Prompt, courteous, thorough and no surprises in price or "extras" that HAD to be done. Honest work. Would not hesitate to be a repeat customer when the swamp cooler needs winterizing or other service plumbing needs. A+

Wonderful experience with Jeff. He gave a very complete and thorough review of our water heater installation, and he was honest about the issues he noticed. I never felt like we were being overcharged or pressured into more costly repairs. The office staff was friendly and helpful, and the technician was right on time. Had these guys do three projects for me. They told me when they would show up, and then showed up within the window of time. They let me know if they were running late or had to reschedule. On two of the projects, they called and asked if they could come early. I'm happy with the work they've done for me and will probably use them again in the future if/when I need 'em.

Amazing! The employees of High 5 Plumbing care about their customers, ad strive to provide the best service! They helped me out with a garbage disposal issue over the weekend, and charged only the minimal service call price. II would hire them for any emergency plumbing issue and feel confident they will offer fast, thorough and courteous service!

High Five Plumbing is a great company. We had them plumb our basement build-out for us; a small kitchen/bar area and bathroom. Their staff were efficient and friendly. We would highly recommend them!

High 5 worked to identify a leak in the basement under the foundation floor and where they identified the leak was (there was a 75 foot span where it could have been) when they broke out the jackhammer and busted out the concrete floor they were dead on and only had to tear up a foot. The professionalism that was shown on this project was superior and the quality of the work was amazing. Thanks High 5 for taking a very large job and making is as smooth as it was!

High 5 Plumbing actually did what they said they would do. Contacted me by phone and email when they were on the way. Arrived on the early side of two-hour window. Technician put booties on feet while in home without me asking. Completed work quickly with quality and cost was reasonable. I have used High 5 Plumbing 3x so far and this review is consistent with each time they worked on my house. I will use High 5 again.

Josh came to our house on time! I feel he was totally honest, he was trying to fix our kitchen sink faucet, the hot water wasn't coming thru. He said if he couldn't unblock the clog we would need a new faucet. He tried and tried he was about to give up, he tried one more thing ...and it worked!! Josh saved us from having to spend a lot more money and he could have taken advantage of the situation which I know some other plumbers would have. Thanks Josh and high 5 plumbing!

These guys are awesome! Dave came to our house and fixed everything we needed done at a fair price. He was very efficient and gave us some good tips. He even moved our old refrigerator to our porch so it was out of the way. Will definitely use High 5 again in the future.

High5 Plumbing did an excellent job when I needed a few things replaced in my master shower. The technician Jeff was polite, efficient and answered my questions when he was finished with the work. Jeff helped me save money by explaining the benefit of buying two tubs of Bio-Clean at once, which is great for my drains throughout my town home. This product is much better and safer than Drano or other highly toxic and potentially damaging chemicals to remove clogs, etc.
My membership in the High5 discount program saves me on their services as well as other companies they partner with. Make sure to ask whoever you speak with about it as it will definitely save you money over the course of a year. Best of all Jeff gave me a solid high five to end the appointment! One of the employees called me the day after to ensure everything went well. This is excellent follow up and will definitely make me want to use High5 again and again in the future.

We are in the middle of a kitchen remodel and the last thing we thought would be a challenge is to move our gas line from one spot to another. So, we interviewed four companies and decided to go with Dave from High 5 Plumbing. Their bid was higher than the other bids, but we felt more comfortable going with this company and we are SO happy we did! We faced obstacle after obstacle, but due to Dave being a genus and his ingenuity, he was able to accomplish our goal. Don't go elsewhere because if you face a problem, you will wish you hired a contractor such as Dave!

High 5 Plumbing has been extremely quick and reliable for all my plumbing needs. Josh, in particular, has come out a couple times, and he is always good about explaining things to me, even though I don't understand anything about toilets. My one concern would be that these guys do seem to be a bit pricey, but I'd rather get someone in same day for a higher price than wait around for days or weeks on a 'cheap' plumber.
