Our family wholeheartedly trusted them to work on our home when we were away. Restoration Services Inc, specifically Chris, is a rare gem in the contractor world. I've had past experiences with projects that were rather difficult, took much longer than expected, and didn't have the correct installers to do the work. The experience with RSI was exceptional! I don't write reviews very often, but this was worthy of a mention. I had a particularly challenging situation dealing with water mitigation with restoration on top of accepting a job out of state and having to move. Chris made the process seamless and always communicated timelines and changes if something came up. I ended up having to move out prior to him starting work and provided him with access to my home to finish everything. Family went over to look at everything after it was done and shared photos. He did a wonderful job and is very trustworthy. I left some coats behind in the rush of packing. He called to let me know and shipped them to my new location. From quality workmanship to excellent communications, I am lucky to have found RSI. When I have another project come up for my condo while it's rented, Chris will be my go-to!

We had water damage in our basement, and he & all of his teams were prompt, courteous, & thorough from the beginning to the very end. Chris was gracious & patient with all our questions. RSI is a company we will definitely call again, if needed in the future.

Restoration Services came in following a frozen water pipe and flood in our church kitchen and adjoining rooms. After Affordable Water Damage had cleaned up the initial flood and drying out the water damaged walls, RSI came in, assessed the repairs, met with the insurance people, and started the process of repairing our church. There were time delays from the permitting process as well as material shortage issues. There were also some issues with repairing the insulation damage that contributed to the frozen pipe and water damage to some kitchen cabinets that the adjuster did not want to repair. Brian and his crews put everything back together better than new. If I need some work done in the future I know who will be my first call.

RSI did an amazing job after a leak from yet another faulty refrigerator water line! (see previous review!) Chris Strother is so personable, honest and hardworking. All his team were always on time and worked so hard and efficiently at drywall, laying a new floor, new baseboards, and repainting. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is faced with the disastrous results of water leaks (and anything else!). It is so rare to find such a professional and responsible organization. I was referred to Brian and RSI by my insurance company. I had a water pipe freeze and break causing major damage to 3 floors of my home. I had an abatement company come out to remove the drywall because I live in an older house and it was contaminated with asbestos. Then Brian came in to repair all the dry wall, ceilings, paint, fix baseboards, lay carpet and install insulation to prevent the pipe from freezing again. It was nice to have one contractor do all the work and coordination for me. He had his crew work around my schedule and the work is beautiful. The room that had the most damage is nicknamed the "dog" room. The room looks better now than it ever has before!!! I had them repaint it the same color and the paint in there before wasn't old but they did a beautiful job putting my house back together. Brian had his carpet crew come in and the put in the new carpet in 3 rooms, moved the furniture in and out and they did a beautiful job. The painters then came back to make sure the carpet installers didn't knick any of the new paint and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Brian followed up with me and made sure I was happy. He was very easy to work with and my house looks great!

I would recommend calling Brian at RSI if you need your house put back together. Great job all!!!

RSI did construction work on our home prior to purchase. We have had a hard time with one window in not being able to close it properly, and they have come out two times within 24 hours of contacting them to help us with it. Highly recommend RSI!

Restoration Services Inc (RSI) did an awesome restoration of my town home that suffered water damage from a faulty refrigerator water line. The contractor, Chris Strother, and his team of electricians, carpenters, hardwood floor guys, plumbers, drywall folks, granite men, and painters were absolutely amazing! They replaced the ceiling and painted the garage, removed warped kitchen hardwood and refinished the whole second floor hardwood. The carpenters rebuilt and reinstalled my kitchen cabinets. The electricians rewired the kitchen. The plumbers installed new dishwasher, refrigerator, toilet, and faucets. The granite team removed eleven feet of granite counter and reinstalled it without the granite cracking! The drywall group and painters did a great job! All work was completed flawlessly in a timely manner. All of the workers were very respectful and friendly. My kitchen, hardwood floors, cabinets, walls, and garage look great and it is like the water damage never happened! I highly recommend Chris Strother and his teams!

Ron and his team were the most empathetic and kind people that I needed during a very stressful time. Due to circumstances additionally outside of my control, on top of the fire, I had a lot of back-and-forth communication about getting started with construction. Ron and his team was kind and empathetic and kept communication open. They were some of the most trustworthy, reliable, and caring people that I have ever worked with her in an emergency. Their professionalism and care and communication with second to none. I would recommend them to everyone!

