Real Property Management Colorado

I was very happy with my experience with Real Property Management. I have been looking for a place to live and decided I would rather rent someone's condo than an apartment. (I learned this after looking at several rundown apartments). The lady who showed me the condo I was interested in, Katie, was waiting for me when I arrived. She was very nice and answered my myriad of questions. The unit I looked at was by far the nicest one I came across in my 3 week search. It had a modern, upgraded kitchen and hardwood floors throughout the unit. The only thing I didn't like about it was the interior paint. Every room was painted light green. I asked Katie if it was possible to have the condo painted in a neutral color. She told me that she would contact the owner and get back to me. I heard back within 48 hours that the owner was willing to do this for me. I think if you can rent a condo or townhouse that is privately owned, it will be much better taken care of than an apartment. I wish I would have avoided "C-list" and started with Katie and Real Property Management. I'm very happy with the service they provided.

Evan was our inspector, he was not only on time but he also greeted us with a friendly smile and considerately listened and answered any questions we may have had. He was efficient with the time and made sure we were taken care of. Evan had some of the best customer service I have received in a long time.

Zeb has been fantastic as we're new to renting properties. He has been very patient in answering our questions and helping us navigate the maintenance process.

RPM is responsive and helpful. I would recommend them to any owner that needs a company to manage their property.

Wow! I have rented my townhouse by myself for years and it was a giant headache! RPM is OUTSTANDING. Michelle is terrific and was able to get my place listed, shown and rented in about 2 weeks. Now I don't have to worry about chasing the rent, or getting a call to screw in a light bulb at 2 am. I researched 4 other companies and RPM had the best reviews and were cheaper than the others, but offer more!

My experience with Michelle as my agent was absolutely perfect. She was able to get a new tenant in my property very quickly. She communicated with me frequently and kept me informed. Michelle was on top of everything during the transition between tenants and made it a smooth transition for everyone.

Jennifer was very professional and rented my home in five days. Very impressive.

Dave Morrison was a wonderful Leasing agent to work with! He was responsive and thorough in every aspect. He accelerated the process of securing our lease in a timely manner, and he was accommodating with all of our needs. Real Property Management was recommended by an exec with Coldwell Banker in Denver, a family friend of my partner. I was really impressed from the get-go with the responsiveness of everyone, including their owner. Their knowledge of the marketplace is second to none. They were quite patient with me as I had a bit of a freak-out during the rental process, and helped me understand that all was going according to plan. After the lease was signed, and I was transitioned over to the "account management/operations" side of the business, the responsiveness has been no less excellent. I would recommend RPM to anyone!!

I will be starting soon at the property... RPM has worked well for me... Michelle has been very helpful in answering my concerns and questions... She showed me around the property... there was one more interested party touring at the same time, however she made sure that both of us were updated with the information about the property and ensured that we had questions and concerns addressed fully.... the process of filling the leasing application is fully online and streamlined.... you also get to sign the document using an online tool called Docusign and upload all the requisite documents.... this feature is really helpful for people moving from outside Colorado and for those who can't be present personally for a simple signing of the document.... Overall i am very happy with RPM...

Evan came by today for our quarterly inspection. He is very prompt at returning calls to let us know an arrival window! (Which his predecessor NEVER did). Evan is a very polite and well-mannered gentleman and has in the past expedited some service requests that where long needed. I appreciate his courtesy while in our home! Thanks Evan for making us feel like valued clients not just some renter!

We have been with RPM for almost a year, and they are a pleasure to work with; Nicole is excellent at getting back to us regarding any/all of our questions, and does-so in a very timely manner!

They are aggressive once your place is on the market. Mine was rented out after 2 weeks being listed! I highly recommend them.

I have been using Real Property Management for a few years now to renting out my properties. They are an organization that is on top of things to ensure the smoothest process for renting out. They manage the properties very well starting w/ the screening process, lease agreements, ongoing maintenance and very good in communicating issues with me as the owner. I just rented out another property and had the pleasure of working with Nicole. She was very helpful, courteous and eager to do whatever it took to ensure that the rental process was smooth and flawless. That willingness to go the extra mile will definitely make her a valuable resource for RPM as her experience and knowledge grows. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dave Morrison. Dave is a true professional - one who truly listens to his clients and goes the extra mile for them. He returns calls in a timely manner and is always cheerful and friendly. I recently experienced some water damage to my rental apartment which caused my renter to not renew their lease. Dave understood the situation and worked diligently for me to find another renter. Experience with all parties involved has been seamless and easy. Moving from another state can be stressful and the staff (especially Maria) has been nothing but understanding and diligent in keeping me up to date with the entire process. 10/10 would use again.

