Our skylights leaked and not only did they do a great job in replacing them, they also fixed a nearby roof leak that was unrelated to the skylights. They were outstanding. Had skylight magic come out last September 2015 in Evergreen to fix a leak issue with our current skylights. They were very helpful in identifying the issue and we went ahead and replaced our skylights with them. They fit our schedule needs and were able to get everything done in a timely manner.

Very professional work. The installer was great at making sure our installation would work and not cause annoying shadows due to the ceiling fans in the room.

We originally asked Sol for bids on installing sun tunnels in two rooms of my old (1885) house. When he came onsite to discuss the bid, he suggested an unconventional, and ultimately beautiful additional double-skylight for the living room. The sun tunnels drastically improve the lighting in bedroom and bathroom, as hoped; but the huge, dramatic double-skylight in the living room transforms the entire house. Sol and his crew showed up when they said they would, performed good work, including finding (and fixing) a minor roof-seal issue. They were adaptable when they encountered the inevitable challenges which come with an older home. Sol made a snap-decision to purchase a larger skylight unit than we originally agreed upon, because he believed that it would it would enhance the overall project-- and ate the additional cost.

We are pleased with the results, and look forward to doing business with Sol and Skylight Magic in the future.

Two manual open skylights in my home were stuck shut and I was unable to open them. Sol came out to look at the problem. He evaluated the situation and was able to reassemble the mechanisms and repair both and get them working within an hour. The problem was likely caused by shutting them too tightly and starting to strip the key. Sol was amazingly responsive, honest, personable, and professional. He offered great advice and the price was incredibly reasonable. I will most likely use this company again for service and for any new projects.

Two skylights (leaking) were removed and replaced in under three hours. Nicely done, very neat work.

I noticed water staining around skylights on freshly painted ceiling in house we just purchased. Sol came out, gave estimate and scheduled work soon after. He removed, reflashed and replaced both skylights. We were informed that neither skylight was correctly installed in the beginning. One had a gap around the skylight that allowed water to
enter. I was not home when he performed the repairs, so I cannot verify that the skylights were not correctly installed in the beginning, but we have not had any water staining since the work was done.

I had two 30 year old skylights replaced. The one in the bathroom was dripping most likely due to condensation. Arrived promptly and finished quickly. Both skylights work great so far. The one in the bathroom has not dripped.
