Troy and team did a fantastic job of preparing for sale of my home in Aurora-southlands area. We were out of town at time of listing and they staged and prepped for sale without us being there!

Courtney is the best realtor I have ever had in a dozen or more transactions over the years with houses and condos and in several different states. I don't know who she does it with the level of activity now in Denver area real estate. She can really focus!

It's too bad that Troy Hansford RE does not come up in a Google Search of nearby Realtors for Denver or Aurora -- the office is apparently in Englewood -- but they cover the whole area (my Townhouse is in Aurora).

I think you will be hearing more and more about the Troy Hansford Re/MAX agency going forward. They are superb!
