Clean Cut recently reconfigured about 1200 square feet of our ranch home. Clean Cut created a new master bath, powder room, bedroom, master closet and relocated the dining room. Installed a dozen new relocated Pella windows and re-sided about half the house. New plumbing, new wiring, many LED can lights, 1 steel beam to open the kitchen to the living room after removing a large brick fireplace. 2 steel beams for floor support under the new 6’ X 9’ 1100-pound granite island. All new, beautiful Canyon Creek Knotty Alder kitchen cabinets (purchased through Clean Cut) and all new appliances in our new 350+ sq. ft. kitchen. The Clean Cut kitchen designer, Amalia, was terrific! Sounds like a lot and it was. We lived at the other end of the house during the entire 5+ month remodel. We absolutely love the finished product! Zack’s guys were great! Bryan Young was the project manager and man does he know his stuff! Extremely personable and detail oriented. The job Clean Cut did was nothing short of perfection! Scott, Carter, Dante, Devon, John and the rest of the crew were fantastic to work with on a daily basis. If you are looking for superb work, we cannot recommend these guys enough! in our estimation the quality of workmanship is second to none!
I hired Clean Cut Contractors to build an 800 square addition onto my home. From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with them. The bid was easy to understand, and made sense, unlike some of the other bids I received, and it was also very competitive. The owner, Zack Casebolt, is incredibly knowledgeable and always had great ideas and suggestions during the process. As with any project this size, we ran into unexpected issues. Zack always had answers on how to fix them, and usually more than one option, along with the pros and cons of each suggestion he made.
Any time I wanted to make a change or add something there was never any push back or resistance. Zack always made sure he understood what I was asking for, and then he would come up with a way to make it happen. The few times I had issues, or mistakes were made, there were never any excuses, they were just fixed, and fixed correctly. He had amazing attention to detail, and his availability was impressive. I don't think there was a time when I contacted him, whether by email, text or phone that it took longer than 12 hours for him to answer. Even on weekends. At one point during the evening we had some water issues due to heavy rains and he was on our roof with extra tarps 20 minutes after I called. It's really hard to find service like that today.
Even at the very end, when the construction was complete and we were working through the punch list there was no resistance. Each item was taken care of, regardless of how small or insignificant it seemed. And it was taken care of properly. Henry, who did most of the punch list work was meticulous and exacting. It never felt like he was rushing to finish up. He was always more concerned with getting it done correctly and making sure I was happy. I am so impressed with this company, their people and the constant high level of professionalism.
When I have people come over they are impressed with the beautiful addition I have, and they almost always comment that from the outside they couldn't even tell it wasn't an original part of the house. The transition on the inside of the house flows so well that they often can't tell where the old ended and the new started. That is quality craftsmanship. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have construction or remodel work done.
Zack worked with me to renovate the first floor of our Lowry home as well as an addition mudroom. The whole process with him was wonderful. He listened to what I wanted to do, asked questions to understand my tastes, and then worked with me to make sure we maximized the important areas and stuck to the budget I had. Zack also was terrific to bounce ideas off of, and he had some wonderful creative solutions that I never would have thought of. I continue to rely on Zack as a sounding board, and to help me make decisions. Other important things about a Zack's operation: timely, quick responses, crew was clean and respectful, all work was completed (nothing left undone), incredible attention to detail, entire renovation was done on time and on budget (except for my decisions to changes/upgrade former decisions).
Very professional, great work, and they get things done when they say they will. What else could I want? Great people!
I have used Clean Cut Contractors on multiple occasions. First, they finished my basement and again two years later to complete some work when I was selling my house. The company did good work with polite and professional employees. The thing that set them apart from past contactors that I have used was their customer service. My calls and e-mails were returned promptly and the employees treated my home and family with respect. I would not hesitate to let any of their employees into my home. I will not use another general contractor again as long as I can use Clean Cut Contractors.
We used Clean Cut Contractors to do a large home renovation recently. We really enjoyed the way they lead us through the process of remodeling. They gave us a detailed estimate showing costs and also had there designer give us ideas and a quote on just design fees with no obligation to use their firm. We were so impressed with them that we moved forward with their design team and came up with a better design than we could have ever imagined. We were so impressed to this point that we decided to use Clean Cut for the renovation as well. The team hit the ground running and was very organized and methodical about how they went about their work. They put down plastic and protected our home in ways we never thought possible. They cleaned up every day and each Clean Cut Contractor was unique and specialized in their trade. We liked that all the tradesman were part of the same team and we didn’t have to work with 5 different companies. The “In House” concept they work is truly unique. They all watched out for one another and made sure that the transitions in project commencement went smoothly and they communicated our wishes, desires, and all our designs were followed. This Firm was exceptional! They didn’t nickel and dime us in any way and we had very few change orders that were all a result of US adding neat extras that made our project even more custom. We wouldn’t hesitate to refer this firm to any one! They weren’t the cheapest but also not the most expensive. We felt we got White glove service for a median price. We checked them out thoroughly only to find that they have an untarnished reputation for quality, honesty, and integrity. Do your homework then hire these guys!
