Victor at Roof Worx had excellent communication! He came out on short notice and helped me understand what my insurance covered regarding the roof damages. Victor helped me negotiate with the insurance and get the most I could for the expense of the roof. He was very responsive and always got back to me quickly. My whole experience has been very professional and these guys really know what they are doing. I would definitely have them work on my roof the next time I get any hail damage.

I know several roofers in my area but decided to go with Victor and roof worx. Victor is a person I trust now but did not even know him before this job.

We needed a new roof on our patio, Scott came out the same day I called, advised me of other damage on the roof, and that our old shingles were discontinued. He worked with our insurance and arranged for a new roof. The crew worked in near freezing temperatures in December, between snowstorms, and we had a beautiful new roof before Christmas !! After finding out the horrible news of needing roof repair on our roof that was replaced only three years ago was devastating. Roof Worx built my home prior to getting into the roofing business. Strange they should choose this industry to enter as the only problems I have had w my home are roofing issues! Upon leaking water in the home, we contacted them to assist in finding and repairing the leaks. Both issues I have learned were repaired poorly. Upon speaking w owner to readdress the issues, even offering to pay to fix, he refused to fix. I just spent $9,070 to correct the issues. That is when I learned that both the original construction of the roof and the repairs that were completed by Roof Worx utilized inadequate membrane materials that deteriorated and improper vent selection and installation.. I hope anyone considering this company, rethinks their decision not only due to poor workmanship but also the ability of the company to not stand behind their work!

From our initial phone call to Roof Worx to the final day of roof inspection we could not have been happier with our experience with Brian Benner, Truman, the foreman, our fantastic crew of very hard working and conscientious roofers, and Misty at the front desk. We feel that we were exceptionally FORTUNATE to have found Roof Worx. Brian Benner's intelligence and obvious determination to provide the most comprehensive service possible made the serious business of financing and installing a new roof a completely satisfying experience. Many families are never called upon to re-roof their house and most families will never need to re-roof more than once. Consequently, there is no "learning curve" to be acquired. This company was very professional throughout the entire process. They finished their job in a timely manner and my roof looks great.

The company made several contacts in advance to be clear on scheduling and, when the weather turned nasty, the schedule was re-set. The crew appeared to be ver competent and efficient. The company rep made sure that we knew what to expect and answered the few questions we had. The job was completed in a timely fashion and work appears to be first rate.

In the bitter cold at 7:30am in late December, Roof Worx showed up at our home and about five fellows shoveled a foot of snow from our roof! By 4:00 that afternoon, our new roof was completely dried in and by 4:00 the next day we had a wee flashed and waterproof. We are totally satisfied with the fast efficient organization of our roof replacement.

RX did a solid quality job on the roof, thoroughly cleaned up the yard each day so that my kids stayed safe. And went the extra mile on the small details, paying attention to appearance and quality. We are very happy with this whole process.

Roof Worx took care of everything in the most professional manner. They even worked with my insurance company on replacing some vents (not just the cover) when it was discovered they were damaged. The quality of their work from start to finish was superior and they went above and beyond the call of duty in a number of areas (including moving the old swamp cooler). Throughout the entire process, my sales rep, Victor Stewart, was right with me. He made sure Iw as entirely comfortable with every phase of the process, including pricing the details. He made a painful process easy. He was always responsive, answered every question I had and provided great follow up after the job was finished. The field manager was very courteous and professional. He was very helpful and explained how the various shingle types compared in cost and quality. He was also very thorough in explaining what the procedures would involve in having our roof shingles replaced and what we needed to do inside and around the house to get prepared for the project. Trying to replace your roof after hail damage can be seriously overwhelming. Luckily, Victor Stewart from Roof Works, LLC introduced himself to our family. Not only did my home need a roof, but both of my rentals as well! I had heard all the horror stories of trying to deal with roofing contractors and the scams involved with them.
Victor was nothing but professional and has backed up his word 100% since the start of the process. 3 roofs replaced in under two days with great communication going forward with billing and dealing with my insurance company.

While trying to select a roofing company, I was so confused by all the different options I received regarding who to handle the replacement of the roof without voiding the Roof Guard warranty. Victor Stewart had me call the Roof Guard office. He then asked for the manager so he could ask him the questions that he needed in order to proceed. That solved the problem of getting one answer from the girl who answers their phone and a multitude of answers from the roofers.
The shingles were delivered a few days later and the next working day the roofers got busy. They finished the job and cleaned everything up nicely in one day. Their price was competitive and more important to me, the trust that the job would be done right, and it was.

We recently sold our home and one condition of the sale was that the roof was to be replaced due to storm damage. We contacted Victor at Roof Worx as he’d done great work for us before on a gutter repair. We were in a spot with a tight window to get the work done before closing. Vic got our job scheduled quickly. We were given all the information about what the roof replacement process would entail, including delivery of supplies, expectations for working hours and even the level of noise to expect. Everything happened right on schedule, supplies delivered, roof stripped and replaced and job site cleaned up in a very thorough manner. We couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Roof Worx installed a 700 square membrane roof for us approximately two years ago on a condominium building in Colorado Springs. The roof was four stories high and all materials had to be placed by crane.
The building contains many units and we never had a complaint from a single occupant during the entire roofing process.
The roof is performing perfectly and we are very pleased with the project.

