One Clear Choice Garage Doors

Ron was prompt and did a great job of explaining the different styles of doors along with their features. I appreciate the time he took to explain my options and review the issues with our current door. Since it was in such sad shape, he even stayed late to replace the cables!

I was impressed with Ron's knowledge, professionalism, and patience with an overly emotional old lady. He did his best to repair our broken garage door in the cheapest/best way possible. I trust that he made the best evaluation when he said it was not cost effective and that we need a new opener. I will be making an appointment today to have it replaced. I would recommend Ron to anyone.

At the start of a very difficult weekend, my garage door broke, didn't close right and would not come down. I had issues with the door a few years ago, One Clear Choice helped me then and I Immediately called them for this issue. I had to leave a message but received a call back within 30 mins; the lady that called was very nice and supportive, had my previous info and was able to schedule a tech out next day to take care of the issue. She quoted start time between 8 am and 10 am on Saturday Morning and that was fine for me. At 8:05 the door bell rang and the One Clear Choice Tech John was ready to get to work. He explained what he saw out right and gave me a quote of the work needed. No problem, he got busy. Within minutes I heard the garage door slide down, he found the culprit of my issue. I went from door off track to broken springs and he had to change the quote. No problem, I understood the situation and gave him the OK to put up new springs. Within an hour I went from a busted door to fully functioning with shiny new springs. John gave me a quick tour of the door, what may need work eventually, what didn't and he explained the warranty provided on the new springs and labor.
This was a great experience and the reason I am a return customer. John was nice, professional, personable and familiar with the job that needed to be done. I would definitely use One Clear Choice again.

Called One Clear Choice on Sunday afternoon after I was having issues with my garage door. They were able to schedule a service call on Tuesday. Their technician, Kodie, showed up in the allotted window and provided great service. He was helpful and efficient and did a good job. The pricing was good and I was very satisfied with my first experience with this company.

Dealing with a broken garage door is about as much fun as doing your taxes: you hate it but you have to deal with it. One night after coming home from dinner, with two cars safely tucked in the garage, went to close the door, and BAM, spring broke! And for some reason, the garage door in question was one of those solid wood, 700+ pound deals. Opening it, despite my herculean strength, was not in the cards. So there we are, weeknight, things to do, and no way to get them done....awesome. We wait until first thing the next morning and call our normal garage door place. They can't come until 2PM, who do they think they are, Comcast? Anyway, based on some good Yelp reviews, we call One Clear Choice. Good move! They have a guy basically drop everything and make his way over to us. Garage door springs make about as much sense to me as Obama's foreign policy (maybe not a good analogy, garage door springs actually WORK some of the time), but Eric walked me through what needed to be done as well as the cost involved and the warranty they have on their work (10 or 12 years!). Thankfully he had everything he needed on his truck to get us taken care of. The repair itself took a little longer than he thought, but these things happen, no point deduction there. I thought the charges were pretty fair overall, but honestly; we weren't in the position to do a lot of price comparison! I would definitely use One Clear Choice again. While I can't really make any sense of their name, they left a sticker in the garage for me for next time. Good (and prompt!) service, helpful employees, and fair prices. Besides a garage door that doesn't break, what else could you ask for?

I recently purchased a home and about a month in, my garage door was not closing properly. It would go all the way down, close, and then pop right back open again. I contacted Clear Choice and they were SUPER nice and helpful on the phone (thanks, Bonnie!). She tried to help me over the phone, which I thought was pretty cool. She could have just made me book an appointment and pay them money, but she tried to solve the problem over the phone. I ended up needing a diagnostic appointment (around 70 bucks), but they were able to send over two guys the next day, Saturday, at a window of 8-10 am. They were right on time, super courteous and professional, and had the problem fixed and tuned up within an hour. They also sold me some additional garage door openers and programmed them and everything. Their pricing was fair. I would absolutely go to them again if I needed further garage support.

Went to go to work and noticed our garage door would not open. Called One Clear Choice after hearing them on the Tom Martino show. I was given a window between 8-9 and the tech showed up promptly at 8a.m. The technician had my door in tiptop shape with in an hour. Hopefully I won't need to call them anytime soon, but if I do I know I will be getting a reasonable price for any garage repairs. Standup company with upfront competitive pricing!!

We had One Clear Choice come out and give us an estimate on replacing both of our garage doors. Ron was the tech. that arrived. He was probably one of the nicest people I've met. He was extremely knowledgeable and did not try to sell us on things we didn't need. We of course went with them for the install. Ron also installed the garage doors. He worked until nearly 8 pm to make sure the job was done. It was done perfectly, and he stayed to make sure he went over our new system with us and answer all of our questions. He was very patient, and you could tell he took pride in his work. He also never once acted like he was irritated that he was working so late (on a Friday). The garage doors are beautiful, extremely quiet and are holding up beautifully and aren't knocking around in this crazy wind storm we are having as I type this! I will definitely be recommending them!!