Clean Cut Contractors did an excellent job on our kitchen remodel. We tore out a wall, raised our ceiling and installed all new cabinets and appliances. The job went smoothly and very little problems popped up. If they did, Clean Cut guys were always on top of it. They communicated very well and promptly, unlike other companies we spoke with about doing this job. We’re very happy with the results and would recommend Clean Cut for everyone.
My wife and I needed more space for our growing family. With our house, there was nowhere to expand but up. After months of shopping and interviewing different architects and contractors and suppliers, we signed on with Clean Cut Contractors. Working with Zack and his group wasn’t just easy, it was actually pleasurable. They provided us with an array of options based on our budget. I had never undertaken a project of this size (adding 400 square feet above a garage) so really had no idea how or where to start. Normally there would be stress involved in tearing the top off of your house, but the project flowed so seamlessly and quickly, I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. Attentive, professional, and quality work, I can recommend Clean Cut Contractors without reserve.
We've used Clean Cut Contractors a number of times. Most recently, we had them replace all of the finished trim throughout the house (ie: baseboard, door and window trim). They were very professional and courteous. They work fast and they came in under budget and the work they did was beautiful with exceptional attention to detail. In the future I will never use anyone other than Clean Cut. They are the absolute best at what they do!!
I cannot describe how utterly happy I am with the work that Clean Cut Contractors did in my home! I have had issues in the past with contractors doing shotty work, so in the beginning I was not the easiest customer. Zach spent a good amount of time coming up with the best way to fix my shower issue and calm my fears. I was very busy during the renovation and they handled everything with very little distraction to my work. They were in and out in 3 weeks and I couldn't be happier. They took care of some HVAC, wood flooring and drywall issues I had all at the same time as the bathroom. They were extra clean and even touched up some paint after the drywall for free. If you are a busy professional and want a company that will respect the use of your time, be clean and thoughtful, then I cannot recommend Clean Cut enough!! See you guys the next time I renovate!
They do an excellent job right on time from the start to finish. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. Their work is high quality.
Very accurate, thorough, innovative and tidy. Designed and remodeled our entire kitchen and family area, on time and within budget. Beautiful! They were able to overcome unexpected hurdles with ease.
We met Zack, Bryan and team through the recommendation of friends across the street. I instantly felk good about Zack’s enthusiasm and apparent ethical approach. We have built 4 houses and have over time learned to evaluate those with whom we feel compatible. Bryan has extensive experience working on high end projects. His guidance and expertise were exceptional. I would definitely recommend Clean Cut. Additionally he has superb subs which is a definite bonus in this busy market.
They are professional, and they were true to their word in the time it took them to remodel my office, I would recommend them to anyone.
Zack’s kitchen designers consulted with us for the design of our new kitchen. They analyzed our wants and needs, and well as our available space, and provided multiple design options. They met with us and revised the designs multiple times, until we had design that we liked and fit our needs. They provided insightful advice on options that would make the kitchen easier to use, and helped us pick out cabinet and counter top finishes. Zack provided estimates for every option, and made sure we understood everything. Zack’s crew handled demolition, construction, plumbing, and electrical with professionalism and quality. They kept us up-to-date on their progress, and made sure that the rest of our house stayed clean during their work. The end result is that we have a kitchen that maximizes both storage and work space, looks great, and we couldn’t be happier with it.
We had Clean Cut Construction come in and save our bacon on a high end master bath job after another contractor simply walked off the job after a few days. The first group couldn't do anything right and their quality was very poor.
Clean Cut came in and removed 90% of what the first outfit had tried to do, and did it perfectly and in a timely fashion. If they said they would be there by 8:00, they were there by 8:00. Clean Cut cleaned up and hauled off scrap each day. Also they were very kind to our home, using the garage entrance and covered the hard wood and existing marble floor with protective wood, card board and plastic sheeting.
In addition we had Clean Cut Glass fabricate a frame less European style shower along with the bathroom remodel they performed for us. We appreciated the convenience of the one stop shopping experience and the ease of having all of our project phases coordinated by the same firm. The enclosure came out great as did the rest of the project and fell within the original cost estimates. We would use them again.
We just finished remodeling our upstairs---re-doing the 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms and replacing all of the windows upstairs and down. Clean Cut Contractors were fabulous!! They were professional, completed the project on time, and their work was outstanding. Clean Cut Contractors were fair and honest and very trustworthy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
When we bought our house, our original plan was to begin by making cosmetic interior improvements and also to make the space suit the particular needs of our family, which includes a member with physical disability. The more we looked, though, the more the house told us it required a much more comprehensive intervention. The roof was an original shake shingle that was so degraded we could not insure it, and the cedar siding was also in bad shape, so our thoughts turned to exterior renovations. I wanted the next roof that we installed to be the final roof we installed, so I needed that roof to excel in features that are important to me: long life, a great warranty, recyclability at the end of its long life, lightweight, hailproof, fireproof, and as environmentally benign as possible.