His promises far exceeded our expectations and those homes were soundly delivered through Quality Control Engineer, Thomas Miller, who had the discernible respect and cooperation of his operations crew. That esteem for Mr. Miller was exemplified by the smiles, good natured bantering, cooperation and efficient movement of his crew who were respectful of us and our property.

We really appreciate the excellent job your company did in replacing our worn out roof. I’m sure you know what gems you have in Scott and Thomas. Our house lot is a postage stamp and not the easiest job site. Scott made us feel confident that the job would be done right and completed easily and quickly. He spent time with us in person and via e-mail and phone and answered every question we had.

Thomas is an excellent foreman. He supervised the crew here and knows how to get the most of out his men. I have to say their work was excellent. Last spring, Victor Stewart from Roof Worx called on us at our home that we have lived in for 41 years and did an evaluation of the shingles on our roof. Victor determined while examining the roof that damage was significant enough to require an additional evaluation with an insurance adjustor from our insurance company. Victor then made the arrangements with the adjustor, and together they agreed that the shingles should be replaced
Like most home owners, we were not familiar with the process of working with the insurance company, the city for a permit, the inspection required by the city, and the closure to the process. Victor walked us through each step just for our understanding as he coordinated everything smoothly and efficiently.
We had several days in a row of inclement weather, and when it cleared the workers showed up early in the morning, removed the old (tab lock shingles). The supervisor, being familiar with requirements to meet code in our city, did an evaluation of our sheathing, determined that it met code, and installed our new shingles. They were professional and efficient and finished the same day. There was very little cleanup required on my part .
The only error that occurred in the process was mine when I over payed Roof Worx by a few hundred dollars and they returned the excess payment the next day.
I would recommend Roof Worx and Victor Stewart without a doubt because-to our surprise-we received service that one should expect (but seldom receive) when working with contractors.

Roof Worx was great! I needed the skylights in my office replaced due to a leak. Victor was great about explaining the different options and price points. The lights were replaced in a snap (or so it seemed). Monday morning it was as if nobody had been there. Thanks guys!

I must say we were a bit leery when Victor from Roof Worx knocked on our door. We’ve heard horror stories, so we usually send all the roofing companies running and don’t give them a chance to speak. Boy are we glad we let him in! Every step involved in the process was handled with professionalism, efficiency and expertise. They filed the initial claim with the insurance company, making sure any additional requirements from the City Inspector were covered as well. The crew arrived on time, was extremely nice, and did a great job, including cleaning up every scrap and nail. As promised, my flower beds were protected.

I would like to recommend Roof Worx roofing company as a good company to work with for your roofing needs. The reasons I am saying this is because I just used them for my roof needs and at all times they were professional and easy to work with if I ever had a question or concern they were there to answer or correct anything I needed from them. I had a real hard time with my mortgage company signing the check that my homeowner’s insurance had paid and they were always there to show me support and do whatever I needed to work with my insurance company. They completed the job without the funds being paid and had to wait quite a while for payment and always understand and were never rude about the money. They stated they understood and would do whatever I needed to help me with this.

This letter is in regard to the replacement of my mother’s roof in Ft. Collins, CO. Since my mother is elderly, I handled the process for her. I first contacted Jerry Sullivan of Roof Worx in July; he immediately scheduled a roof specialist to evaluate the roof for me. His recommendation was to have the roof replaced. Roof Worx contacted our insurance company, with my assistance, and took care of all the details required. My insurance company then came out to confirm that a new roof was needed – the same specialist met the insurance adjuster at the property to review what he had found. The adjuster then informed that a new roof would be installed and that a check would be sent to cover the cost.
In approximately 2 weeks, the material was delivered to the house and the new roof was installed, on the exact day that it was scheduled. Even the details were taken care of: new flashing, roof jacks, and vents were replaced so the roof is now brought up to code. They took care of getting the building permit from the county as well.
I would highly recommend Roof Worx and Jerry Sullivan to anyone needing their roof replaced. Jerry was always professional, considerate of my time and acted in a professional manner. Thank you for making it easier to get the job done!

My family and I recently encountered a horrific storm in Sterling, Colorado that severely damaged our home. The entire outside of the home was basically destroyed with the roof, siding, windows and guttering all needing to be replaced. The team at Roof Worx was fantastic!
They were literally at our house within 48 hours. They were not only courteous and professional but showed a true sense of caring for our home. They immediately assessed the damage and worked with our insurance adjuster to make sure we didn’t miss any of the small details. Once the estimate was completed, we discussed the timing of completing the job and the sense of urgency I needed as we had just accepted a contract on the sale of our home. This was never an issue as they had the roofing crew on the job within 96 hours. They worked diligently to manage the project and like dominoes all the pieces fell into place. They literally had to manage 4 separate crews as there was a different one for each area that had to be fixed.
