  • This company is very quick and punctual. I called to schedule at 11:30, and had service respond to my home by 12 noon, first minute of response window quoted. They were professional, informative, offered options, and did good work. There was little more than 1-1/2; hours of work but labor was $360. He did have a helper with him but it still seemed on the expensive side. I was told other companies charge twice as much so I may be out of line. Bottom line I got it done right with immediate response. I'm quite happy.

  • Keep in mind this is New Year's Eve day, and many people have plans for the evening that might distract them from the mundane duties of a job. The service man who installed our water heater was pleasant and professional. He did a better job than the job that was done when we bought our new house. He worked efficiently, but took time to answer questions about other plumbing issues we had, as well as answering questions about the new water heater. This was positive experience.

  • We planned to just get a quote and think it over. The price for the total job was reasonable, and we decided to have the work done immediately. The service man clearly stated what would be done. We let him get to work, and his part of the job (valves) was finished quickly. GREAT clean up job too! The "wall board" man did an AMAZING job of replacing the patch and applying the knockdown finish. We are extremely pleased with the work that was done.

  • In July 2012 they came and did a dishwasher repair for us. They fixed it and it is still working great. In February of 2013 they replaced our water heater for us. Both of the technicians went out of their way to explain all the details to us and make suggestions. They did a great job.

  • Joe, the service repair tech, called 30 minutes prior to my appointment to confirm he would be there and then showed up when he said he would. Diagnosed the problem within about 15 minutes and quoted me a fair and reasonable price to make the repair. He called me a few hours later and said he had the part and could come back and make the repair so that I didn't have to make another appointment and miss time away from work. He was very considerate of my time constraints and my need for getting my washer fixed. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his knowledge of recognizing the problem and fixing it.

  • I called ProServ when the heating element failed in my oven along with the LED display. I was pleased to learn that a technician would be at my home the following day sometime between 12 and 5. I received a call from Michael at 12:05 and he arrived at my house at 12:20. Michael was pleasant, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my range could not be repaired as it is 24 years old and the circuit board needed is no longer available. However, their prompt service allowed me to replace the appliance within 48 hours.
