My husband and I own a single family home and the 22 year old water heater (we inherited with the home) finally sprung a steady leak. We received three quotes and decided on Bryan with Done Plumbing. We were desperate to remove the old heater and get a new one installed ASAP that the Customer Service Rep., Michelle, phoned Bryan to ask if he get to us sooner than later. They arranged it for the very next day; fist thing in the morning!! What service!! Bryan renews our faith in honest, professional, courteous and knowledgeable service providers. He is the best and although we don't wish plumbing or heating issues to our home anytime in the future, however, when the time comes it will be Bryan and Done Plumbing that will come to our rescue....again! We had a major issue with a pipe breaking underground. Done! was recommended to us by 24/7 Flood Damage, which was first on the scene, and it's the best recommendation I've ever gotten. Every person, from the estimator to foreman to crew members, was friendly, well-mannered, compassionate, explained things thoroughly, worked long hours to get the job done as quickly as possible for our comfort, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Prices were reasonable for services rendered --especially considering the high quality level. I know Done! is who I will call every time I need a plumber, excavation or related services!

I can always count on the technicians at Done to work quickly and neatly. They keep me informed on how the work is going and explain anything I need to know.

My toilet bowl had been leaking for a few weeks and I noticed the ceiling in my family room had a water stain. It worsened the next week, so I planned to remove my toilet and replace the flange and plastic ring. Well, I shut off the valve and proceed to remove the hose from the tank. Ahhhh! The water would not stup gushing everywhere. I got the main water shut off, and the water stopped gushing. Turned out, the shut off valve was broken and wouldn't close. (FYI, I would not have known this if I turned the main water off first). Done came out within the hour and Aaron replaced the valve, installed new rings, and reset the bowl and tank. The tank is a little lopsided because of the new gasket he put in, so not happy with that, but I will call them again to do any other repairs as needed.

As good as can be expected since it was an emergency water pipe leak. However Thomas Meyer was excellent.

Done Plumbing & Heating had great communication with all our repair requests.

Two days ago I phoned Done to check out why my hot water tank was over pressuring. they said someone would be by between 2 and 4 that day, which was awesome. They also called me when they were on the way, and were in fact early, which was great. Justin showed up, and was very professional and curteous. He answered all my questions and explained what he thought the problem was. Two valves, the tenk pressure relief valve and the house line presssure regulator, needed to be changed.
Fair enough I thought. However,the price he quoted me to change 2 valves was $850.00. Since I have little plumbing experience myself, I told him I would have to think about it. That evening I youtubed how to change the valves. The next day I went to Home Depot, bought the 2 valves for $45.00, and replaced them in 20 minutes.
I understand they have to make a profit, but it seems a little rediculous to be charging 19 times what the products cost, especially for such an easy fix.

John Blair worked on my water heater. He arrived and thoroughly explained the work and details prior to starting the job. I am an engineer by trade and a DIY guy with lots of questions. The reason I used Done was because I wanted a Bradford-White water heater. John was very accomodating with my questions and did an excellent installation.

We used DONE for the first time this past week and will definitely use them again. Our tech, Luke, was GREAT! He was friendly and nice, while working hard to fix our drain problems, and he explained what he was doing, results and everything in a way I could understand. Just great service, which was so nice to encounter!

Bryan was such a wonderful, wonderful plumber. He did MORE than an excellent job, his performance was PERFECT, and then some. Never have I had such a good experience with a service provider. I can't say how great he was. I have already spread the word with my friends and neighbors.

Darrell stuck with the job from beginning to end. Time will tell if the new hot water tank will last. I was happy with the quick service and same day install. Again, Darrell did a great job but like jobs like this, time will tell if it works. I'll use Done's services again.
