing!!

I have used this company for years. With a pet and kids, they have been amazing. The customer service is top notch. The techs that come to the house are polite and experienced. The toughest stains and pet "issues" are always perfectly cleaned including smells. I will continue to use them as long as I have carpet.

We scheduled a carpet cleaning appointment last month and had a great experience with Steam Pro Inc. Daniel, the technician who came to our home, was on time, courteous, and very helpful. At every point in the process, Daniel went above and beyond to help us. He made a helpful recommendation regarding an upgrade he thought we should make, based on our style of carpet, and after deciding to do it, we were more than pleased with the outcome. I was very happy with Steam Pro and the job Wayne did. He was on time, went above and beyond by helping me move bed frames, took great care not to damage paint while moving hoses and of course did an amazing job on our carpet. The technician, Jeff, was a pleasant, hard worker, who was even early to arrive. He steam treated some hard to reach stains that were behind a big piece of furniture and they all came out beautifully. I was very happy with his work and would use Steam Pro again.

Had Steam Pro come out to our house at the end of last month to get three rooms cleaned up for a family reunion. Daniel R and Mike did a great job and were very knowledgeable on the handling and care of the service and care for our carpets. I asked about the cleaning of a wool carpet for the future and he provided me with an estimate and information on what it takes to clean said rug. Also was right on time, prompt and they moved a few pieces of furniture for us that i forgot to clear out. Would reach out to them again when we have to get our rugs cleaned up in the future.

Sean cleaned the carpet with a detail eye. The spots came out and the carpet looks new. Also, came back a few days later and cleaned the vents in our new place. He showed me how dirty the vents are, and he cared enough to clean around the area too.
