David A has been to my house yearly since 2013 to repair my boiler. I appreciate his knowledge/expertise. He always is able to quickly diagnose the problem and, get it repaired in short order. He is always friendly and wiling to answer my questions. I trust him to do good by me.

We had a problem with leaky water heater. We called around and they were first to come. Joel inspected, explained the problem to us patiently, and offered alternatives. No attitude. He came back next day as promised and on time, and did the work. Took care of cleaning up, installing new heater and testing it carefully. We are pretty satisfied with the end result. I would recommend them. I'd grade them a 5 in scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being excellent.

Joel arrived and fixed our drainage backup very quickly. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Selected Time based on Google reviews and BBB rating. Was not disappointed. Called on Monday morning and they had David come out by 2PM. David called 15 minutes prior to arriving. When he did, he was cordial and got right to work. The issue was diagnosed in minutes. Thankfully, he had a capacitor on his van (one of many kinds that they stock on the van) and was able to fix the unit right away. Having the parts with him is huge for me. I have experienced other techs (plumbers, electricians, etc) having to run to Home Depot while the hourly charge ticks away. I hope I don't have to use Time again, but should I need AC or Furnace help, they will be the first ones that I call.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I've been a Denver/Metro homeowner for nearly 30 years and I am both thrilled and relieved to have finally found a great, HONEST (read: really reasonably priced) and timely plumber and A/C person! Using a different local service, I had unresolved issues with my swamp cooler all last year, so this year I called Time Plumbing instead. Chad Cooper (with Time Plumbing) readily diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was thorough, professional and personable. When he told me that Time also handles any/all electrical repairs I figured I'd finally found my "one stop, go-to" person for house problems! I have signed up for the annual contract which practically pays for itself on the first visit. I love their commitment to good service=it is real!-and that they are Denver natives, like myself. This is probably only the second time I have ever taken the time to write a service/product review, and it's because I was so significantly impressed by Chad C. and the people at Time Plumbing.

Can't say enough about the fantastic service from Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric. Our tech was friendly and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure that our swamp cooler was ready for use this summer. I really appreciate how upfront he was about costs and how he provided me with the information about the service. This is actually the second time that Nate has come to our house and helped with our swamp cooler. Last summer, our motor broke and he came out and helped. This year, our water lines in our swamp cooler had busted and were causing leaking into our bathroom. He was thorough and incredibly polite. He cleaned up after himself and gave me a very complete explanation of what was wrong. He even offered for me to get on the roof and take a look so I could see for myself. I settled for climbing the ladder and looking from a small distance. But he was quick, thorough and so very nice. I would definitely use Time again and will be requesting Nate for any future appointments. Highly recommended!

Nate was EXCELLENT!!!!!! Nate called and estimated his arrival time perfectly. He reviewed the problem and gave us a quote. Nate fixed the problem quickly and expertly! If we need more repairs in the future we will ASK for Nate specifically! We have used Time before for a large project and were very pleased then too.