Shortly after purchasing the house, I discovered that one neighbor next door shares my environmental aspirations and had recently gone through an extensive remodel on her home. She was happy to share lots of information with me, about contractors and process and products, including her new SteelRock (HPGreenStar) roof, with which she was well-pleased and the properties of which spoke to all my wants and needs.
It turned out, that as we were beginning our own remodel, I had seen my neighbor’s roofing contractor on a daily basis installing her great-looking roof that embodied all the features I was seeking. In time, that contractor—Jeff Meyer, of Clean Cut Exteriors—became the general manager and chief collaborator for my entire remodeling project, including the roof. Jeff’s crew installed my extremely good-looking SteelRock roof, nearly identical to my neighbor’s roof, with an eye to creating as little product waste as possible, which makes my inner environmental activist very happy.
While we are still in the middle of this project, the most extensive project I’ve ever personally undertaken, I remain confident that the outcome will be spectacular and will meet the needs of all the occupants. I trust my team of experts’ experience and integrity.
I appreciate Jeff’s energy, responsiveness, and sense of humor; his desire to get the job done right; and the quality of his work. Perhaps most of all, I enjoy Jeff’s problem-solving creativity, which has made the long arc of my project seem entirely possible, and even fun. I have recommended Jeff to friends who are recovering from the 2013 flooding, and I am confident to recommend Clean Cut Exteriors to anyone with home improvement needs. I’m a big fan.
Zach and Clean Cut Contractors did two main jobs for us. They gutted out a building and completely redid the space. It was a huge job! And they did the most amazing job. Their craftsmanship and attention to every detail was amazing. They also did an addition to our house that was beautiful, perfectly done in a timely way. In addition they fixed any problem along the way. We love these guys and would recommend them to anyone and everybody! Ellen seale, Artisan Center
We recently hired Clean Cut Exteriors/contractors, who I found from your advertised companies, to do work on a project we need help on. During the process we have been very pleased working with them. We found that various staff from their company have been wonderful to work with, making it has been a very positive experience. In fact the carpenter they sent has been extraordinary in quantity and quality of work, and the framer is exemplary in his skill and work ethics all the way around. We highly recommend Clean Cut Exteriors/Contractors.
The job was for a master bathroom remodel. I had five Contractors give estimates and when Zack, the Principle of the Company, came to give an estimate, I was impressed with his confidence and professionalism. We liked his approach and the work started promptly and proceeded efficienctly and professionally the whole way through. The project was clean and tidy at the end of the day and the main tile person, Johnny, is extremely skilled and very detail-oriented. All of his team were very friendly, respectful, and cordial at all times and really made my family feel very comfortable. We were more and more impressed each day the project got closer to completion. We couldn't be happier with the final Bathroom Remodel and we have Zack and his team at Clean Cut Contractors to thank. E.C.
My partner and I have had several remodel projects stored in the back of our heads, this past summer we decided to tackle one of our projects which was to remodel our master bedroom closet. It was a big undertaking, so we decided to commission Zack with Clean Cut Contractors to take on the job.
The project included taking our closet and building it out so we could have a hallway closet, and then a spacious closet for our bedroom. It also included putting up a wall where there was once a door, and then finally constructing a door to our patio which we’ve always had but have never had access to. Keep in mind that our house is well over 110 years old.
What I thought would take several weeks or months only took Zack and his crew less than 2 weeks! I’ve heard horror stories of people “living through a remodel,” but Zack’s company made the process easy and painless. I’m now encouraged to move forward with our other home projects at some point.
Clean Cut Contractors handled themselves professionally, came in under budget, and finished the project early. If anyone is thinking of remodeling their home and needs a professional that will handle the process as if it were their own home – a call to Zack is what I would advise.
This letter is to affirm Zack Casebolt, President of Clean Cut Contractors, as a construction company worthy of your consideration.
I contracted Clean Cut Contractors in the Fall of 2000 to complete two bathroom remodels in my mountain home. The project began on time, workers were on the job every day on time, all work was completed according to the product specifications and within the agreed upon time frame, and all completed work exceeded my high demands for quality. They cleaned up my home every day after completion of the daily activities-something that I truly appreciated.
During the course of the project, Zack addressed all of the unknown surprises with expertise. He also provided recommendations to improve quality, and all change orders were reasonably accommodated.
It is said that a customer's true satisfaction is ultimately demonstrated if and when a customer returns and purchases additional goods or services from a company. Subsequent to my home remodel project, I have used Clean Cut Contractors again on a remodel project that I am coordinating for Elk Creek Fire Department.
My experience the second time around was the same as the first, and I will contract with Zack Casebolt in the future.
If you have any questions that I may answer for you, please don't hesitate to contact me. I can be contacted according to the information at the top of this letter.
