I cannot say enough good things about this company and their team and that's after an a/c "problem" became a full HVAC replacement. Our a/c quit working and I was hoping for a quick/cheap fix. Their technician came out and offered that but also talked at length about the underlying problem and several options. Even once I decided on a replacement, we spent time talking about options and they did not recommend the most expensive. Due to the age of my home, installation was difficult with unexpected problems. They continued to communicate and stood behind their estimate even though it was much more involved than anticipated. When the work couldn't be completed the same day, they made sure I had temporary a/c until they could finish. Everyone that came into my house was professional, friendly and respectful.

  • Called them on a Sunday morning (10 degrees outside), spoke with a REAL person, technician was at our house/had the problem resolved within 1.5 hours. Technician also stated that if he hadn't made the correct diagnosis, the monies paid the first day would be applied toward a future call to correct the problem. REAL customer service! Pros: Excellent response, no additional fees for Sunday morning service, excellent, knowledgeable and respectable technician. Thank you is all I have to say! Cons: Absolutely none - would refer/use them again without reservation.

  • Service was prompt, efficient, and courteous! I called with a non-working furnace the day before Thanksgiving and they were able to send out a technician that day. The furnace needed a new part, which had to be ordered and would not be available that day. The technician was able to do a "work around" so that we had a temporarily working furnace. After the appt that day, their office called to schedule a time the next week to install the new part. They waited to charge me till the next part was installed. All in all, it was a very good experience and I will not hesitate to call this company again, and will definitely recommend this company to others.

    They came out to certify my furnace for the sale of my house that was under contract. Unfortunately, they had bad news. The furnace was too far gone it couldn't be certified.
    Knowing that time was of the essence they got right in it. Pulled all the licenses and permits needed. Ordered up the new unit and had it installed far before the deadline.
    The technicians that came out were clean and professional and left no trace of being there other than the shiny new Rheem furnace. Would definitely recommend this company for being fast, fair, friendly, and convenient!! Thank you guys!!
