When we needed to replace our 21 year old deck we interviewed four companies. When Jamie came to our house to present a proposal he was well prepared with samples and pictures of other decks he had done. He listened to our thoughts knowing we are retired and wanted a reasonable and complete quote. He obtained all of the needed permits and worked with us to fit the project into a time frame that fit both our schedules. Jamie was always checking with us to be sure things were going well, was frequently on site and was available and easy to reach if we had any questions. His crew did an awesome job and our deck exceeded our expectations. We love it! We were grateful for his commitment to us. Since then we have had other projects completed by Jamie and as always he was with us every step of the way. We just cannot recommend him highly enough. He is very professional, has a great sense of humor and will take time to answer the smallest questions. He is now our “Go to Guy” for all home renovations.
We recently used Timber Designs to build a covered patio onto the back of our house and are very pleased with the results. We had received a large number of estimates over the years, however we never felt like we had met the right contractor. Upon meeting Jamie, we immediately felt confident in his company’s ability to provide what we wanted and that the quality would be there. From the beginning, we appreciated Jamie’s professionalism and style. He has a great crew of people who work with him and his foreman Justin runs a tight ship. All the guys were very respectful to deal with and of our property. They cleaned up each day and there was absolutely no trash left in our yard or strewn about. They showed up when they said they would be there and the job was finished in a timely manner (barring weather delays). We would highly recommend Jamie and his company.
Use Jamie!!! I can’t thank him enough for my incredible outdoor living area. I could not be more pleased with how this whole thing came together. From the start it has been so positive which we’ve never had with our home improvement projects. The incredible crew and multiple contractors that were used, were used so seamlessly and the schedule kept on moving forward. Very impressive. With a project like this I would have expected and even been ok with not always meeting the schedule but that was not the case. You came in on budget and on time! The plans and specs you provided in the contract matched the finished product just like I envisioned. In fact, the ideas about the fireplace/entertainment wall and the outdoor lighting as opposed to a fire pit could not have turned out more incredible. Your people were always very tidy, considerate and kept the work area cleaned after each day. I can’t tell you, even in a construction zone how nice it was to always come home to see the progress and to have everything so well taken care of. Jamie designed and oversaw the construction of our covered outdoor patio and kitchen. From the moment he assessed our current patio to when he presented us with the final design, he brought the expertise and confidence we were looking for to tackle our project. Our project involved extending our roof line, an expanded concrete footprint, outdoor cabinetry, stone work, plumbing, electric, gas and numerous detailed design elements that resulted in an outdoor space which is a truly stunning extension of our home and completely suits our lifestyle. Jamie Hageman oversaw the building of our deck. The project started really soon after the permit was ready. The crews worked quickly, were kind, and extremely professional in their conduct.
