I'm extremely happy and satisfied with my new windows. Installation was quick and painless. The installer, Chris, answered with expertise, any questions I had and he was courteous,respectful and he cleaned up any mess as if he wasn't even there! I would recommend this company as I am planning on having other windows replaced. Thank you.

I was generally impressed with Paramount. John Kinyon, the sales agent, was very well informed about the product and fair with the pricing. I think that the product is very good in quality, both the windows and doors. The window installers, who were subcontractors, did a good job, but could have done the weatherstripping could have been cut a little more precisely, as this resulted in cold spots/drafts that are energy auditor pointed out to us. Paramount did come free of charge and fix the problem. Overall, a very solid company. I would recommend this company to others.

Overall, my experience was quite excellent. I think the windows were quite good for the price, and in total I am happy with me purchase.

They say what their gonna do and they do what they say they will do. The windows were up to my standards of craftsmanship. Sales crew threw instillation crew met all your expectations. I am also at this time looking at them possibly doing my siding and I would recommend.

Paramount was fabulous to work with. From our salesperson to the production manager to our install person, everyone was knowledgeable, kind, on time, and professional. Installation was smooth, even in the snow. We'd recommend them to anyone.

I was very happy with installers. They were like younger sons. They were family men very friendly. They worked well with other installers no conflicts occurred. Loved the windows look fantastic. Can't wait to get my first electric bill. Tyler was very professional. One bad think was Salesman was kind of pushy, Would recommend!

I initially posted a bad review due to the many missteps this project took. However, after the install finally took place, Brandon O'Leary, the company's owner called to talk with me and apologize for the problems. Because of the 6-month process, he wrote off the remaining balance. At the end of the day, problems will arise and it shows his character as a person and business owner to do what was right for the customer. This kind of integrity is not often seen today in business.

I hired this company even though they were not the least expensive because I like the process they used to install the windows. I have had other windows replaced by other companies and they leaked. They only thing I didn't like was that the workman showed up about 5 and didn't leave till almost midnight.

The overall job was GREAT. Their installer was wonderful and will mannered (Good Home Training) I'm sure. The job was done at my rate and time. The best part was that you would never know the installer was even there. Everything was keep clean as the job was done. Also the office keep in contact with me before the job was even started.

Had a great experience. 6 windows were replaced downstairs. The installer was nearly nonexistent and did a great job! Can't wait for the cold now!

Working with Brandon and Paramount Windows and Siding was a very positive experience. Brandon was always punctual with any appointments or phone calls and office staff was great about keeping us informed of timelines, etc. for our project. The work was completed just as planned for and promised. We were very satisfied with everyone involved.

I had a great experience with them - 11 windows installed - price the most reasonable I was able to find in this town - with a warranty - getting the windows here took a bit of time as the manufacturer was backed up but I was in no hurry - presentation is good, workmanship is good - were installed in my rental property and they were in and out in a day with no disturbance to the tenants. Being an older home the old windows were 'glued' to the edges so there was damage done there when they were removed, which couldn't be helped and that is on me to fix. Otherwise I would recommend at least talking to them.

Paramount installed fourteen Sunrise Windows. The new Sunrise Windows were framed with new oak trim to match the existing wood work. Paramount installed a new Fiberglass Door with side panels and new Sunrise Windows. Kevin and Brandon were great to work with, and very knowledgeable about their products. The installers Jeremy & Brain were on time, polite and very diligent.

Paramount took out the old windows and then replaced them with new Sunrise Windows. They wrapped the exterior trim so we won’t ever have to paint them. Paramount cleaned everything up and hauled away all the trash. The workers were on time, polite, professional, and were pleasant to be around.
