I had a very good experience with this company. They explained the whole process to me in a matter that I was able to understand what was going to happen. I had a problem with a boiler leaking that ended up causing a mold problem. The company came out and dealt with the issue right away and I had a wonderful experience with them. They worked professionally, quickly, and where very cautious to contain the problem within the area of work. I will use them again for any future projects.

I had an Emergency with my refrigerator, the water was leaking all over the floor. I was worried that I was going to have to deal with mold. It was about 11 PM when I called to see if they were available the next day, but then they said that they would handle it right then and there. It took them about 30 minutes to arrive and the whole job was done in a few hours. I highly recommend this company. Not only are they professional but they are very knowledgeable, they left me with a brochure so I can avoid situations like this. I will definitely be calling them back. Worked with Luis and his team on some water damage done to our basement. They were able to start the mitigation efforts the day I called. We went with Luis on the repairs too as they came in under other estimates we received. They did an excellent job and turned around the repairs in record time. Bunch of nice professionals.

After contacting about ten different water damage companies to help me after a room in my house flooded, they were the first to get back to me (on a Saturday evening, no less), and came to the house to check out the damage and got started the next morning. They worked quickly and cleanly to get all the ruined carpet, baseboards, and dry wall out, and they set up air movers and a dehumidifier to dry everything up. I've already sent their info on to two other people whose homes also flooded. Great service, all around!

Very quick and thorough response for mitigation of water damage. Recommended an asbestos company when that complication arose. Very satisfied with carpet and drywall reconstruction as well. Insurance slow-rolled for months but they were understanding and worked with me to try and push it along.

I hired these guys to help with a three major water issues at one of our properties. I actually fired the other company as they not only missed another problem spot, but also were far too expensive for the work they do. They were very professional, over communicated with me on what they were doing and when they would be complete. Very respectful of my tenant. Their pricing was reasonable. They completed the job on the date promised (which you will find in the water mitigation business is not the case almost 100% of the time). When I came to inspect the work done, both with the water mitigation and the rebuild it was beyond my expectation. They were able to get everything exactly back to original condition. I can say, having just recently having water issues in my own home, that other companies do not respect your property nor are able to get the affected areas back to original condition. I would highly recommend you using them for any water mitigation or rebuild needs you have!

Advanced 24/7 Restoration was at our home within 1 hour after we notified our homeowners insurance company. Their emergency response crew immediately removed damaged materials and set up drying equipment. The entire process was worry-free, and we were regularly updated by the project manager Luis, who did a great job. The place looks better than it did before the flood. The installers were very professional, and the craftsmanship was outstanding. I give them 5 stars. I wouldn't want anyone else working on my home under these circumstances.
