Fantastic job on my pipework, over and above what I expected. Fitted my water softener properly and remounted the pre-treatment properly with clearance from the wall, moved my water heater back to create space and redid the exhaust venting from the boiler. Very talented chap, loved everything he did. Now I can start finishing the walls in the laundry area.

Jordan was incredible to work with. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had a leak coming from our upstairs bathroom but were not sure where exactly it was coming from, he inspected all areas including outdoors and provided us with options. Pricing was given upfront and service was preformed same day. Jordan took it even further as to show us if we had potential leaks in the future where the would show up from the bathtub, sink, and even kitchen area. The staff at the call center were great as well; efficient and friendly. I loved they valued the urgency of the leak and got us an appointment same day. I’d highly recommend Jordan and team at Mighty!

No one wants to ever call anyone about their appliances failing, that in itself is a bad experience. Once we called Mighty the dispatch was knowledgeable, friendly and had us set up with an appointment the same day. They work around your schedule and your needs, especially if it’s an emergency. Once Roy (Tech/Plumber) got here, he was very professional and friendly. He got down to work and inspected our needs / root of our problems. Our last water heater was installed badly and that’s the reason it failed. We ended up getting a free quote and by the next day we were already getting our heater installed and up to code. Roy, Jordan, and Cesar were extremely helpful with any questions we had; they went out of their way to make sure we were happy/satisfied with not only the quality of the work but with the payment options they have. All in all they take care of you like family and wouldn’t hesitate to call Mighty Plumbing and Heating for any of our needs.

They were excellent and explained the problem clearly and the remedies with different costs. They then made the repair to a leak in the sprinkler line. After they left we ran the system and it worked perfectly. No leaks and the right amount of water pressure.

We had the unfortunate experience of a water leak and our water heater leaking on the same night. We secured everything and called Mighty Plumbing and Heating first thing the next morning at the advice of a neighbor who had just used them. We’re so glad we did; it was a pleasant experience from the woman answering the phone, to Jorge who coordinated moving our emergency repair into the schedule and Larry, who was our plumber.

Larry arrived late morning and stayed until almost 8pm, making sure everything was done correctly and that we would have running, hot water, without leaks. Larry was very patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions, change scopes, give different estimates and advise on what we should prioritize. We never felt rushed or pressured. With their price match guarantee, we were comfortable moving forward with the pricing that day. On top of all that, Larry was a very pleasant person to be around and there was no discomfort having him in the house the majority of the day. Larry worked hard all day and made sure everything was in good shape before he left. We won’t hesitate to call them for our next service and we’ll definitely be asking for Larry. Mighty Plumbing is the best thing to happen to me this week. You never know what you will get when you call a new plumber. But hands down Mighty Plumbing solved our crazy plumbing issues this week and were completely honest and took care of us without overcharging us. Brandon came out with his camera and went above and beyond to help us figure out the issues. Not only did fix our problem but gave my husband a masterclass on plumbing. He was fantastic. Highly recommend them.

The technician, Brandon, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He's an amazing asset to the company as he built trust immediately and demonstrated expertise in his craft. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. I really like how clients can upload a video of the issue, and even though it wasn't an emergency, we were able to have someone here within 2 days.

This is my first time using Mighty Plumbing & Heating, and I will definitely use them for all issues in the future. The appointment was easy to schedule online, and Larry showed up as scheduled 🙂 He was so helpful and informative, professional, polite, and very personable. He explained what he was doing to fix the leak from an upstairs bathroom sink that was dripping into a downstairs office, and even reached out to management for help with the pricing a bit since the problem was very localized, which he saw through a camera scope. The team at Might is fantastic- Responsive, friendly, thorough, high quality, timely. Even giving us feedback and ideas on other projects. Rob's coordination with us on our boiler and water treatment systems was fantastic. We'll definitely plan on working with them again!

Rob showed me everything he could do for me and explained it all. He never once made me feel like he was selling me anything. He was there just to help and make everything worked great. Friendly, clean, quick. Highly recommend!

Dominic was very professional and amicable. I appreciated that he came with slip covers for his shoes and was very efficient in diagnosing and making the repair.

Ryan came out and reset our toilet that I just didn’t have time to get to. He not only got it done but he made sure there was no other issues. He was honest about not charging for things that I did not need done as well. Great service and prices you just can’t beat. Thank you Ryan!

Okay okay okay. First of all - because they can do work on the same day, you should expect it to be a little (not much higher) than a cheap sub you find off the street. Even as a real estate pro, I was blown away with how professional, friendly, and how good Kodey was at his job.

I'm really glad they came to do the work. I don't know if anyone will read this - but just use the company. It's just easy.

