Working with Jordan was a real pleasure. Initially I went with a different contractor who didn’t fix the problem. When I called Jorden back there were no sour grapes, just happy to work with me. She set up the repairs within a week. The repair team showed up on time, we’re very personable, and then once they finished, they water tested their repair to make sure nothing was missed.
