I wish to thank your company for installing the vinyl, Dutch lap Monterrey sand siding on my home last spring. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this quality product. First of all, since I have a bad back, I will no longer have to paint my house. Second, my home is easy to maintain. If the siding gets dirty, I just hose it off. Third, it helped on my heating bill last winter. Because of the insulation foam inside the vinyl siding, most of the nights I was able to completely turn off my furnace. I am very happy with my recent purchase of two windows and one sliding door through Lifetime Windows and Siding. The entire process was made simple and went smoothly between my interaction with the marketing director, the administrative staff, and the installers. We had just completed a remodel of our mid-level and the windows and door added the final touch making the room ore aesthetically pleasing and we can already tell the difference in temperature after the last few hot days. The installation crew was processional and even went out of their way to ensure the windows look their best; my original order was for oak windows and pine trim, however, the installers on site state that would not look right and changed the order to oak trim at no additional charge to me. Also, the installers made a quick trip to the lumber store to replace a rotting 2 x 4 under my sliding door at no additional charge. I recommend Lifetime Windows and Siding for the purchase of an installation of windows and will definitely use them again for more window replacements.

We are very satisfied with our purchase from Lifetime Windows! We had our entire upper floor done and had no temperature problems for the duration of the hot summer! Not only that, but the windows themselves clearly of very high quality. They operate very smoothly and much more easily then our previous windows did. I am writing this letter about my experience with Lifetime windows. I had three Excalibur windows installed in my house in November of 2012. I have not had any problems with any leaks or other malfunction of any kind. The windows work just the same as the day they were installed. The crew that installed the windows were at my home on the day and time agreed upon. They did a good job removing the old window and cleaned up everything when they finished and cleaned the windows also before they left. So in closing I’m happy with the way the windows work and how they improved the look of my home and also make my home more secure with how they look.

In reference to your letter wanting to know how we life the windows, now that we’ve had them for a while. We really like them. We have no more frost on the windows, when it got cold last winter, like we had with the old windows. No mold inside on the bottom and sills. They say nice and dry. You can’t feel the cold when you put your hand up close to the glass, like you could with the old windows. This makes the house more comfortable and easier to heat. The man that put the windows in did a real good job. Please tell him we appreciate that so much. I missed him when he came by to check them and make sure everything was okay.

I am writing about the Lifetime siding with your home reference referral program. I am very satisfied with the siding placed on my house; we noticed the house was warmer last winter as the prep work and siding, cut out drafts. The house looks good from the street as I needed to replace the siding on the back from a hail storm.

My husband and I had Lifetime Windows install replacement windows in our Erie home in the fall of 2012. Initially, we had all the windows upstairs and our sliding glass door replaced, but we were so pleased with the results, we then had them replace the windows in our basement as well. The experience we had with Lifetime was exceptional. We had 65-year old windows with chipping lead paint. Lifetime provided a competitive estimate for replacing six windows with quality windows that fit our budget. Each step of the process: window selection, window measurement, lead testing, and installation was performed in a timely manner by knowledgeable and friendly staff. The installation team was processional and took precautions for working with the chipping lead paint. They installed all six windows in one afternoon and left the work area spotless. We had high expectations and we were still impressed with the quality of the installation. We are pleased with the value of our purchase and will recommend Lifetime Windows to friends and neighbors.