I had a sewage backup, that led to asbestos abatement, during which major foundation issues were uncovered. Chris was so wonderful to work with as schedules and priorities shifted. All the subs were great as well - the work was meticulous, crews were always courteous and respectful, and I am very pleased with the completed product. This is the first review I have ever written, so I don't say this lightly!

RSI finished our remodel on budget and on time. Larry, Patrick (our project manager) and the entire team including the trades were always working hard and great to deal with. This is a high integrity group that will go the mile to make things right.

This company was referred to us by Farmers Insurance for mold in our kitchen. Bryan his team were wonderful!! Danny did most of the work and he is very meticulous. Our kitchen looks amazing. I felt comfortable with leaving them at my house and knowing the job would be done right.

Seriously, could not have been happier with the work that Larry and his team did. We had a water line break in our upstairs master bath and water damaged our master bath, kitchen, dining room, and basement. It was a lot of damage. After everything dried out, Larry's team came in and put everything back together again. Since half of our kitchen was destroyed, we even put in a new kitchen, with new cabinets and counters - it looks awesome. Larry was easy to get a hold of and his team worked fast and did high quality work. Even though it stinks to have your house damaged, we were really happy with RSI.

Hands down the BEST group of people I have ever worked with! They treated my home as a home, not a construction site, for the full 9 months they worked in it. Cleaned up after themselves, made things right, communicated, and were helpful. I highly recommend them! Outstanding work and great customer service!

Chris is wonderful! I was in a really bad place and he came to the rescue. I wish there were more people that are as genuine, honest, caring and generous as he is. Our home sustained extensive hail damage from the current storms hitting the Denver and surrounding area (s). We had damage to the windows and siding of our home. Brian Nutter from RSI took on the project in a professional and timely manner. He and his crew showed the utmost respect to us and to our home. We are extremely grateful and pleased to have had RSI repair and paint our house. Two thumbs up and kudos to RSI and to Brian Nutter in particular.

RSI recently completed a very big restoration/remodel on our home. They were recommended by an insurance adjuster from our insurance agency. After seeing the work they completed on the original project we asked them to completely rebuild our kitchen and to redo one of our bathrooms. Chris, the lead on the entire project, is very pleasant and a pleasure to work with. He brought in specialist where needed, Rick for the installation of a gorgeous granite counter top. Terry who is a jack of all trades and a master at them as well. All three of the people mentioned made several recommendations along the way that improved the final product and made the job more efficient for the work crew and us. All of the people who worked on this job were very professional and respectful of us and our home. We plan on using this company for a few more improvements in the near future.

When torrential rains backed up my roof drain, my house sustained major damage. The first step for any mitigation, even for recent construction, is asbestos testing (much to my surprise!) and when trace amounts were discovered the prominent construction company recommended by my insurance company wouldn't touch the project, recommending Restoration Services instead. From Day 1 RSI has been professional, prompt, responsive, kind, respectful of me/my house/my schedule, and wonderful beyond my expectations. Projects like this are almost always longer and more complicated than you could ever imagine, but Bryan Nutter has stayed in control of the budget and the quality. He is very loyal to his subcontractors and they do a great job for him. Brian has worked seamlessly with my insurance adjuster, and together they've met every need over the past 6 months. I cannot recommend RSI and Brian Nutter highly enough!! Restoration Abatement did a fantastic job and painter Gregg has been extraordinary. In a couple of cases I chose my own tradesperson, and Brian respected those choices. Having Brian coordinate with a plethora of trades and maintain the highest standards has given me a house that's better than new! (Kudos to Travelers Insurance as well!)

This company is top notch. I had some flooding in my basement and these guys came in afterward to fix the damage. They replaced one complete wall and the bottom part of several other walls, along with texturing and painting. I was very, very satisfied - actually delighted - with the work they did. The texture between the old wall and new is perfect. You would never know it had been replaced. Brian Nutter was very professional and knowledgeable. I have already spoken to Brian about doing additional work in my house. Highly recommend them!

My kitchen flooded from my ice maker and it spread to the laundry room and powder room. Chris was great at scheduling appointments to review the damage and to recommend a course of action, meet with the subcontractor to select new flooring, etc. The actual repairs went smoothly and efficiently. Chris scheduled all the work so that I was not inconvenienced and even offered to have a lockbox if I could not be home since I am a single homeowner. I would highly recommend this company for any of your repair needs.
