Couldn't be happier with the removal of our 65-year-old Cottonwood tree from our back yard. It was a huge tree and a ginormous job for Jay and his crew! The tree was located next to the house making it even more challenging. Clean up was amazing. I would no doubt have them come back again!

Jay and his team were great! From the moment we first requested a quote to completion of the job Jay was fast, responsive, and professional. We had one large cottonwood and a couple of smaller trees removed and a veritable forest of stumps ground throughout our property. The quote was extremely reasonable, and the team showed up promptly, got the work done quickly (and safely), and picked up our yard pretty thoroughly. We definitely recommend!

These guys are amazing and professional! Quote was convenient, fast and knowledgeable on recommendations for our trees. The job was done at high standards and a relief to have professionals who know what they are doing. They were recommended from a friend who spoke highly of them. Tree removal done fast (the trees were removed the next time you looked out the window) and done safely as knew what they were doing. The whole team worked like a unit. Each person taking care of something. Our trees were located near fences and weren’t sure about neighbors being affected by cleanup but no they knew what they were doing, made sure only to go on our side. And took care of all cleanups of trees trimmed, tree removal, and stumps removed. Also took care of wood pile on side of house we needed to get rid of. The whole process was well done. Going to speak highly of them to family and friends!!! And will use them in future.

Talked to 12 or 13 other contractors before finding these guys but it was worth it. Kevin's bid came in ~$150 less than the next lowest bid to grind down our Mugo pine tree stump(s). He answered my text almost immediately, scheduled the appt. in less than a week's time and knocked out the job fast. If we have any other lawn or tree work needing done we'll be calling these guys again.

This was a big job and required the upmost skill in technical rigging, and the communication between his crew members made this job look easy. Kevin and Jay are incredibly knowledgeable and their crew did a fantastic job! I had called around to a few other tree trimmers about trimming a box elder and a crabapple tree. Neither of the others seemed to know (nor did I) that the fruit tree would get "fire blight" if trimmed in the summer. Rather than get payment quickly and ruin our tree, they split the jobs up between seasons. Did an absolutely amazing job and even with their knowledge, their estimate was the same cost as the less knowledgeable trimmers.

A good friend got four quotes for a significant amount of tree work and this company was definitely the lowest. When a bad storm hit, half of my 40 ft crabapple tree broke off. Kevin gave me a quote for $800 for the entire job and did an excellent job. A number of companies will take advantage of a post-storm situation, particularly if a tree falls on an easement and the city requires you to move it. This company has my highest recommendation.

A cottonwood tree split in half and fell. We called for tree removal on a Saturday morning. Within minutes Jay was there. We took his bid and by Monday at noon he and his crew had taken out the other half of the tree and removed the half that had fallen. I now have a new tree guy. My wife and I give a big four thumbs up for Jay and his crew. The crew did an amazing job cleaning up all the debris left after the tree was gone. Going as far as using a leaf blower to clean the street. Can't say enough good things about the professional service provided. We are now using Jay on our rental property.

We had a monster pine with multiple trunks that was as big as our house and twice as tall and they took it out without any damage whatsoever. They also took out a scotch pine and trimmed another tree for us. Great price and great clean up.

Timely quote and scheduling, the crew was on-time, efficient and left the place as clean as before. They removed 2 large spruce trees (that were close to power lines) and ground three stumps, and were the most affordable. I would strongly recommend working with Jay and his team.

Jay and his staff came and did an extensive pruning of an old, beloved maple tree that is essential to shading our backyard. While it needed extensive pruning, they took time to get all the limbs sprouting suckers off and left a beautifully shaped tree that will hopefully survive us! I used CTLS because a friend highly recommended them - so do I!

I had gotten several estimates for some mature tree/shrub trimming and was most impressed with Jay, his arborist knowledge, and experience. His fees were the most reasonable, and his schedule clear enough to schedule us within 3 weeks of our estimate. Other companies would have made us wait for months. They brought the cherry picker truck, but his adept crew climbed right into our mature maple and thinned it out beautifully. The crew wasn't not only on time, but early, and they all worked seamlessly together to get the work done quickly. The limb shredder came disposed of everything, and they cleaned up well. Communication between Jay and the crew was great, and Jay's trusty pup came and inspected their work! Such a sweet dog. I'm so pleased, I will definitely call them again when in need.

Can't recommend enough! Needed general tree trimming around property, was given a reasonable bid on the spot after walking around with Kevin. Scheduled according to time that worked for me and to make sure to trim while trees were dormant. Crew was great, made sure I was happy with the outcome.

Colorado Tree and Lawn Specialists removed four dead and dying cottonwood trees from our yard like a boss. Even the "difficult" to reach tree they made look easy.

Jay provided a reasonable price, the crew arrived early, and they finished in one day. Even did an amazing job of cleanup and put our fence back together with care.

It's crazy how fast they finished the job. My yard has so much more space after having the problematic trees removed. They cleaned up the entire yard so well I basically don't have to do anything else to clean up. Jay was responsive to texts and calls and they showed up at the time they promised to show up.
