We hired The Basement Finishers in 2022 to completely remodel our basement with 3 bedrooms, Kitchen, Media area and 2 Baths. The work was completed a few months ago and it looks fantastic!!!!
We use this space 90% we are at home and its been nothing short of great! They also installed a gas fireplace which heats the entire space by itself, laminate flooring, beautiful kitchen with 2 full sinks, laundry hookups for washer and dryer and good storage closets.

We recently finished our basement with The Basement Finishers and had an excellent experience. From the initial quote which was very reasonable, to our interactions with literally every subcontractor, to the diligence of our project manager, we can truly say we were happy with each step of their process. We really appreciated their payment schedule, where you pay for the project stage after it’s completed (once framing is done, you pay for framing, once drywall is done, you pay for drywall, etc.) and how they worked through issues with us. Any project of this size is going to have some things come up. Mark, David and their teams were very willing to work with us through any issue and seemed genuinely invested in our happiness with the final product. Five Stars! I found them as they sent out a mailer that so perfectly described my basement, that’s exactly what I wanted done, what they described they would do. Even though the price has gone up for the part they sent out, they have been very fair and reasonable in pricing things. The work has gone on fine so far, everything’s fine. I think they are tad bit behind where they want to be, may be a time that was off schedule. Otherwise, everything’s great!

We contracted to finish our basement with Mark Stone. They began work around February 10th and we are about 1- 1 1/2 weeks away from being complete. The sub-contractors that Mark uses are professional, punctual and polite. The workmanship has been outstanding. We can honestly say that this has been a pleasurable experience. We hired the Basement Finishers in November '19 and work is just about complete in February '20. The craftsmanship of all components of the work has been wonderful and they were able to match all upstairs finishes, styles and colors. The pricing was the best we received after getting multiple quotes and the project will complete before schedule. I would definitely use these guys again for our basement finish.

We hired Mark Stone and Basement Finishers to finish our basement in the Fall of 2016. The end result was fantastic, and I was extremely impressed with the team. The entire project came in at budget, with the exception of the additions that I had made. More importantly, the estimated timeline was met. We had an odd shaped basement with some tricky limitations for adding a bathroom, but Mark did an amazing job creating a design that incorporated everything we were looking for.
Mark does not have time to be on every job, but his foreman responded to our every need and answered/fixed every issue that came up. The framers did an exception job, and were in and out QUICK. The trim finishers were top notch and true craftsman. The electricians were better than I have met anywhere.
The other review on this site somewhat baffles me as we experienced a terrific process and great finished product.
I would DEFINITELY recommend Basement Finishers for your next project. The design was great and the work of high quality. We are extremely pleased with our basement and it has added valuable living space to our home. You won't be disappointed.

We interviewed several basement finishing companies to build out our basement. Most were OK, but The Basement Finishers had an A+ rating with the BBB and many references and photos. They were also over 20% less than our other bids.
The work took 11 weeks, 1 week less than what was projected, and it looks great. They built a custom Wet Bar, fireplace and large Media area that we and our family enjoy!

Basement Finishers is one of the best companies near me. If I could give 10 stars I would!! From start to finish, Mark blew me away with his service. We didn't have a single worry during this entire project. The crew cleaned up the workspace every evening after doing their job. They provided an excellent warranty and didn't hesitate to immediately come and check on things when we had a problem with another vendor.

The Basement Finishers finished the basement before we purchased our home. The design was tasteful, cozy and artful in covering functional areas such as the furnace room, crawl spaces and water mains. The Basement Finishers accommodated our financial situation by building out partial basement, then, returning several weeks later to complete it, due to our financial requirements. They did a very large basement Rec and Media area, 2 Bedrooms, full Bath and Storage. The work was excellent and their pricing was the most competitive of all bids acquired.

The Basement Finishers built our basement which included a very large Bar, Wine Cellar, Media area, Bedroom and Bath. They also installed cultured stone on columns and on walls for a very nice finish. The work was excellent and we have referred them on several occasions. They are a very good company to work with.

We have had a very positive experience with the Basement Finishers. We had an issue in our house that we thought was connected to the electrical work being done in the basement which it turns out was unrelated; however, the Basement Finishers sent out their electricians free of charge to look into it. They have been responsive to our questions and requests for changes in a timely manner. Finally, they are on target to finish the basement project within the time frame that they stated. I would definitely recommend the Basement Finishers!
We obtained quotes from 4 different basement finishing companies at the end of 2013. The Basement Finishers were much less than the other quotes, so we hired them. They designed a fabulous Floor Plan that worked great for our home and started to build it near the end of October. We chose The Basement Finishers to finish our 1500 square foot basement in Highlands Ranch. It was important to us to have the basement to be identical to the upper two floors and not to look like a "basement" but rather a first floor of our home. Our project is about 85% complete to date, and we couldn't be happier so far! The workmanship has been excellent. The subcontractors have been great to work with... everyone from the framers, electricians, plumbers and tile guys. We have trim, painting and final plumbing and electrical to go.
