Reflection Windows have served my window cleaning needs for many years. They are professional, on-time and provide an excellent service. My price has not changed for the same service in 15 years.

Fantastic windows and fantastic price. Tremendous value for money. Installation was perfect. Jeremy the installer and his crew made sure that there was minimal mess and they would clean up every day. We replaced all the windows in our house at 1/2 the cost of renewal by Anderson but significantly more than standard home depot windows. These windows however do have "True Lifetime Warranty" and are superior. Highly recommended!

I purchased siding. After several estimates from various manufacturers and distributors I settled on reflection windows and doors. They have knowledgeable sales people, estimators, and installers. High quality product at a competitive price. They kept me informed on progress and schedule. The installers were professional, and focused on getting the job done. They showed up early every day and had it all done in a week. I continue to receive unsolicited compliments from neighbors on how good it looks.

Absolutely hands down that best customer service that we have received in a long time. We had 5 windows replaced due to a recent hailstorm. We had one minor issue that we were not pleased with and Andrew did everything in his power to make sure that we were 100% satisfied before collecting payment. Reflections Windows was amazing. We had such a great experience with them and the crew. The crew was amazing they talked and played with my children as they worked in the rooms we were in, they were super informative on everything they were doing and were going to do. Jeremy kept me informed on when they were coming and when they would be done. They even saved all the bubble wrap from the windows and asked if my kids could have it to play with. My kids had a blast for hours playing with it. We would recommend Reflection Windows and doors to anyone who is looking for a family friendly window company.

Company was great. The house and porch area was power washed and windows were cleaned inside and out. Window sills, tracks and screens were also wiped down. The windows look great, even in direct sun. No streaks or missed areas. Very thorough.

Punctual. Very polite, cheerful and pleasant gentleman. Extremely kind and gracious concerning my 3 dogs who were all over him from the time he arrived. He was very attentive in making all my windows sparkle inside and out. The screens are all clean as well as the tracks. We got our house windows cleaned by Reflections and were amazed by their service. We have a lot of hard to get to windows (high placement and a second story) their office was very nice and polite when we call to set up the appointment. Josh arrived on time and did a great job. He cleaned the windows, sills and the screens. Josh had great attention to detail and did a perfect job. We had thought about using a window cleaning service for a while, and now that we found Reflections we will become regulars. Having clean and clear windows is fantastic and we are thrilled with how well they look and how clean they are. We would highly recommend Reflections.

Windows were beautifully cleaned inside & out. Work was done quickly and technician was professional and courteous. We did experience scheduling problems, hence the low grade on Responsiveness. Purchased a prepaid deal through Angie's List website on 12/31/13 and requested service on 3 possible dates in January; was not contacted to schedule work and called Reflection the following week to schedule. Was told they were having difficulty accessing Angie's List system and would call me back. Received no call. Called again on 1/13 and was told work was scheduled for 1/15 and should have been called. Was given 10% discount for scheduling mix-up. Work was done on 1/15 and very well done. We are satisfied with outcome. Cleaned 22 windows in house.

I live in a three-story townhome. He washed two very large windows on the second level, plus a sliding glass door. On the third level he washed one very large window and a balcony door. All of these were washed inside and outside, requiring a very long ladder. He was very professional and personable and answered all of my questions. My unit is 30 years old and only one window had been previously replaced. I have not had them cleaned before on the outside, so much of it could not be thoroughly cleaned. I need to replace all of the windows except the one I had previously replaced approximately ten years ago. That one looked great. He did warn me prior to doing the work that, because of the number of years without being cleaned, he would not be able to get them really clean and I said to go ahead anyway. I plan to have them do the replacements in the future. Also, I thought the price was very favorable considering that he had to use a long ladder in order to reach the windows.

Cleaned all windows inside and out. Cleaned floor to ceiling mirrors. They were so easy to work with and extremely professional. Everything was done perfectly and efficiently.

