ProLift Garage Doors of Denver

We purchased a garage door from ProLift a few years ago. We were very pleased with their service and the job they did. We have referred them to several customers, all of which have been very happy with their services.

My garage door was not opening correctly, and I called ProLift to see if they could come to evaluate the problem. Lou from ProLift was out quickly and did a great job- he figured out what was wrong and fixed the problem quickly. He was very friendly, professional and had the door operating again in no time. Pricing very reasonable and service top notch! I will use them again when needed.

My garage door was completely broken, and I called ProLift to help as soon as possible! Lou showed up in very short order and went over exactly what was broken and what my options were. He did a great job of explaining all the parts of the garage door and spent extra time answering my questions.
Within a couple hours he had completely revitalized my old door, it is much quieter now too! He was very transparent with all the pricing and was much cheaper than others who I have used in the past. Highly recommend!!!

My husband attempted to fix our garage door, on Saturday, but only made it worse. He called Lou Kim who took the time to listen to my husband, then he explained how to fix our garage door. Talk about business ethics and customer service. Rather than charging us for a simple repair, he told my husband how to fix it himself. Now, it works great! Thank you, Lou. It was a pleasure meeting Lou, the owner of ProLift. He personally came out to inspect our squeaky garage door, and after his tune-up, the door operates so smoothly! I can see where a tune-up should be a bi-annual maintenance to keep it working flawlessly. Especially for as often as ours is used – several times daily at least for our household! I am a big believer in preventative maintenance and lube the rollers every year. Upfront and clear about the service details and costs. They made it out the same day and had my springs replaced in about 45 minutes. Very professional, and happy to answer questions. Fast service on a garage door tune up. Super honest and friendly company. Didn't push a new garage door when I didn't need one. Excellent work done quickly. Took the time explain the service performed and what to watch out for in the future. Will be sure to call them when I need another service or a new garage door.

Very personable guy and did a great job at our new house in Aurora! We had two eight-foot doors in which he installed the motors for and got our remotes all hooked up. Highly recommend.

I had a busted spring that prevented my door from working. I called ProLift at around 10:00am and Daniel came to my house by 2:30 in the afternoon. He diagnosed the problem quickly, made the spring repair as well as replaced some older bearing plates. By 4:00 my garage door was working better than it ever had. Very reasonably priced. given the quick turnaround and quality of the work. Definitely recommend ProLift!!

Lou was absolutely amazing! My garage door spring broke trapping my wife's vehicle in the garage while I was at work. I called Lou and he came out the same day and within hours fixing the garage before I got home. Lou explained to my wife exactly what he was doing and did not try to upsell anything. I called in to discuss if I needed someone to come look at my garage door as it seemed a bit off. I talked to Lou on the phone, and he was incredibly helpful. He wanted to make sure it wouldn't be a waste of my time or money to have them come out, so we talked through what I was seeing and hearing. He even had me text him a video of the door going up and down to confirm. His attention to detail and care for my situation is tremendously valuable and I know I'll be reaching out to him as needs arise in the future. Fast, professional, affordable. My garage door spring broke in the early afternoon. By dinner it was repaired for a fair price. I wanted the same spring that it came with, but it wasn’t in his truck, so he upgraded it to a nicer spring for free. Lou was polite, professional, and finished the work quickly. Added bonus, I told him my cat ran out of the garage when the spring broke, Lou called while he was backing out and let me know that my cat was sitting in the driveway. I will continue to use ProLift in the future and highly recommend their services.

It took a long time to get my garage doors, because the manufacturer is so far back logged. But Lou kept his promised delivery date and installation date. Allen, his installer, installed the doors yesterday and did a great job. The doors look and work great. I am looking forward to a warmer garage with the door insulation. The seals around the door perimeter seems to be very tight. No more snow blowing in and around the doors. Very happy customer.

I needed a remote to open my garage door from my car. ProLift came out the next day. As requested,
they programmed a new remote for me, and went above and beyond and changed the lightbulbs in my garage door overhead fixture and greased the wheels where my door slides up and down all for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

My elderly mother needed a keypad garage entry installed so we could get to her in an emergency instead of breaking the door next time! They were here 30 mins early and had it installed in no time!
