I remodel homes and have used KV Windows on several occasions and have had exceptional experiences each time from sales (Jason & Frasier) to installation (Devin & Justin). They provide quality products and installation, leaving the job site clean when done. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The 2 installers Devin and Justin, were professional, very polite and nice. They put down tarps inside and out, cleaned up every bit of the mess. They vacuumed and even hung the blinds and curtains back up!
I was very impressed with these 2! They were respectful, Devin and Justin seemed to work well together. They both asked if I had any questions and explained things to me. The installers were good!

I contracted with KV Windows to complete the purchase and installation of 6 Pella Impervia replacement windows. Originally, I had contracted with Exceptional Exteriors to install 13 windows. However, Exceptional Exteriors could only complete the installation of 7 of the 13 windows. During the installation it became apparent that 2 of the windows ordered were both 4 inches too wide, and the frame type (i.e., flanged) for 4 of the windows would not work. Without notice, Exceptional Exteriors refused to re-order the 6 windows and defaulted on the contract. Comparatively, my experience with KV Windows was very good. They kept me appraised on the status of manufacture/delivery and the forecasted schedule date for installation. The installers took their time to ensure that each window was correctly installed and sealed. They also cut-back the drywall in the openings to ensure that the window frames were better recessed and did not extend too far out from the exterior wall. Tarps were laid out to protect the work area and the crew thoroughly picked up around each window. Upon completion of the work, the installers cleaned the windows before installing the screens, which is something that the crew from Exceptional Exteriors refused to do. In retrospect, I regret not going with KV Windows from the start. I highly recommend KV Windows for your window replacement needs.

Our new windows and slider are quieter warmer and protect the inside of our home. Sales staff was knowledgeable helped us through the process and the installation staff was on time informative and did quality work. Only did half our house but will use them again to finish the other half in the future.

Had Jason and his team at KV windows replace my homes windows. Over the moon how it turned out and will be only using them here on out. Thank you KV windows!

KV windows installed a new door and frame in my 1925 house. The old door was original and not a standard size. KV came up with a solution to replace the door at a reasonable price and then did a very professional job executing the replacement. And they worked overtime (2+ days) to make sure it was exactly right. We were very happy with the whole experience.

KV Windows was extremely helpful in working with my insurance company. In addition, they did excellent work in replacing my windows, screens, vinyl siding and red cedar trim that were damaged from a hail storm. Matt and Valerie and their technicians provide quality customer service.

I used KV Windows to fix a smashed window and the entire process was very good. All people I spoke with were very professional and they didn't even need me to be home for their final measurements. Matthew was so great during the installation and put down drop cloths, cleaned up, inspected the work and made sure everything was to standard before leaving.

Only thing I would like to provide feedback on is communication on the process to the customer. They had a good process, but it wasn't very transparent and I felt out of the loop. Once the communication was elaborated on and I understood the timelines, processes, etc everything went well.

I would not hesitate to use them on a future job. Affordable price and professional service.

I am using KV as part of insurance claim. They were very helpful with filing the claim and even fixed a broken window on the spot for free that was not a part of the insurance claim!

I contracted KV Windows to update windows in our home. They delivered and installed the product that looks and feels good. Their installation crew worked in a professional manner, kept it clean and responded to all of our inquiries. Supply chain delays made it a bit uncomfortable for a while, but the company acted in a timely fashion once the product was received from the supplier. We worked with KV Windows to replace our home's original windows and original front door / patio slider.
In a project of this cost and complexity, nothing goes 'perfect', but I'd call KV for another job in a heartbeat - fair pricing and 'look you in the eye' descriptions of the impact (positive and negative) of replacement windows and the installation process.
Shop around then talk to KV Windows - you will be well served.

I have nothing but great things to say about KV Windows!! I was extremely impressed with Justin when he met with us to go over window options and provide an estimate. He worked very hard to get us high quality windows at a great price within our budget! We were quoted 8 - 10 weeks lead time and our windows were ready in 4, another plus. When it came to installation day, it had snowed 15" the night before and not only did the guys NOT cancel, they showed up 30 minutes early. They were very professional, personable and thorough. Our windows were installed in one day and you wouldn't have even known they were there; they cleaned up after themselves inside and outside our home. We have a few more windows to order and get installed and we can't wait. We will definitely request the same install crew again, they did an awesome job. I would not hesitate recommending KV Windows!

I have been wanting to replace my outdated windows for a while, but haven't moved forward because it was too pricey. Justin took the time to review what I needed and came up with a plan that was very reasonable. The crew that came and replaced my windows were courteous and did a super job. KV Windows was superb! Jason came to my home and did the estimate, worked directly with the insurance company and fought with them to ensure that we received the best finished product possible. KV windows did a great job. I had 5 windows replaced and a sliding glass door installed. They were prompt and arrived when they said they would, did a great job. Thanks, KV windows.

I asked Jason to come out to look at a troublesome sliding glass door and a leaky window. He was able to make a simple adjustment to the door and determine that the window leak was a roof problem and not the window.

I really appreciated that he didn't try to push new windows and doors when they weren't needed. I felt comfortable having him evaluate our home and will gladly call him again if we have any issues with our doors or windows. As an aside, a coworker recommended KV Windows to me. It was a great recommendation and in this case saved me thousands of $$$.

Did a great job, great price.

I called KV to help repair a very old Pella screen door. The doors and windows in my house were put in by the previous owners. KV was very responsive about confirming with Pella that I did indeed have Pella windows and doors. The office staff was very helpful in scheduling someone to come out right away. Jason visited the house and fixed the door. Since we didn't require any new materials for the repair there was no charge! I'd recommend KV Windows to anyone and I'll definitely call on them again when I need repair on my current windows or when I decide to install new ones.
