Nick quickly told me my washer was not repairable. Very polite.

The service technician was very pleasant and helpful. He explained my choices to me clearly and put forth extra effort to locate the needed part that same day so I didn't have to wait for it to be ordered and shipped. Even though it wasn't reasonable in terms of cost to repair my washing machine, I received helpful service and direction to bring me to that conclusion.

Technician was honest. Advised me that my refrigerator was on its last leg. He could have sold me parts and labor but instead he suggested I shop for a new unit as mine was 14 years old. A week later my freezer quit working. I was able to purchase a new unit and didn t waste any money in my old fridge. Honest company!

They had to order the part for my washer. Came back the next morning and finished the job in about 45 min. Very apologetic for having to come back the next day.

The service that my washing machine received today was truly exceptional. Specifically the repairman, Danny, can only be described as a class act. He was extremely honest and efficient while exhibiting top notch customer service and because of him in particular I would definitely recommend your company to other homeowners. It went well and I was happy with the service. They were even able to fit me in the same day I called. The time window for waiting for them was a bit long, but luckily they got to me early on in
that window.

This company is very quick and punctual. I called to schedule at 11:30, and had service respond to my home by 12 noon, first minute of response window quoted. They were professional, informative, offered options, and did good work. There was little more than 1-1/2; hours of work but labor was $360. He did have a helper with him but it still seemed on the expensive side. I was told other companies charge twice as much so I may be out of line. Bottom line I got it done right with immediate response. I'm quite happy.

Keep in mind this is New Year's Eve day, and many people have plans for the evening that might distract them from the mundane duties of a job. The service man who installed our water heater was pleasant and professional. He did a better job than the job that was done when we bought our new house. He worked efficiently, but took time to answer questions about other plumbing issues we had, as well as answering questions about the new water heater. This was positive experience.

We planned to just get a quote and think it over. The price for the total job was reasonable, and we decided to have the work done immediately. The service man clearly stated what would be done. We let him get to work, and his part of the job (valves) was finished quickly. GREAT clean up job too! The "wall board" man did an AMAZING job of replacing the patch and applying the knockdown finish. We are extremely pleased with the work that was done.

In July 2012 they came and did a dishwasher repair for us. They fixed it and it is still working great. In February of 2013 they replaced our water heater for us. Both of the technicians went out of their way to explain all the details to us and make suggestions. They did a great job.

It went fine. Scheduling was quick and easy. He came out and fixed my refrigeration with no problem. There were no additional costs. The technician was really nice and professional.

Joe, the service repair tech, called 30 minutes prior to my appointment to confirm he would be there and then showed up when he said he would. Diagnosed the problem within about 15 minutes and quoted me a fair and reasonable price to make the repair. He called me a few hours later and said he had the part and could come back and make the repair so that I didn't have to make another appointment and miss time away from work. He was very considerate of my time constraints and my need for getting my washer fixed. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his knowledge of recognizing the problem and fixing it.

Scott repaired my refrigerator fast and offered advised how to prevent the problem from coming back again.

Next day service from initial contact. Friendly and efficient. Cliff called ahead to see what the issue was and brought needed part with him. my "Angie's " discount was deducted from total, 20%. I had coped with dripping water for a long time and now the problem is fixed. I would use ProServ again and recommend them to friends!

Tech was very efficient, quick, and knowledgeable assessing my fridge problem. The part was ordered and it was repaired in timely manner.

Quickly responded to my email request for service. Tech arrived on time and with parts to repair my dryer. Very friendly and would refer him to friends.

These guys are great! Replaced old stove without a hitch. The two gentlemen were professional, courteous and friendly. They really know their stuff. They were in and out in a flash without an ounce of inconvenience. I highly recommend.

Scott was very friendly in not only diagnosing and repairing my oven, which stopped working, but also took the time to notice a few other minor repairs that should be made. He is trustworthy, responsive, and clearly has the experience to resolve any appliance issue in a timely manner.

Mike called me promptly at 12:45 pm and was at my house by 1:15. He was a pleasure to meet and did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing my 7-yr old microwave. Fair price for complete service!!
