Coyote HVAC is the best! Had JP and Joey come out on two occasions. Both were very personable, efficient, professional and knew just what to do to get my a/c in good working order. Reasonable prices, as well. Highly recommend!

Nick Parker did a fantastic job on an install for us, he went above and beyond to get the job finished when we needed it done! True service and a fantastic technician!

Nothing but good things to say. They were prompt at the scheduled appointment time. (They did not ask for a window of time like some other places.) Professional, after only a few minutes of trouble shooting, they knew exactly what needed to be done...and when they didn’t have the needed part on hand to complete the repair, the technician drove from Castle Rock to Denver and back to get it. Same day, no up-charge, didn’t ask for a follow-on service call. That’s great service! In the end, a very fair price for high quality service.

We had Coyote HVAC move an air conditioner condenser to a different location and they were on time and did a neat installation. I discovered that the furnace wasn’t working, Tommy, one of the owners came out on a Friday evening and discovered that a circuit board had shorted out. Tommy didn’t have the correct board with him but had a technician pick one up and install it the next morning. The technician found that the short had also damaged the thermostat, he didn’t have the same one as ours but installed a different one to use the remaining of the weekend. The technician was back Monday morning with the correct unit and had it installed and programmed quickly. There was no mention of a bill. Moral of the story, things happen but how you handle it makes all the difference in the world. I would highly recommend Coyote HVAC.

My experience didn't involve using their services but it was exceptional, nonetheless. One of their guys was working at my neighbor's house and accidentally damaged my fence with their van. We reached out to management and they were very responsive, apologetic, and took care of the repairs. A personal note was included with the reimbursement. They accepted responsibility and made it right. I really appreciate companies that do business this way since it seems like they are few and far between anymore.
