RTP Roofing did a great job making repairs to our home's roof. It was under contract and getting a contractor to do the work prior to closing was a nightmare. Scott Ponzio was courteous and responsive. He made himself available to do the inital estimate when we were unable to be present. He ensured communication through the entire process from start to finish. We highly recommend RTP Roofing for anyone needing repairs or replacement.

We had a full roof replacement completed by RTP at the end of December. From start to finish, they were great to work with, were excellent in communicating with me both on-site and via email, and were proactive in letting me know what to expect. The work quality was excellent, and the crew was very respectful of our property and making sure everything was cleaned up. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work!

I've used the services of RTP roofing for many years. The reason is they are reliable, knowledgeable, and professional. Most recently, we had an ongoing problem with our clay tile roof in one area of the house. The leak was small and difficult to locate. But RTP refused to give up. They came out mutliple times until the problem was discovered and fixed. It's that kind of dedication to doing what is right that keeps me coming back to them again and again. Ray and his crew were efficient as well as doing an exceptional job on the roof. RTP had great communication with us. They took great care of the house during the project and left the site spotless. I would highly recommend RTP roofing.

Ray and his team are Great. Ray came to my house to evaluate the damage from the tornado in June 2023. His assessment concluded that our roof was damaged due to a manufacturing defect in the shingles. I submitted a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Ray came back a second time to remove sample shingles, take photos and provide an estimate of replacing my roof. These items were then sent to the manufacturer as part of the warranty claim review. The manufacturer quickly honored my warranty claim and sent a settlement check to me to replace the roof shingles. Honesty, integrity and professionalism are my words to describe RTP roofing. I have also referred RTP to my family and friends when they need a professional roofing company. You will not be disappointed to hire RTP!

RTP Roofing is top notch. Very professional. I had 2 separate roofs done in two different counties and his crews went above and beyond in both locations. Their attention to detail was amazing. Ray does not use subcontractors. Any time I had a question, when I called the office, everyone that answered the phone could help answer my questions. I've had several roof replacements over the years and RTP was by far the best firm I've worked with. Ray, the owner, was great throughout the process. His employees take pride in their work. They do the job right and pay attention to the details. They also keep the site clean during the process and do a final detailed cleaning after the job is complete. Ray Phillips explained the process with the job and the invoice very well. Materials and crews showed up as planned. Crews cleaned up after each day's work. Final clean up was good. To leave several spare roof shingles at garage fort any future repairs. Took care of additional request as promised.

We highly recommend RTP roofing. About a year and a half ago they re-shingled our house after a hail storm and did an excellent job. They even scheduled it for when we were on vacation so we missed out on all the noise and mess. Another hail storm came through and many nearby houses were reroofed but ours was fine. A third hail storm came through a few months ago, and again numerous nearby houses were reroofed and ours only needed the cap shingles replaced. RTP Roofing’s excellent materials and workmanship have been great.

I first called Ray of RTP roofing 16 years ago. We had a really bad Colorado wind storm and lost some roof shingles. Ray came out within a day of the call and did a high quality
repair at a great price. Everyone in his company is sooo customer focused. When we had a major hail storm several years ago, there was no doubt who I would call.

We have used RTP Roofing twice now in the last five years. They came highly recommended by our insurance company after a hailstorm, and they did such a great job that when we got hailed on again, we called them back without a second thought.

We decided we needed something more resilient this time so that we weren’t re-roofing after every hailstorm, and Ray gave us a lot of different options, with honest pros and cons of each. When we finally decided which material we wanted, Ray gave us an impeccably-detailed estimate; two pages long single-spaced with the brand, specs, color, and price of literally everything they were going to use.

The work itself turned out exactly like it did the previous time: good attention to detail and taking their time to get the foundational components right instead of just tiling/shingling over shoddy prep work. Our neighbors behind us got a new roof at the same time, and their roofers were in and out in three days. RTP took a solid week, and it’s because they were taking their time and not glossing over important details.

This is a local, family-owned business. When you call or email, you’re talking to the owners. All of their crews are employees, and they must treat them pretty well because I recognized a few of the crew from our first job five years ago.

I called RTP roofing from a referral by a neighbor, because of a leak. Ray came out and inspected the roof and took pictures of the possible problems. Ray explained what he recommended as a fix. He proceeded to caulk the areas that were the possible problems. If I have future problems I will certainly call RTP to have them repair/replace my roof.

We've used RTP since 2009 and I wouldn't use anyone else. Over the years they have worked on our roof, gutters and most recently, repaired a skylight leak. Super responsive and Ray came out to inspect the issue himself. (this skylight is original to the house) Ray sent his crew out to fix within a couple of days. They did a great job, shared pictures of the various stages of the repair. We are a customer for life.

RTP Roofing was recommended to me by two friends years ago after they had new roofs installed, and they’ve been my “go to” roofing company ever since 2019. RTP has made roofing repairs, and replaced existing gutters and added new gutters for us.

They’re the first ones I call for any issues with my roof and gutters. Everyone at RTP has been excellent, and we’ve always been impressed with attention to detail and worksite cleanliness after the job is done.

The communications between the customer (me) and the insurance company was wonderful, including and explaination of challenging insuarnace company jargon. The price was quite fair, the workmanship was excellent, and the cleanup left nothing behind, no nails, paper, tile etc. I would refer RTP in a heartbeat.

RTP roofing was called in to seal the vents on our new water heater and furnace by our HVAC company. They did such a great job we asked them to install our new skylight and re-roof our kitchen area. The work was professional and timely. They even came out an extra morning to finish the little things we would not have noticed. We highly recommend them and know that you will not be disappointed.

I was inundated with slimy roofers once a Hail storm went through- everyone wanting down payments and sales guys with out of state license plates. I was referred to Ray (RTP) and found him to be highly ethical. I added a few terms to the contract and these guys did a great job - on time- cleaned up debris really well - great workmanship. As I look to my other neighbors I was happy that I had chosen a local contractor rather than the high speed foreign crews that install in rapid fire. It costs the same and was worth the effort to buy and employ local residents.

We got hit with a nasty hail storm. Scott came out and assessed our roof. He has helped us work with our insurance company and has been patient with scheduling while we work with the solar company to remove our panels. This is the second roof we have replaced using RTP and would not go anywhere else!

I called this company to get a second opinion, Mr. Phillips was so nice and very informative. Unfortunately, I ended up going with the first company I called do to a mix up in communication. I just wanted to say how impressed I was with their service even though I ended up going with a different company. They really took the time to explain things and we're very quick to answer any questions and to get my estimate back. Needless to say if I ever need any work done again, these guys will be the first and only company I'll call.

Amazing service and honesty. We called them out to take a look at a number of issues we were having and for all of them he offered his best advice, including DIY fixes and trying out drainage solutions before deciding, instead of trying to just make the sale.
