They went out of their way to deliver a superior finished product, and went above and beyond, cleaning up a mess they didn't make and replacing things which were not on the contract at no additional charge. Vivax Pros just installed 2 second story decks on our house. They demolished the old ones. This company is outstanding!! Absolutely amazing job!! The crew: Jose, Mike, Vincente, and the Project Manager were not only professional, friendly but also did amazing work. The paint job was a change of color as well and you would never would have guessed. The colors look amazing! The experience was great from start to finish. The PM walked around with me before and after the completion of the job. He pointed out minor and I mean minor things I did not even see for the guys to touch up at the final walk through. They really impressed my husband with the quality job they did and the amount of time they completed it was impressive (two days from start to finish: including touch up). He is extremely hard to impress as well. I would highly recommend this company and especially this crew.
The company offers warranty on all their paint jobs. Friendly reminders on start dates and color due dates. They also had the best price around. It was a pleasure working with them.

Vivax did an excellent job painting one of our homes. It was our first experience with Vivax. The team of painters were very nice, and took great care to make sure we were completely satisfied. They were on time every day. Our project managers were Bobby and Jeremy who also went out of there way to make sure we were happy with the work. We did a final walk-thru when painting was completed, to make sure every detail was attended to. The job was completed on time, as weather permitted. We were completely satisfied and will use them in the near future.

I've just finished the final walk thru with the Vivax Pro Painting Project Manager, Michael Sutton. He is very professional and easy to work with. I also found the respect he shows the painting team is wonderful. Now onto the job itself. Cosmo and his team are outstanding! They were helpful in answering all my questions. They were always there at the time they stated they would be at the house. They left the job site clean and were respectful of plants, etc in my yard. The job they did on my house was outstanding. Absolutely perfect with no mistakes. I highly recommend this service and this team.

Our house painting estimator, was very efficient in getting us information to get our house painted and was thorough with all the details that I had requested. Our scheduler, was so gracious in setting up the dates for power washing, plus the dates for the painting and answered so many questions and was always so helpful. Our project manager, and his painting crew were on time each of the two days they needed to paint the exterior of our house. The crew was fast, efficient and did a great job. Whenever I had a question as the house was being painted I would text our project manager and he would immediately respond with answers to my questions! After the final walk through there were a few items that needed addressed. Our project manager and the crew resolved these items in a timely manner and very professionally. I would definitely use them in the future without hesitation.

Blake's (sales) years with the company and explanation of how it all worked increased my confidence: no deposit required, clear prep expectations in a contract, the number of years my project manager (Jamie) had been with the company, etc. I was on high alert because of my bad experience and verified every step of the process. I questioned the power-wash because I saw spider webs on a portion of the house and Garrett (wash) called me back immediately and explained the need to avoid anything potentially related to power and assured me that these portions would be wiped by the guys when they did prep. He ensured I was content with the wash and asked me to call again if I saw anything else. They did as he said. I had asked to review the prep prior to painting being done and they accommodated me. I was so impressed with how thorough it was. Jamie (P.M.) was responsive and clearly focused on ensuring I would be happy with the end product. Tocho (prep/paint lead) was friendly and equally interested in satisfaction with the final job. The whole thing was done in 2 days! Not quick and dirty, but focused and thorough. Very pleased and I will look to them if I need a paint in the future.

Very professional, followed thru on everything promised. Came with a large crew and had everything finished in a day to our complete satisfaction. Will definitely use them the next time we need our house painted.

Vivax has been great to work with. This is my third time using them; once at a former residence (exterior and interior) and just this past week for an exterior paint job at my current residence. Their system works well... first you meet with a Project Planner who provides three quotes based on the different paints/warranties offered. If satisfied and you decide to go with them, you are contacted by the office for scheduling. The Project Coordinator is great at keeping you informed via e-mail and phone to remind you of upcoming work dates and paint selection deadline. If you need approval by your HOA they can work with them on your behalf--at least in Highlands Ranch--if time is of the essence this is a great option! Paint prep is really good and it starts with a power wash scheduled a week or so before the start of painting. The first day of painting they spend a lot of time with caulking and priming areas that need it, covering your windows, taping around light fixtures, etc. In my particular case I had boards that needed nailing under my back porch and they took care of it for me. They also removed an old satellite dish on the house (used by a previous owner) which I am so glad to be rid of! Everyone I've worked with at Vivax is meticulous at their job and they want to be sure you're satisfied; you won't be asked to pay anything until after the final walkthrough. And because I've used them before I can attest that they stand by their warranty; I had them out to retouch some trim at my first residence nearly four years after they painted - they didn't question it, just sent someone out and took care of the job. I've recommended them to others over the years and won't hesitate to do it again. A big shout out to my Project Planner, Michael S*****, who gave me a color idea and sample when I explained to him what I was looking for; it looks great on the house and for that I want to thank my Project Manager, Bobby, and Foreman, Ozmara, who both ensured every detail was taken care of in the painting of my home.

