We had a great experience with Veteran. Free estimate and our technician Jimmy was able to come back and replace our toilet the very next day. He even replaced a part on our other toilet free of charge. Communication was great. We will use them again for sure.

I purchased a new heat pump and was very pleased with the work Diego and Bryan did. It was done in a timely manner, and with great communication.

Darryl and Joshua were great. They showed up quickly, assessed the issue and pointed out some problems we weren't aware of.
There was no pushy tactics to add any service or products. They were both polite, knowledgeable and efficient identifying the problem and fixing it.

Chris came today to help with my heating service needs. He also explained the maintenance agreement veterans has. He did an amazing job with my service today and will be a repeat customer and will be signing up for your club membership.

This company was extremely easy to work with. Detailed quotes were provided and they were very responsive in answering any questions about the product and services and potential energy efficiencies. It was easy to schedule the work and the installation went smoothly. They not only performed quality work, they also protected floor surfaces and cleaned up afterwards. Andy, Diego and Bryan were excellent, skilled, professional and respectful. The system is still very new but is user friendly and seems to cool the home much faster than our old system. We recently had our furnace and water heater replaced by Veteran, and could not be more happy with their service and pricing. Mike, the owner, personally came to our home to check out our aging systems, discuss options, and walk us through a myriad of rebates and tax credits that ended up saving us almost 50% off MSRP. Mike is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. It's obvious that he cares about the customer and building relationships.

Everyone working on the install was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they got the work completed in a timely manner. There were numerous people working on this project, and they were all great to work with, but I'd like to highlight Jimi and Diego for their work. Jimi worked on the water heater install and also did some additional plumbing work. We plan on asking him to do additional plumbing work in the future because he was so great to work with. Diego handled the heat pump

Once done, Chris explained to me all that he checked out and the condition of my furnace. This appointment was important to me, a thorough inspection was made and he reported his findings to me, all in a short time. Chris was the best!

I just used Veteran for a plumbing repair (replaced faucet and shower head in guest bathroom) and could not be happier with their service. Jimi Knight is the master plumber who did the work, and it is flawless. On the initial evaluation of the work, he did a complete walk-through/inspection of all of the plumbing fixtures (no charge) and then was here for an entire day replacing the faucet/shower head and also repairing a toilet. I will use Veteran in the future and have no hesitation in giving them (and Jimi) the highest review.

Overall, great experience! Scheduling was easy and they were able to get someone out to our house quickly to fix our broken AC. Chris was on time, courteous, and respectful of our home (put on shoe covers and was quiet because my children were sleeping). He was knowledgeable about the issue with the AC and provided an easy to understand explanation of the problem. AC is working again! Would absolutely use Veteran again.

I was lucky to meet these guys at a local festival, where they had a tent set up. A little more than a week later, I have a new heat pump water heater. Mike was great with explaining options and pricing things out. And Jimmy, the master plumber on the install, went above and beyond to get everything set up.