My home is thirty years old, and had its original wood windows. After 3 years the windows need a good cleaning but I remember looking out the windows and being amazed at how clear the view was. I never really realized how bad my old windows were until the new ones were installed. I have been tracking my utility bills for the last 4 years, since the installation of windows (only the upper ½ of the house) our utility bill has gone down $50 a month during the winter months. Learned quite a bit about windows sale tactics that others would employed from Marcus. I had 3 quotes before Lifetime Windows. Those quotes were all over the range which made it difficult to pin down the true cost. Lifetime windows came in the middle of the line and from their brochures; the window specification was way above others for the type of window I want to install. Every detail of installations, materials and warrant was written in the sale contract. Basically, this would be the last window cost for my place. Installation was good. Lifetime Windows did everything they agree4d to do and more. Recently, I have a torn screen by an animal, Lifetime Windows came over to replace it as stated in their warranty without hassle. Working with Lifetime Windows was a pleasure. I highly recommend Lifetime Windows for reasons below (and I had already recommended Lifetime Windows to several neighbors already). 1) Great people to work with, 2) priced right, not the cheapest but right, 3) window quality exceeds expectation. Peter and his chief installer, Les, were reliable and very engaged in our job. We looked forward to seeing them and felt fairly treated from beginning to end. There were minor snafus, as there always are on a job of this size and complexity (every window was essentially custom), but Peter resolved them promptly and did the right thing in terms of covering any cost differences. He was truly a pleasure to work with, from beginning to end, and Les was great. Lifetime was also considerably more affordable than the other four companies were talked to. On balance, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thirty-nine gold stars - one for each window!

Overall it was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Lifetime Windows for any window replacement. I had my all of my original aluminum windows replaced by dual pane vinyl windows. The work was done promptly with quality workmanship that exceeded my expectations. The only problem, which I thought was handled by the owner with professionalism, was the rather high pressure sales tactics and false promises made by their in home salesperson. The high pressure sales tactics almost made me decline their contract. Plus the salesperson falsely assured me that my almost-new blinds would fit the new windows. Otherwise I would have delayed the window replacement. As it turns out, your previous blinds almost never fit the new windows if you are going from metal to vinyl, and if they are off by only an inch, you can't really get your blinds altered to fit your new windows. Peter thankfully, worked with me and we came to a mutually acceptable offer to remedy my situation. I love the new windows. They are saving me a lot on heating/air conditioning bills. Plus my home is much quieter inside because of reduced noise from the outside due to the new windows.

My house is bricked and blocked. So, this was not an easy task. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional. This includes sales, the support I got on the phone, and the installation itself. I do handyman work myself, and I am always particular with how the work is completed. All my questions were answered, and the follow up after the job was completed with questions I had about maintaining them were just great. I had other window companies come out. These guys saved me tons of money and the quality of the products they used were just as good as the other companies. I just got 10 new triple pane windows from Lifetime Windows and Siding and I am ecstatic!! My house had the original windows from 1944, single pane. Already it is cooler in here! Everyone I dealt with at Lifetime was pleasant and nice to talk with. The folks in the office kept me informed every step of the way. Marko was amazing; what he doesn't know about windows would fit in a thimble. Derek measured so well that the windows fit perfectly, allowing the team of JD, Sam, and Tim to install them in less than 3.5 hours. AND they cleaned up after themselves! The windows are absolutely beautiful and so easy to use -- what a treat. The cost was very reasonable, especially considering the high quality. Lifetime is truly a professional organization.

Lifetime was overall very professional with their installation and it went as we had hoped and expected. The new windows look great and function well. The only problem we had was with timing the installation. We had a install windows setup for a Friday around noon but had to reschedule for the next day around the same time. The installers provided plenty of heads up though (another job was taking longer than they anticipated) so we were able to shuffle things to accommodate.

Salesman, Jason Castro, was professional and not aggressive in his presentation. Educated me on replacement windows, answered all of my questions, and was forthcoming with pros and cons of the many different window features. At time of presentation of product Jason had copies of Lifetime Windows and Siding certificate of liability insurance, and certificate from the Environmental Protection Agency showing they were certified deal with lead based paint renovation. Jason pointed out that I needed tempered glass in the window next to the front door and the bathroom which only one other company mentioned. Jason was great to work with. After contract was signed the office called and set up time to do final measurement of windows. Sent out a private firm to test for lead paint on the existing window frames and freeze boards. Advised me of estimated date of work. All dates were meet. Les did the install. Les and his helper were professional and did a great job. Quality of work was great and the installation of eight windows was done within six hours. Install was first rate, Lead abatement was accomplished, cleanup was great with nothing left behind for me to dispose of.

