Window Nation

We are so impressed by Window Nation. Their communication was excellent as far as planning the install to the installers actually calling letting us know that they will arrive. The installers were clean and neat and treated our house like their own. Replacing windows is a messy job but you would not know it as they cleaned up inside and outside of every window. We love the windows... all 25 of them.
I have already recommended Window Nation to a few friends.

I was truly surprised with the expert efficiency of the installation crew. All services were done in an organized and with care and concern for my home. I had six windows installed in three areas of my home and they were not only careful not to break, disturb or damage my property, also they were very efficient in cleaning up after themselves so well like they weren't there. The product I selected has provided me with a draft free home and I am already seeing the effects on my energy bills.

Window Nation is a great company. The workers were the most professional people I had to deal with. The skills and pride in their work was outstanding. The process was seamless, and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I just need to tell you all that we met with Bryan Dillman to discuss replacing my windows. Very knowledgeable and answered every question. I mean answered didn't beat around the bush very honest. No pressure what so ever very happy with presentation and what a deal. If any one is looking for new windows give them a call.

We actually had all nine of our condominium windows installed in early May of 2017. I frequently look for and read reviews about products or services that I am interested in and I also have written reviews about my experiences to help others with their purchases. I'm just now writing this review because I wanted to include some seasonal information. Our new windows did a great job last Summer keeping us cool and they have helped us retain our heat this Winter.
When first installed, there was one window in the kitchen that would not travel up and down without a fight. It was very tight. I talked to the folks at Windows Nation and they came out the next day and fixed that window.

Had 10 windows replaced last month. Requests were followed exactly, installers were knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and cleaned up after themselves. Windows are great - I can already feel the energy savings and they are easy to clean, which is what we wanted. Will call upon them again.

From start to finish I felt like the company was professional and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone. I also recommend negotiating your price, after all it's a sales pitch, but I'm happy with the windows, I can finally sleep upstairs in the AC because it is actually staying in the house! The installer was on time and did a nice job. He was happy to fix the imperfections my husband found!

Replaced 13 windows. Crew did a great job of installing them. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place just like they found. No debris , no mess. They were very personable and courteous. They also sent a supervisor out at the end of the job for a final inspection. I would use them again and also recommend them to a friend. They also let you visit the factory that is making your windows who were also great.

I had a perfectly good experience with Window Nation. My windows were delivered and installed within one month of ordering. The installers did 9 windows and thoroughly cleaned up within 6 hours of arrival. They even made sure I knew how to work them.
The only thing I need to check with my sales rep is if the bathroom window is supposed to have a screen.
The windows were not cheap, but I needed a matching wood tone on the inside and white on the outside. They look great.
I will update this if winter hits and I discover any leaks.
The main reason I went with this company is the lifetime guarantee.

You hear of so many window companies advertisements on the tv and radio. And I'm not one to ever post anything , but felt it was worth it this time. Window Nation was as professional as they come. The communication from start to finish was on point. Delivered everything as promised and within the time frame set. My wife and I only did the windows in the back of the house for now. But I will not call anyone other than Window Nation when it's time to do the front of the house. It's hard to fine good contractors, but this is one I truly recommend.

Start to finish from the initial meeting for the estimate, the sales rep Chris was informative about the product, offered choices and was patient with my question and was comfortable to work with. He took the time to explain the complete process. I had some additional questions and had the pleasure to speak with Design Consultant Shannon Hughes and she completely took care of my concerns...i made an adjustment in the number of windows i added more widows an she was able to take care of the change and also helped with the payment plan which also quick and easy. The installation crew did a great job!! They were on time and got right to work!! Made sure if i had any questions or concerns they were there to answer any questions. The Quality of the installation was first class. The finished windows when installed looked great!! Very nice work!! The crew cleaned up inside and outside you could not really tell they were there other than the new windows in the house. Good work guys!! And Two days later i received a phone call from Stacey to make sure everything was good and to see if i had any concerns. I am very pleased with the prompt and courteous service that Stacy provided to me from Window Nation. My sliding glass door locking mechanism broke and I am happy to learn that it is still covered under warranty. I recommend Window Nation for their quality service and warranty.

We had an excellent experience with window nation, from start to finish. The sales rep they sent to our house James; I think he went by Jim was so great! He took the time to explain everything, so we felt confident in our choice of window and company after he left. The measurement guy was very nice too. And the installation guys were the best! They were professional, kind and did an incredible job. The windows themselves are soooo nice. The house is so much quieter and warmer. It's been 1 year since I had all my windows replaced in my home and I'm very happy with the results I would recommend window Nation to anyone looking to replace there windows they were very professional and fair with pricing they are very air tight and I love saving money on my heating bill with my new windows.

The representative that came out to house was very knowledgeable, patient and suggested windows that fit our needs and price range.
Before the install the communication and follow through and scheduling from the office was excellent. Again, Window Nation was very patient and answered all of our questions.
The windows were measured carefully 3 times for exact measurement.
The day of install we had 24 windows replaced and 3 were large picture windows in addition to a new front door. The crew started at 9am and were done before 5pm. They were professional, friendly, and courteous and never stopped working until the job was done. Drop clothes were placed on the floors and the house was vacuumed where the installers walked. Before the crew left all of the old parts and pieces were picked up and taken away and the windows cleaned where needed.
We are 100% satisfied with the product and service and would recommend Window Nation to anyone.

Window Nation has installed 16 windows over the last six (60 months. The first order was for six windows; the installers were great!
The second order was for ten windows are again the experience was fabulous. The installers were very professional applying tarps on the floor prior to the installation which pleased us immensely.
Quality control was paramount with the three gentlemen.

Window nation was very professional, informative, and the turnaround from order to install date was very rapid. First, Chris came to our home for the "sales pitch" he did an excellent job in explaining in detail how their window was made to order and manufactured with the highest of quality.
Jay and his crew of installers were very quick and precise with their craft. Mind you it was only 39 degrees the day of install, so they moved quickly from window to window, making sure one window was almost complete before removing another. Their detail work was clean and professional. They also answered any questions we had. And went out if their way to make sure we were 100% satisfied before we signed off on completion of work.
Since our new windows were installed you can definitely notice our home is warmer and the furnace doesn’t run nearly as much as it had prior to with our old windows.
As far as I’m concerned it was money well spent and with the lifetime replacement guarantee, they will continue to pay for themself for many years to come.

We purchased our first set of six windows in November 2016, the crew arrived on time and professional. Then in October 2017 ordered two fiberglass doors and four more windows, again arrived on time installed, cleaned up, very pleased again. This year on March 14th ordered and installed the last phase of six more windows. We have sliders and double hung all work as should, all crews cleaned before leaving, I will use Window Nation again should I need more windows. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone from Jeremy to Stacy to all the installers were great! They were prompt, efficient, and friendly! They left my floors cleaner than they were when they came to install the windows. The siding installers had cold and rain to deal with but worked through it all!