We needed a new paint job after the September 2014 hail storm. North side of the house was really beat up and our vertical trim was looking pretty sad. First contact and inspection was done in November. First opening was in February, weather permitting. Well Colorado weather didn't permit, so project was scheduled for mid March. Vivax did the power wash a week prior to when the scheduled painting was to occur. Power washer did a good job of getting the house washed and loose paint blown off. Project manager Glenn contacted us to push painting start date a week past original scheduled date. Working with Colorado weather can always be a challenge. Glenn met us at 7:30 a.m. on paint day to do a walk around and pre-paint inspection. He was clear and thorough and made sure we understood the process and did not have any unanswered questions or concerns. Our paint job was to include spray and roll as well as a considerable amount of caulking to the 2" vertical trim, and soffits on the north side of the house. First day of the job was additional scraping of the old loose paint, caulking, and taping off the windows, doors, and garage door. Painting team was efficient and fast. Second day painting was the spray/roll with one color, then spray/roll selected trim. Paint crew cleaned up after themselves nicely, leaving no evidence of their work trash after they left. Glenn met with us at the end of the first day to make sure we were happy with what we were seeing and the progress that was being made. The paint job itself is impressive. The spray/roll really was the perfect way to approach the painting of our house as the paint was really worked into the wood. We had received two other bids for the paint of the house, both of which did not include the power wash, caulking, or included any warranty. Vivax cost was 20% below the other bids. The customer service provided by Glenn was first-class. Painting crew was professional, friendly and very skilled. We recommend Vivax Pros for your house painting needs without reservation.

Vivax just completed painting our house after hail damage. It looks great! We had a few issues with matching the paint in the beginning, but Bobby M., our project manager worked with us until we were satisfied. The painting team was great. Two of the leads were Sergio and Ruben. Both were easy to work with and very accommodating when pointing out small details that needed touching up. Ruben even suggested a decorative detail that we liked and used on the trim. Bobby was very good about staying in touch during the project and made sure we were happy with all of the work as the job was completed.

Vivax recently painted my home exterior. They did a fantastic job! My Vivax representative, Austin is very knowledgeable in his field. He explained the estimate in detail, communicated every step of the process, the painting options and gave me an overall peace of mind. The painters were professional, showed up on time as scheduled and were very polite while at my home. I used Vivax a year ago for some interior painting and was just as pleased. Vivax Pro Painting exceeded my expectations. From the beginning of the process to the end. It all went very smoothly. The estimate process with John, Project Planner, to discuss details, pick colors and scheduling was informative and helpful. The pressure wash was done when scheduled a few days prior to painting. The painting crew and Project Manager arrived the morning of the start date and it took 2 1/2 days to complete. Both Nick the Project Manager and Sal the Paint Foreman did a final inspection with me on the entire house. Working with Vivax Pro Painting has been a very pleasant experience.

So pleased with the work and service provided. Our estimate was done on a Saturday, which was convenient for us but after scheduling the day to begin, it started raining and continued to rain for 7 days. Vivax still came out between storms and pressure washed and then scraped and caulked the house. When the rain finally stopped, the house and a detached garage were completed in two days. During the walk through, the guys saw things I didn't even notice. I am very pleased and will recommend Vivax to everyone.

Aside from the fabulous paint job- the Vivax team was extremely professional and at the same time, it felt like we were working with a small, local company. They were friendly, prompt, accommodating and, as I mentioned, did a stellar paint job on the exterior of our home. We are planning on booking them for the interior in the next week!

Vivax painted our house in July of 2011. It is now January of 2012 and the paint job still looks great and is holding up well. They arrived and did what they said they would do and when colors we picked didn't look quite right they made other suggestions. They worked around stormy weather and didn't leave a mess. My only problem areas were some spilled paint on the front lawn (very minor) and trouble getting behind downspouts far enough. They addressed these promptly and professionally.

They provided alot of support on color selection and delivering the color scheme we desired. Still pleased every time I come home.
