We love our new awning and solar shades. All of our transactions with LHP have been smooth, from our initial store visit, to the final measure and install. Everything went surprisingly well with no confusion or delays on any part of the process. Everyone has been very professional and friendly. And Erich and Seth were efficient installers. We would work with LHP again.

Liberty installed my sunshade, and we love it. Our installers were Stewart and Rubn, and they did a great job. On time and professional. The result is great. Extends our back patio afternoons significantly!

We have used Liberty Home Products to replace our front door with a security door and put up an awning for our back deck. We have had the products for about 10 years now and we are about to change the awning shade due to painter dripping on edge of shade and looking for new color combination. We have had very little problem with security door except for plastic holders for the glass. When we did have a problem we just went down to the store and the gave us replacement parts at no charge. They must have improved the parts since we haven’t had to do that in several years now. We are also looking to upgrade the awning to an auto retractable one with wind sensor since we do get a lot of wind out back. Just a time saver since we watch the wind carefully all the time and retract it if we feel it might get too much motion. Great products for us and great service when we need it.

Love my new awning that Tyler and Nick installed on Wednesday. They arrived on Tuesday as scheduled, but it was raining too hard to work outdoors. I was expecting a call for them to cancel, but they showed up in hopes they weather would clear, it did not. They assured me that they would be back the next day at the agreed time. They did not have a wind sensor on the truck, so Tyler and Nick arrived first thing on Monday and adjusted the roller and installed the wind sensor. I also have a security door from Liberty Home that was installed a few years ago and love that too.

This purchase was a delight from beginning to end. The product is fantastic, and both Karen Larson, the Showroom Manager, and the installer, Miguel, we’re knowledgeable, professional, patient, and courteous. I definitely will recommend Liberty Home Products.

Stewart and Ruben get 5 stars from me! They were so professional in their attitudes and workmanship. They had my new fabric in place in record time and did a thorough job of cleaning off all the metal parts and pieces. I love my fabric choice and especially the valence style---it is truly classy!!

Great experience and great product! I had a recover done and is beautiful! There was a problem getting the old cover off. But Stewart and Mario worked extra hard to get it off and it finally did. This kept me from having to buy a new front bar and I really appreciated this! Love our new awning!

Junior Brungardt was my installer. He arrived promptly and immediately began taking down my old door and replacing it with my beautiful new Liberty full view security door, He placed the old door and all its parts aside so I could recycle it at Habitat. It was an extremely hot day but he went about his job without complaint and always pleasant and friendly. When he was finished installing the door he told/showed me the features of the door and how to easily operate them. I could not have been more pleased with his professionalism and graciousness.

We are very pleased with our new awning that is light, airy, and very attractive. The installation crew of Stewart and Ruben were quick and efficient. They quickly removed the old awning and installed the new one in less than two hours. Stewart and Ruben did a great job and made adjustments to meet our needs - an effective and courteous crew.

My roof and awning were destroyed by the September 3 hailstorm. Happily my insurance company paid for replacing both. The awning was removed during the roof project. Once the replacement canvas was ready, Jason and Nick from Liberty Home Products came out to reinstall. Unfortunately it was not an easy job for them as they need to reattach in an exact, precise location to correctly align to the existing wind brackets. These could not be moved since they were in my new composite deck. Both did a great job installing it perfectly!

Stewart and Ruben were my installers they arrived ahead of schedule and were done in just a little over an hour. They did a beautiful roof mount. Yesterday I had a retractable awning installed by two incredibly professional and skilled installers, Isaac and Edgar, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Pretty seamless process from beginning to end. Stu was great for the initial in-home consultation and was very helpful with discussing options until we were finally set on our choices. Isaac and Gary were phenomenal on the day of install - courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable of the products. They were also exceptionally good sports about the 3 flights of stairs to our rooftop deck. The whole install took about an hour and a half, and it looks fantastic.

We have been trying to find a company that would come out and replace the awning fabric. The company is closed that originally installed it. No one would come out without replacing the whole system, even though it works. They came to our home and showed a lot of fabric choices. We chose to stay with a similar pattern. Jason and Jose showed up on time. They were professional and friendly. Not only did they install beautifully they adjusted the arms- which no one else told us about. We raised the deck and the old setting was way too low. They adjusted quickly and even wiped down the arms! We are thrilled and grateful for them both!

Super thrilled with their service. They went above and beyond to address a mechanical issue with my existing motorized awning. Their efforts to provide repair parts free of charge and make the repairs probably saved me nearly $1000. They didn't have to do this.