I LOVE my new garage doors!I decided it was time to purchase new garage doors, as my old ones were warped and ugly and 35 years old. I originally called a different company to get an estimate. The salesman came out with no samples, tried to talk me out of what I wanted (faux wood doors) and then said he'd have to call me back with pricing, which he never did.So I started looking at Yelp reviews again and contacted One Clear Choice. What a great decision! They have a showroom, which allowed me to see a faux wood door up close and personal. I chose Clopay Gallery doors with a dark, faux wood finish. Within two days, their sales guy came out and measured and gave me an estimate. I placed an order and two weeks later...new doors!Great experience from start to finish. The doors are beautiful and my neighbors tell me they have garage door envy.

We have had to repair our garage door twice in a week. The first was a broken spring and the second was a car/door collision. Chad came out both times and did a great job. Would highly recommend. He explained things and took his time to make sure it was to our satisfaction.

It was only two weeks for the doors we ordered to come in, and Charlie came out on time and replaced two garage doors. they look beautiful. Great price and great quality doors. They beat Costco and I thought the finish was much better looking. I highly recommend this company!

Beat competitors price by over $500. Quick response. Had some issues and they were very quick to make good on their work and product. I am well aware that not everything goes well all of the time, however, a can work with a company that is willing to go the extra mile and ensure customer satisfaction. I believe 1 Clear Choice is one of those. I would easily recommend them.

I had used them previously and they reminded me to check my previous invoice for any warranties I had purchased. I was glad to find I had purchased the 5 yr warranty on the new springs (in addition to the better rollers with a LGW) and with 5 months left! The springs only needed tightening and they tuned up the door so everything is running smoothly again!

I used homeadvisor.com for the first time after my garage door would not open. I received a call from One Clear Choice only minutes after submitting the request. I was able to get a visit from the tech the next day and he was even running early. Paul fixed the issue (blown spring) and inspected and tested the door. The work only took an hour and he reviewed everything he did with me after. A very successful visit; highly recommended!

Ashton (worker) was highly professional and proficient in the work that he performed while repairing my garage door. Everything that he told me was correct from start to finish, even the repair estimate and payment being taken off of the needed/required new garage door install. The sales girl that I spoke with in regards to the new door was very helpful and understanding while on the phone with me going back and forth between her and my wife for the new door estimate. They applied the work/payment done for repair to the new work for the new door install. They also gave me a new opener with the new door install. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs any work done on their garage door or opener, and I am a Realtor that is very picky about contractors.

They are honest! That is the most important thing I can say. They will not misdiagnose your problem and will not charge you for anything you don't' need. They won't even try to sell you. If they make a recommendation of something you may need, they are quick to tell you that it is certainly not a sales pitch.

My garage doors are quite old and have worked well until the spring broke and the cables unspooled. Although the complete repair price was more than I expected, the garage door tech was efficient, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. He also explained the various repair package prices (spring, pulley/cables, and rollers) that were available. I am satisfied with the work and it's worth the cost to have peace of mind knowing my door is now safe and functioning properly.

Quick response and installation. John helped program my Homelink buttons in our vehicles. Had to set up WIFI on my own but it was easy to do. Very happy with our opener.

My garage door had been out of commission for the past 6 months. I thought I would get around to fixing it, but I think it was above my knowledge. So I gave these guys a call and they came out the next day. My garage opener was about 14 yrs old and the wire board was shot. It could have been fixed, but that part would have cost almost as much as a new garage door opener. So Ron gave me my options and of course I went with the fancy 8550 opener that would even allow me to open my door with my phone. They put up the new opener and new brackets and were done in less than 2 hours. I didn't think I would like a garage door opener so much. It's quiet and the panel is nice with the time and temp and a sensor that turns on the light as I walk in the garage. I am very pleased with the results. I will keep these guys in mind next time something goes out. Hopefully that isn't any time soon though...

I called One Clear Choice for their opinion about my garage door opener pulling out of my garage door. The installers of my Copay door wanted me to go through hoops and hassles just to help me. Aaron, One Clear Choice technician, was a saint. He looked at the door, said it should have had a bracket installed with the door/opener. He offered to fix it right then. For less than $100 and 10 minutes, he fixed my nightmare with an easy solution. If that would have come loose before someone got it taken care of, someone/something could have been hurt/damaged seriously. Thank you Aaron, and One Clear Choice, for your honest service. The other company is deciding whether or not they want to reinburse me for what they did not install correctly to begin with.

We just had our new insulated garage door and new Lift Master opener installed today. My first contact with 1 Clear Choice was with Jillian who was great and patient as I asked quite few questions. I called around to several places to get quotes and 1 Clear Choice had the best pricing by far! I called back to schedule a measurement of the door and asked for Jillian. She was again very pleasant and scheduled Jason to come out and take care of the measuring. I met with Jason and was very impressed by his professional and friendly manner. Both Jason & John were very helpful and polite. John wasn't pushy with trying to sell me more then I wanted or could afford, and Jason explained how everything worked in detail and cleaned up after he was done. I was happy with the whole experience.