We usually hate the whole process of buying big home improvement type purchases because I have to talk to the usual sales guys that over promise and their team under delivers. Lifetime should be the mold that everyone else in the business follows. The guy that came out was honest, not too salesy and just helped us achieve what we actually wanted without overselling us (what an novel idea right!?). What we ended up with was windows that were way better than what we expected and the price was more than fair. The people that came to measure and install were very polite and low maintenance. Everything went exactly how it should go and our house looks ten times better than it did before. I can't recommend this company enough.

My neighbor had them put in a house full of new windows and recommended Lifetime based on price and quality. I was hesitant to call because I really only wanted the window above my sink replaced. It was an old sliding window and I wanted a Picture window for a better view. Rory came out and discussed my options with me. I figured the whole thing would take 10 minutes, but he really spent the time to help me understand my options. He recommended a crank out window so that I could get the full view and still get some ventilation as well. It was a little more than I expected, and told him that I would have to think about it. He said no problem and that he would follow up with me. After looking at a couple other companies i decided that Lifetime was the best option. I was impressed by the amount of personal attention I received, even for a small job like mine. Highly recommended!!!! My new window is gorgeous.

We were able to see the product before we purchased, picked the type of windows that would work best for our house and budget, and tested the product for efficiency. We had the picture window in our living room replaced by Peter and his crew. They were wonderful. They were professional, friendly, thorough, and timely. Our house is over 100 years old and the window frame was a rotten, crooked mess. They did a beautiful job inside and out, at an extremely reasonable price. What an excellent choice to use Lifetime! Most of my vintage double pane windows needed to be replaced, and the work was done with little fuss and mess, and the windows are excellent! I had a siding issue as well caused by a lot of shoddy repairs over the years. They did a wonderful job of making the repair look like part of the original design. Peter and crew were professional and easy to work with and I recommend them highly!

I am writing this review 2 years after Lifetime Windows replaced all of my windows because of hail damage. These guys are the best of the best. After our storm 2 summers ago we dealt with a lot of contractors from roofing to painting to windows and I need to say that Lifetime windows was hands down, by a mile the best of the best company we dealt with. And when they say Lifetime windows, they stand by it! Last year I returned from vacation to find one of my windows broken. I have no idea what happened but I called Peter and the next week I had new glass in my window free of charge! Wow! What amazing customer service and my wife and I love our windows and I am sure we will continue to love them for years!

Jason Lewis was easy to work with, very professional, and came across as very open and honest in his presentation and of his product. There was no hard sell at all. The job was done on time as indicated, and the installation was done in a day. There was also a follow through thank you card in the mail which can certainly make every client feel good and appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Lifetime Windows and Sidings, especially that the product has a lifetime guarantee.

Courteous, professional, accommodating, and truthful. They were there when they said they would, were very interested in educating me on the windows, cleaned up after themselves, and entertained any question I had. From the sales person (Peter) to the guys installing the windows, my wife and I had a great experience with this company. Were it not for the inclement weather, all the windows would have been installed in one afternoon. The windows look great and we are very pleased with Lifetime. When we need to replace the rest of the windows, we will be giving them a call.

Peter and his crew were just great. Good communication from Peter, his office, and the workers throughout the project. Peter was the only contractor of five that I enlisted that said I should have a permit for my windows from the city of Arvada. All the others said it was not necessary. Peter mentioned the cost was minimal to do this, but it gave me an extra layer of security that they did the project right. Anymore, if you don't pull city municipalities permit for your project it could come back later as a nightmare when you go to sell the home. The new buyers will require that you document this.

I had a proposal from them within 24 hours of meeting with them. Product and installation was everything they promised. They provided me with samples and lots of references to contact.

Lifetime sold and installed new windows for our home. What was cool about them is that they were honest upfront. We called a few other companies and they gave us really weird pricing options. Lifetime just came back with a price that was fair and honest.

Lifetime Windows replaced the exterior windows on our home about 1 month ago. This last week we had our first cold spell and the first real test for the work they performed. It was an amazing change! Our heater was barely on with the gauge reading only 1 lbs of extra propane over our trend. If those savings hold up we are looking at recovering the price of the windows in a little less than 2 years.
