Mighty Plumbing and Heating - HVAC

Mighty plumbing was called called out to repair my water softener, they don't actually repair them. They want to sell you a new unit, salt free filtration system. While in my basement, Jordan went looking at other appliances and making suggestions on anode replacement, expansion tank replacement, somewhat predatory, sent me a quote for each item he looked at. Jordan himself was very polite and very pleasant to talk with, wish he worked for me.

I’m not sure how I got so lucky to have Terry and Valentin do the work on my house- but I am grateful! 2 of the nicest guys who were so kind and conscientious! They worked so well together, great communicators, tidy and were great with my pets! Valentin even vacuumed! I cannot recommend the dynamic duo of T&V enough! Yo boss man- you have amazing guys! Thank you!

Jordan Sherman was so helpful and thorough, and very polite. He really took the time to explain why each upgrade would make sense and how more efficient machines would save on my utilities. He also offered some great package deals and worked with my budget to get me the best options. I will absolutely be recommending Mighty because of him.

Dominic responded to our call when our hot water heater pilot wouldn't light. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He assessed our old hot water heater and explained several options for repair or replacement. He was very respectful of our home and always prompt with his arrival.

Terry installed our new hot water heater. His was polite, professional and respectful of our home. He explained the work he was going to do and then he walked us through every when he was finished. He also cleaned up the work areas before he left.

Ben was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He inspected the systems thoroughly and pointed out a couple issues that could become problems in the future. I would definitely recommend him for HVAC work.

We had our entire heating system (boiler-based) fail on Sunday. Living in the mountains I called around to 8 companies Monday. Mighty answered straight away and was able to get someone out next day!
Steve P came out today, took a look at the system, quickly identified the first problem (I had many), walked me through the system and parts and his process. Then he found more wrong and educated me about everything both before and after the fix (making sure I knew about potential cost and parts). He was so knowledgeable, friendly, answered my million questions, educated me so kindly, and fixed our system! No one wants to ever call anyone about their appliances failing, that in itself is a bad experience. Once we called Mighty the dispatch was knowledgeable, friendly and had us set up with an appointment the same day. They work around your schedule and your needs, especially if it’s an emergency. Once Roy (Tech/Plumber) got here, he was very professional and friendly. He got down to work and inspected our needs / root of our problems. Our last water heater was installed badly and that’s the reason it failed. We ended up getting a free quote and by the next day we were already getting our heater installed and up to code. Roy, Jordan, and Cesar were extremely helpful with any questions we had; they went out of their way to make sure we were happy/satisfied with not only the quality of the work but with the payment options they have. All in all, they take care of you like family and wouldn’t hesitate to call Mighty Plumbing and Heating for any of our needs.

We had the unfortunate experience of a water leak and our water heater leaking on the same night. We secured everything and called Mighty Plumbing and Heating first thing the next morning at the advice of a neighbor who had just used them. We’re so glad we did; it was a pleasant experience from the woman answering the phone, to Jorge who coordinated moving our emergency repair into the schedule and Larry, who was our plumber.

Larry arrived late morning and stayed until almost 8pm, making sure everything was done correctly and that we would have running, hot water, without leaks. Larry was very patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions, change scopes, give different estimates and advise on what we should prioritize. We never felt rushed or pressured. With their price match guarantee, we were comfortable moving forward with the pricing that day. On top of all that, Larry was a very pleasant person to be around and there was no discomfort having him in the house the majority of the day. Larry worked hard all day and made sure everything was in good shape before he left. We won’t hesitate to call them for our next service, and we’ll definitely be asking for Larry. Thank you, guys, for making a terrible situation so bearable.

Valentin was Absolutely fantastic! He stayed engaged with us throughout the installation and was very informative and accommodating to our input and suggestions! Very Satisfied! The final result is very acceptable!

