QCON LLC - Basements

QCON LLC were hired a few months ago to finish our basement in Centennial, CO. Their overall quote was substantially lower than other basement finishing companies. The Project Manager, Petr Borski, was extremely helpful and did a fantastic job of executing the work and making critical decisions along the way. Petr B. did a great design for our basement that flowed well and achieved all of the elements needed for our use. The overall experience was great and it truly helped us get extra value to our home. We have highly recommended QCON to our neighbors and friends.

QCON, LLC performed fantastic workmanship on our basement. The half walls down the steps to the basement gave the entire space an open feel. The lighting is perfect and has transformed a dreary space into a totally functional living area. The plumbing, dry wall and the carpeting have made the basement an inviting place to live. The project took 8 weeks to complete. All personnel associated with QCON, LLC were professional. This includes promptness and attention to detail.

I highly recommend QCON LLC, having hired them to finish my basement. From the very beginning, Peter's expertise was evident as he pointed out several things I had not thought of and that no other companies who provided quotes mentioned. Several of these things would have come up down the road had I gone with another company. Peter also quickly came up with a design change that turned out much better than my original plans. We had the most amazing experience with QCON, LLC. We interviewed several companies before deciding to go with them for our basement project. We felt that Petr was one of the only contractors that listened to our needs and drew up a plan that would meet them. Based on the referral of a friend, I contracted Peter's team to help me remodel a 900 sq foot basement at one of our rental properties in Denver. In addition to quality work, I was looking for a team that could work fast and complete the work so that I could return the property to rental status. Peter quote was thorough, and the price was very fair. In the end, it took about 9 week from demo to completion, and the finished product turned out great. I hired QCON to remodel my kitchen and put in a new wrought iron bannister. I am very pleased with the results. Nicole is very pleasant and on the ball with whatever I needed.
