It took longer than expected to be installed because the system had to be put in a different location from what was discussed initially. The installer was very professional and did have to do additional work due to the new site. The company honored the original quote and did not charge us extra for labor. Overall, we are happy with the process.

John and Trista couldn't have been better to work with. Trista installed the system with attention to detail.
The system is amazing. No electrical to worry about. The water tastes clean and fresh.

I've known John for over 15 years and attest to the quality, integrity and honesty he brings to his work. He installed and supports my home reverse osmosis system. The best decision we made for our health, and the quality of the water is amazing.

For twenty-six years we lived in Franktown on acreage requiring a well. We had a Kinetico water softener with a reverse osmosis purifier making our water forever safe. This past year we downsized and moved to a community in Parker, CO. The water smelled horrible and the taste was unspeakable. And after having a top-quality water system installed before we would not settle for less and had another Kinetico water system installed. It’s reliable with low maintenance and the water tastes great!

David has installed 2 complete systems for me. I will not use anyone else. He is very knowledgeable with water systems. Most importantly he is honest, nice and proficient.

Best Customer Service ever. I love my new water filtration system, it tastes way better than 5 gallon bottles I was using before. Professionally installed in a timely fashion.

The install team needed to do a lot of work on our custom install. They worked closely with me and double checked my wishes with me. Their clean up was impeccable. As for the kinetico system- this is day one and everything works as I expected. I’m feeling at peace that I now have good clean water in my home.

The installation team showed up in the morning on time, and had the equipment installed, up and running by the afternoon!

The installation was very well done. Now, I've got soft water filtered of all contaminants and purified drinking water!

I have had a Kinectico water softener and reverse osmosis system for 2 years and wish I had installed them years ago. The team at Advanced Water System (David and Trista) recently added a dechlorination feature to our system and the whole system is now better than ever. Just as important to me as the quality of the system was the responsiveness of Advanced Water Systems personnel. David and Trista went above and beyond while completing this installation…They were on time, polite, very thorough in explaining the system and performed what I feel was a perfect installation…I have no hesitation in recommending Advance Water System and their great staff.

I'm really happy with my experience. We've had soft water for about two weeks, and I no longer have to cover myself in lotion after every shower. I think this may be the cure for my eczema. My dishwasher cleans my dishes better--I no longer have to prewash them. And I love having a reverse osmosis water tap at my sink. Most RO systems waste a ton of water, but Kinetico's K5 is super efficient.

Caroline was very helpful during the sales process, and just came out today to test our water & confirm it's working as expected. Trista did a great job installing the system.

John is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to water treatment. He has been installing and maintaining my systems for years, and I’ve never been disappointed in his service! In addition, the Kinetico product is fantastic. I have had my softener over 10 years and I never leave it behind when I move! I reinstall it in the next house each time, because it’s just that good! Kinetico did a great job installing our water system in our 100+ year old house with some plumbing challenges. Not only did they do the water system but they fixed other issues with the plumping that really needed to be fixed. So they definitely left our home in better shape than they found it, which was much appreciated! A home water system is definitely an investment and we were a bit worried we'd regret it for the cost, however so far we absolutely love it and wouldn't go back. David T was amazing throughout the whole project!

The process of getting a Kinetico system installed at our house started out a bit rocky when they missed my initial install date. That said, they owned their mistake and made everything right. Trista with Kinetico was very thorough and informative. After exhausting all possible reasons for our lack of water pressure, it was clear that we needed a new water softener. We discussed best options and Trista returned the following week to install our new system. Throughout the process Trista provided outstanding support and our installation was very professional. Just want to say how thrilled we are with our Kinetico Water System. Would recommend for the quality and performance of the system. Not only do we feel way better after our shower but the appliances appear to be running a lot better. We don’t have any of that white film that you would typically see inside your shower, faucets and inside of the dishwasher. This system is worth every penny. We had the privilege of working with David. He was our contact to come out and look at the house and test our water. He was very knowledgeable and right to the point. I didn’t need someone to sell me something as we were already going to purchase a product. He happen to show us exactly what we were looking for. Pricing wise, for our system was at the top, but if you’re going to do it you might as well just spend the money and not have to worry. Ask for David and make sure you get the system that you don’t have to even worry about. Change your filters and that’s it.

Caroline was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We were amazed how much she knew about Radon and Uranium and what systems were the best to get our water to a safe level. We could not recommend her more for learning about and treating your well for these issues. We interviewed other companies and she was the best.