Larry B came out to check a leak in our pipes. He was so courteous and respectful and very thorough. He was meticulous with checking things out and very patient but not at all condescending in explaining the issue and answering my questions. Larry is very competent and I felt comfortable having him in my home. Mighty’s pricing is good, it’s not the cheapest but not the most expensive, and you get a lot more service/warranty included with Mighty.

UPDATE: Larry and his assistant Tucker completed a complicated main valve replacement and installed a new water heater. Once again I felt totally comfortable having them in my home He took the time to show me how to operate it and the safety features. Everything looks very well done and they left my house cleaner than they found it. I feel so good about the way Mighty does business and I love that I can ask for Larry who is now familiar with our 70s layout.

We have used Mighty Plumbing three times now. Each time our appointment was easy to schedule and they let us know when our plumber would arrive. Robbie and Dominic have been outstanding with fixing our calcified faucets in a professional, prompt, and reasonable manner. I would recommend them to my friends.

Issac C. was great. Very respectful and answered all questions, along as thoroughly explaining his expert opinion based on my specific plumbing situation. He found the problem, fixed the problem, and also took the time to thoroughly clean up the work around. I’ll definitely request for Issac to be sent out for any future plumbing issues I need resolved.

Absolutely will recommend. Brandon was dispatched to come and check out the leak we had from the bathroom sink. He was able to identify the issue immediately.
We were told the job would take two days, but Brandon was able to knock it out in less than two hours. Super friendly, personable, understanding and an overall great experience. 10/10 for Brandon and give him a raise!

I had an issue with my shower and the water wasn’t turning off. Rob W was very helpful and took care of this issue. I appreciate the hard work and time he took to come out, investigate, then fix the problem. I will definitely be calling Mighty Plumbing and Heating in the future.

Dan and Danny were outstanding in their work installing new shower trim/valve/piping and water heater. I’ll update the review if things go sideways once I’ve had some time but as of right now I’m super happy with how it all went. These guys are great.

Called Mighty Plumbing for a leak we had under our kitchen sink. They sent Dominic out to take a look. He was very professional and friendly. Seemed to really know what he was doing. He provided several options for how to move forward and fixed our issue nicely. Would definitely recommend.

I wish it was possible to give higher than five stars! Valentin, Orlando, Ryan, and Bobby just completed a huge job for me. Multiple plumbing and electrical projects on my home that is over 100 years old. I was nervous at the beginning, but all these wonderful professionals banished any anxiety I had. Everyone of them answered EVERY question I had. They are all patient, kind, and extremely helpful. I really appreciate how inclusive and thoughtful Valentin is, he kept me updated throughout the entire process and kept the demo he had to do as minimal and tidy as possible. When I added on additional projects last minute, I was met with positive responses, exceptional customer service, and finished projects I no longer need to worry about. These guys are masters at their crafts and I have deep respect for their artistry.

We have used Mighty Plumbing 3 times now and every plumber they have sent out has been fantastic. They are always on time, friendly, communicate what the job will entail/cost up front, and do the work in a timely manner without causing a mess.

I cannot recommend this company enough. My husband and I experienced our first home flood disaster a few weeks ago. Every staff member who has come to our home to assess/assist with repairs have been extremely responsive, kind, professional, and hard working. Jordan from mighty plumbing came out to assess an old gas pipe and did a plumbing inspection while here and found we need some serious repairs done he was very thorough and got us all set up to get the repairs done and was so informative on the cost of the projects and what was going to be done Jordan is a very polite young man and we appreciate his knowledge we are very grateful to have such an awesome company and awesome employees taking care of our needs thank you.

I needed help with a few projects around the house & found Mighty on thumbtack with great reviews & thought I’d give them a shot. I’m glad I did! Within minutes I had an appointment set up for the next day - finally my to-do list was going to get shorter! They were super flexible to my schedule, which was appreciated with a napping little one at home. Kodey was super helpful in getting our ceiling fan swapped out & teaching us the ins and outs of how everything worked on it. He also updated our smoke detectors for us, which was great (with our high ceilings, I hated trying to get up there!). Next arrived Louis to help with our plumbing issue, which turned out to be an appliance problem, which he showed me what exactly was probably going on & helped me understand. Both were such pleasant gentlemen and I appreciated their efficiency & expertise. I’ll be keeping Mighty in my contacts for future work.

Conner came today to do an AC checkup before the season starts. He did a great cleaned the AC unit and did all the other checks that needed to be done. Wonderful company to work with. All the employees have been pleasant to work with.

Our original appointment was on a Friday and the company has to reschedule. It had me worried because I needed an outlet put in for my new dishwasher that was scheduled on Tuesday. I got Orlando who came early on Monday and he was FANTASTIC!!!

He gave me several options because there were other factors and gave me good pricing on all the options and even educated me on the breaker box!
He went above and beyond with his friendliness, customer service and did a great job on the outlet. I will be referring this company again!
