Redcastle built a fantastic deck and patio for us. They were on time, kept their promises, reasonably priced, and did great work. They corrected their one glitch without question or complaint. We are really glad we hired them.
We hired RedCastle Builders to enlarge our deck. We had 3 estimates, and this bid was not the lowest, but we are very happy we chose this company. We worked with Scott Phillips. After getting the bid, Scott came out again and walked the property and we discussed some changes. He was extremely easy to work with and promptly answered any questions. Scott worked with the city on getting the permit as well as the HOA. There were two builders who were here every day on time. They were hard workers and very responsive to any issues that came up. The entire experience could not have been better. We highly recommend this company.
RedCastle did a great job on our deck. They got the project started quickly and the whole team was a pleasure to work with. The Deckorators decking product they recommended was just what we were looking for. John and Mike made sure everything was done efficiently and we couldn’t be happier with our experience with the company.
We used the Renew and Reseal for concrete, which is a division of Redcastle. We found them to be professional, and responsive to any questions or concerns regarding the project. The professionals were hard working and very pleasant to work with. Camber, the project lead was delightful. She personally followed up daily on the work and timeline during the process. She actually came out to help when there was a delay due to weather and the wasp nest we found just as the project began. Our concrete turned out beautiful, I highly recommend this business!
I can't say enough about Scott, Mike and the team for the entire rebuilding experience. Red Castle listened to my need to remodel my tired 90's kitchen into something absolutely stunning and functional. They gave me several options that worked within my budget and kept within those limits. During the entire process, they notified me daily about schedule and worked diligently to stay on timeliness. They cleaned up everything to the point it didn't look like a major construction job even took place. I highly recommend Red Castle for your next kitchen remodeling project. They are top notch!
We needed a contractor who could do some real engineering and not shy away from a 130-year-old Victorian that needed a significant lift and the leveling of a slanted and sagging porch balcony that was pulling away from the house. They sent their A-Team, Cyrus, and Mike, who figured out how to level the porch by building in supportive masonry, and engineering a drainage system that was internal to the balcony's floor, while keeping the new floor level. Genius. Now my wife and I can enjoy evenings overlooking the neighborhood, enjoying our view, whereas before it was risky for more than one person to venture out. Redcastle Builders designed and built our "wind wall" for our covered patio. Cyrus and Mike did a great job; it is exactly what we wanted. We love the mountain views from our house, but we get some crazy winds. Not only does the wall reduce our high wind issue, but it transformed our patio into a more intimate "viewing room" of our Colorado mountains.
Scott and his team at Red Castle were complete professionals. From the first call all the way through the final inspection our project was handled with care and respect. Everyone who visited our home was courteous and polite they worked well with our family dynamic and really gave us a 5 star experience. Good Quality is an understatement. From design to completion this company was a joy to work with. It was amazing all the small details that were done to go beyond my expectations, and I have high standards. I have a beautiful custom deck and pergola that my whole family enjoys. I commend Scott for returning my call quickly and being very willing to try and help me out even though they were booked up. I needed a very quick deck repair for a home sale and time was running out. Turned out I found a deck person who had immediate availability so I did not use Red Castle. Scott even followed up with me to make sure I got taken care of. These guys are definitely on my list "Who to Call " for future needs.
We had several contractors come out to look at a failing deck support. Redcastle's plan was the most thorough, safety oriented, and the quality of the job was exactly what I expected; excellent. They even got done a day ahead of schedule, and fixed a couple little (non-quoted) things while they were at it.

If you’re looking for a deck contractor, I highly recommend Cyrus Schoonover, Redcastle Builders. After receiving the names of four different contractors from our local lumber Co, I interviewed all four and selected Cyrus. I was very impressed with his knowledge, recommendations, and confidence to build us a quality deck. His estimate was fair and well within the industries pricing scale using the best quality materials on the market. He surrounds himself with family member helpers who work as a skilled team. They are friendly, courteous, neat, and knowledgeable and a joy to watch as they construct a solid first class product. Our property backs to open space with walking paths. It was amazing to have many of the walkers and joggers stop, chat and comment about our new deck. Upon their requests I shared Cyrus’ information with them since they were also looking for a deck contractor.