Showed up exactly on time and got right to work. I was surprised at how much time he spent cleaning my windows, over four hours (I have about 18 windows); the level of detail in the job he did was impressive. Inside, outside, screens, and sills. We had a window replaced and needed it to match the others on our house. Their estimate was very reasonable and the window was ordered and installed in a very timely manner. Jennifer, in the office, was lovely to deal with when setting up appointments. The installation was excellent and the installers were knowledgeable, professional, and personable and did a very nice job of cleaning up when they were done. This might be the only company that understands true customer service. Initially, the job wasn't done to my satisfaction. But they wanted to make it right and were very accommodating and amazing. In the end, I was extremely pleased with their work, the timeliness and the thorough job they did. The guys were very pleasant to deal with and trustworthy. Most of all, they want to make the customer completely satisfied and happy and won't leave until you are. Most companies don't seem to care about customer retention but Reflections does. Reflection Windows LLC does more than just windows they also do siding. My family and I are very happy with the siding. It has improved our homes look and value. Great Investment! We own a home in Erie with a bedroom that faces south. The room has a fantastic bay window with a slider opening to the balcony. The view is great and the room is lovely, but in the summer it is broiling and in the winter the windows freeze over then thaw and water runs down the wall and onto the hardwood floor. My husband and I had discussed window replacement since we moved into the house 4 years ago but it never seemed to be a top priority. Miriah knocked on our door one evening and I said sure lets listen to what your company has to say. Dale called and set up an appointment one evening and we had a nice visit. It was as if a friend had stopped by to share a great deal he had found. He showed us the sample window, we discussed what windows we might start with, and we got started. A couple of days later Jeremy showed up to measure the windows. We were told it would take about 6 weeks to make our windows but the time was much shorter. Imagine our surprise!!!
Jeremy and Lynnzie showed up bright and early one morning and worked all through the day to install the windows in our bedroom. Instead of quitting a 5 o'clock they stayed until almost 8 p.m. to finish the slider. Jeremy demonstrated how the windows worked and I am sure that when they left the room was cleaner that when they started. We had a little problem with the slider locking and Jeremy came right back and fixed it the next day. The summer has been very mild but I know that the temperature of the bedroom is 10 degrees cooler with the new windows. I work 1-9 some days and getting ready for work in the summer was always a chore because it was almost unbearably hot. I would have to crank up the air conditioning, add a fan and close all of the curtains just to think about getting ready. Now I can leave the curtains open and enjoy the sunlight while getting ready for work. It was a great investment and the process was painless. Thank you Reflection Windows for a job well done.

Elated! I decided to make an investment on my windows and went with Reflection Windows & Doors. I am very very glad I did. Not only was their prices outstanding but the quality of their windows have been amazing! I bought my house last summer, and dealt with a cold winter. My windows were horrible and old. Reflections team came out during this past summer and replaced all my windows. Not only did they replace my windows in a timely manner but their installation team was extremely professional, punctual and completed the installation in a timely manner. I have finally reaped the benefits of these new windows!! Just recently we had a snow storm come through town and my house temperature was a consistent 64 degrees…. WITHOUT running the furnace!! Last year the furnace was ALWAYS on!! I am ecstatic and elated that I chose to have my windows replaced and that I chose Reflections Windows & Doors. Huge Difference

All the windows operate with ease. We bought Amerimax windows thru Reflection Windows.They were installed on February 03, 2015.They are a very nice looking window and seem to have cut out a good part of the outside noise. We are not noticing the draft we have had.All the windows operate with ease.It is nice to look at the house and not see ugly windows and screens.I was given a 2 hour window for installation and they were here 15 minutes after that time frame started.The installers worked cleanly and efficiently throughout the day.We were quite surprised that they were able to get the job done in a day.The phone calls that had be made to Reflection Windows before installation day were answered in a prompt and timely manner.

Impressed! I realized that usually when you get an email from me, it's about something wrong at the building – but not this time! I wanted to let you know that I was truly impressed how the sidewalk had been cleared...literally to the cement. I walked from the 16th Street Mall and for sure, by far, we had the best sidewalk clearance and for that, I thank you!