As a property owner, I have found RPM to be consistently professional, prompt and courteous. Acknowledging that they have to advocate for both tenants and property owners, I think they do a great job aligning the interests of both parties.

Real Property Management of Colorado has an excellent team, not only in rentals but also in the maintenance department. Evan Regenwether is the inspector that checks and maintains our property. He is very personable, polite and shows genuine care. He is an excellent employee for the company and they should value him proudly.

My experience with Real Property Management as a tenant for almost 2 years has been great. I appreciate that they care about the rental property by doing their inspections every three months. Evan (the inspector) has always been very helpful and is always quick to inspect to make sure that the inspection isn't inconvenient for me. I would definitely recommend renting from Real Property management.

We have a new tenant for you" is music to our ears, and this is just the message we received from RPM this week. Our rental property has been managed by RPM since 2010 and we have had excellent service, from them, this whole time. Their rigorous screening of potential renters obviously pays off because we have had wonderful tenants over the years who have taken good care of our home. When we do have a vacancy they quickly get to work filling it. The staff promptly answer our questions, and take care of any issues, whenever we contact them via e-mail or phone. Also we travel a lot and it gives us peace of mind to know that any problems that may arise will be quickly taken care of without having to contact us.

RPM was great. They answered all my questions very quickly and up front. They also supported me through the entire process. While I didn't know what to expect the entire team made sure I wasn't left guess about what I was supposed to be doing or when something on their side would happen. I highly recommend them as your property manager.

Michelle helped me rent my house within weeks of being on the market. I had to move fast due to personal reasons and she was a great asset. Everything was quick and effortless on my end. Will use in the future if I need to.

Nicole Faktor and everyone I've met through Real Property Management have been a pleasure to work with. Even though I could have gotten a smaller place and saved several hundred dollars per month, it was important to me that they really listen and get repairs done quickly and efficiently. Every contractor that's come to the condo has been very professional and prompt, or call when they are delayed. I LOVE this little condo, it's comfy and close to work and family, but I also have peace of mind knowing things will be taken care of quickly and thoroughly.

I was somewhat leery of most property management companies in Denver as people's experiences and reviews were all over the place. I decided to take a chance with RPM after seeing several very nice properties listed for rent on their website. This was the best decision I ever made! EVERYONE has been so helpful, friendly, and more than accommodating. From Jen to Will to the ladies in the main office, my experience was first class. Not only is RPM awesome, but the property I chose has an extremely generous owner who changed all the flooring and paint colors for me prior to move in. The property is competitively priced but the owner agreed to allow me to keep a flat rate for 2 years! My experience could not have been any more amazing and I would recommend RPM to anyone needing a rental.

Anthony Cicchini has been doing our inspections for the past several years and he has always been prompt, professional and extremely nice. I've been renting from RPM for the past 4 yrs and I have had nothing but excellent service! Nicole Factor is also one of my favorites at RPM. She is always extremely nice, listens & remains professional at all times. There has never been an unpleasant conversation when it comes to Nicole. She's the perfect example of excellent customer service. I will miss Denver & my townhouse that I rented from RPM. They are very strict, but they are #1 when it comes to taking care of business. He was very informative and helpful in following the right steps to make this transition to our new residence very comfortable for us. I have been using RPM for a little over a year now and it seems that they are doing a good job taking care of things. I appreciate their communication. They also do well with providing a service of quarterly walk through and quality tenant placement. I am still using RPM and it’s now been a few years & they are doing a great job!! I am very happy with their customer service, maintenance, etc. Especially Nicole who has been very helpful with communication & keeping me informed as to where we stand with the management of my property. I want to provide a quality living area for my tenants & RPM has helped me to do that & I highly recommend them.
