We had ceiling leaks in our 6-year-old home. I found the company on-line. Evan came right away and we had an estimate within 24 hours. Kevin came and replaced 4 roof vents which had not been installed properly along with 3 windows which had poor framing and had leaks. Kevin did meticulous work. The company was always responsive when I called or texted with questions. We will be using them in the future for exterior house painting and fence painting. I was given Evan’s # by my Plumber to come install roof jacks over the new vent pipes ran through the roof. Evan sent Kevin out to install the seals. Kevin was OUTSTANDING! He took the time to work up the shingles and get the area prepped CORRECTLY to install the pipe seals. Kevin then spent the time to properly fasten, trim shingles, weather seal, and paint to match the roof. Over the past few years, I’ve had Daniel at Simple Roofing and Exteriors out multiple times to inspect my roof for possible damage. Each time he would tell me that my roof was fine and there wasn’t a need to replace it.

What a fantastic experience working with Evan and his team at Simple! With a 12 year old roof, and even older (original 30+ years) gutters, exterior windows and screens that had all endured brutal hail damage every summer since, we were more than overdue for repairs and replacements.

The endless solicitations by roofing companies that “just happened to be in our neighborhood” never felt right - it was obvious they were all about getting a hold of your insurance claim, throw a roof on and then get out. That might be an option for someone ready to sell, but this is our forever house and so I wanted a more considered and consultative approach to get results that were going to last and also meet our budget and aesthetic requirements too! Absolutely one of the best roofing - exterior contractors in the game. Evan is super professional and very knowledgeable. His crew repaired and replaced siding and trim on my house and the attention to detail is incredible. Highly recommend this company!