We can't say enough good things about Isaac, the service technician who came out to our home to diagnose and service our furnace. He was tremendous in every way! We felt the price to replace the motor in the furnace, which was obviously going bad, to be on the high side though. We paid the $1266 to have it done anyway, because I did not feel comfortable working on a gas furnace myself due to possible safety issues on a gas appliance, I have no experience working on. But on a separate issue, and this is no fault of Isaac's, we were quoted two prices to either repair or replace our whole house humidifier that were ridiculously high. 1) To replace the solenoid valve in the humidifier we were quoted $941 for the part and labor...WHAT?!...That part cannot possibly cost more than $100 plus about 15 minutes MAX to put it in. I know because I pulled the bad one out myself. 2) To replace the entire humidifier as an alternative, we were quoted $1434. I found a brand new exact same unit myself for less than $200, and the labor to install it should not even come close to what we were quoted. Isaac is great, but the company's prices are extreme.

Best plumbing and heating company in all of Colorado! This company has the best customer service, no hidden fees/costs or surprises, and is always willing to provide multiple solutions. The technician, Brandon, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He's an amazing asset to the company as he built trust immediately and demonstrated expertise in his craft. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. I really like how clients can upload a video of the issue, and even though it wasn't an emergency, we were able to have someone here within 2 days.

Okay okay okay. First of all - because they can do work on the same day, you should expect it to be a little (not much higher) than a cheap sub you find off the street. Even as a real estate pro, I was blown away with how professional, friendly, and how good Kodey was at his job.

Danny was reliable, timely and did quality workmanship. I took advantage of their sale for duct cleaning and what a good decision! We were provided photos of before and after and what a difference. Isaac came out today to resolve our furnace issue and I can’t express enough how amazing he was. From being professional, engaging and knowledgeable to his outstanding customer service, we were thrilled that we chose Mighty Plumbing Heating and Air. They definitely have an amazing culture that reflects their values out in the field with team members like Isaac. Our furnace is in the attic, so Isaac took full video of his diagnostic and repair, which gave us the visual we needed to understand everything he was explaining to us. He went beyond the call and checked the airflow in a couple of rooms that don’t get as warm and explained to us his findings. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and amazing service, which is hard to come by these days, so thank you, Issac and Mighty Plumbing Heating and Air for keeping all around quality service alive and well. Great pricing as well. We had the same issue with our furnace in the basement last year and paid triple for that fix than what we paid with Mighty, and he had to get in our attic. Highly recommended!!!

Update 4/4/24: Mighty Plumbing continues to impress and earn our business! Connor was at the house today for routine AC maintenance and completed unplanned work for us.. moving our humidifier from the hot to the cold water source. Thank you again Mighty Plumbing for the five star service!

Very happy with Dominic and Mighty Plumbing! They installed a tankless water heater for us less than a year ago and it stopped working the other day. Dominic diagnosed an installation error and was back out the following morning with a replacement unit and a team of installers, all covered under warranty. It is such an absolute pleasure to deal with a tech and a company that operates with honesty and integrity. Thank you for honoring your warranty and making it right for us!

Mighty it "mighty" at staying in contact and letting me know they are there for my heating and AC needs. However what is even more impressive is their service--their technician, Benjamin Douthwaite, did the most thorough clean/tuneup of my heater and AC that my house has ever had. He was informative, practical in his suggestions, and a joy to converse with in the subject matter and beyond. I've had unfortunate experiences with other companies claiming I need more repairs than necessary; I felt Benjamin was not out to get as much money as possible; he seems to genuinely like what he does and treat the customer with fairness and kindness. Benjamin is now my go-to technician for house needs--so grateful!

Conner came today to do an AC checkup before the season starts. He did a great cleaned the AC unit and did all the other checks that needed to be done. Wonderful company to work with. All the employees have been pleasant to work with.

Our original appointment was on a Friday and the company has to reschedule. It had me worried because I needed an outlet put in for my new dishwasher that was scheduled on Tuesday. I got Orlando who came early on Monday and he was FANTASTIC!!!He gave me several options because there were other factors and gave me good pricing on all the options and even educated me on the breaker box!He went above and beyond with his friendliness, customer service and did a great job on the outlet. I will be referring this company again!

Jordan from mighty plumbing came out to assess a old gas pipe and did a plumbing inspection while here and found we need some serious repairs done he was very thorough and got us all set up to get the repairs done and was so informative on the cost of the projects and what was going to be done Jordan is a very polite young man and we appreciate his knowledge we are very grateful to have such a awesome company and awesome employees taking care of our needs thank you.
