My husband and I have been restoring our 100+ year old house in Denver, and as you can expect, there are often a lot of “surprise” repairs. They did a terrific job. This was a repair of a weather-damaged wall, and unlike other companies, they didn't insist on doing the whole house. The sales process was easygoing. The crews were skilled and friendly, and worked hard for the entire project, even in some cold temperatures. We had one problem, where a pipe burst during demolition. Koalaty handled this situation fairly and promptly. The owner called personally to make sure we were OK with the resolution. We would highly recommend Koalaty to anyone needing these services.

Quick, affordable, and knowledgable. I had several bids to replace decaying siding on our house, and Koalaty was the most competitive and informed. They were also the least pushy and willing to work with the project size we wanted. They were able to work on our job sooner than expected and showed great patience working with the terrible support team from our solar provider. Koalaty identified some issues with our house's previous siding work and addressed it when they put up the new siding. We did have an issue with paint, but they sent out one of their paint experts who fixed it quickly. Overall I would certainly use Koalaty again.

Cory and the team at Koalaty are awesome! I had a small gutter repair job that morphed into a full gutter replacement. They called me not more than a week after I signed the contract and was able to squeeze my job in. They showed up the next morning and had everything pulled off and the new gutters put on before 3 PM. These guys are seriously top-notch! I highly recommend them.

We had a small section of siding to repair on our second floor due to water damage plus we added a short section of gutter to prevent the damage from happening again. The Koalaty team was great! Our siding repair was completed in just a few hours and it looks like it is original to the house! The gutter install crew arrived a few days later and they were just as efficient. I cannot say enough about this company! Everyone I dealt with was helpful and pleasant starting from my panicky phone call to Star about the brown gunk leaking out of our old siding on to the end! I was a nervous wreck because we started this during the beginning of “the virus”. From the first day the crew showed I stopped worrying. The construction crew was great- worked hard, were respectful to property, and left everything in great condition-actually our gutters are better fastened than they were. The painting crew was the same- great attention to detail and pleasant. I even got compliments from neighbors on how well they worked. The office staff was great and they have a very effective communication system in place so any concerns are addressed very quickly.

Cory and Darren were so helpful throughout the process to replace the entire siding on my house. Initially, I was only planning on repairing one section but ended up doing the whole house within budget. Even during this tough time of pandemic, the whole crew was very professional and got the work done in time without any delays. This company was easy to deal with, easy to communicate with, and straightforward from the start. They were also cheaper than my roofing general contractor's bid. They used quality material to wrap old wooden siding in bad condition, and all the work was completed on time. I had a hard time getting other contractors to take the job or even bid on it because the property is so small (a 330 square foot ADU, or mother in law apartment, situated behind a normal sized house). Koalaty treated my job with the same consideration as if it were a larger home and had time to answer my questions before work started. The house looks great now! We are proud to show it to tenants, and we are no longer worried about water getting into the new drywall or insulation because everything is weather tight and sealed correctly. I recommend this company - if I ever have another project involving siding, exterior trim or gutters, I will contact them again.

We had our entire house re-sided this Spring, and are are thrilled with Koalaty from initial quote to finish. With all major projects, one encounter’s a few anomalies and blips. Koalaty addressed each and every one above our expectations and in quick fashion. Alejandro and Luis who installed our James Hardie were perfectionists and a joy to have around. If they ran into a problem or had a concern, they would ask and make a recommendation. The painter’s were just as conscientious. DArden, Daniil, Paul and Corey are the best at responding to questions or concerns quickly. We’ve never 27. had our house re-sided before so it was educational...and confusing. But Koalaty made it so much easier to understand, much less stressful...and my house looks awesome! Thank you all!! Flexible and able to answer all my questions. Able to schedule my siding, paint, and gutters quickly without delay. Made necessary corrections and adjustments during the project, and easily dealt with some confusion once things got started. Definitely worth the $17K I spent. They made it easy since I was out of state at the time, and had tenants occupying the house. Definitely made all the difference marketing my property.

I can't say enough good things about this company! 5 stars is not nearly a high enough rating to match the quality of their work. I was seriously starting to believe that exactly 0 contractors even cared about quality work anymore. Koalaty and their employees recognize that a job isn't worth doing, if it isn't worth doing right. Further, it's comforting to know that I don't ever have to look for another exterior contractor. I decided to give them another chance and I'm so glad I did. I have long dreamed of having a pergola over my patio but wasn't able to make it happen before. I used Koalaty Siding after getting several quotes for full replacement of my siding. From the initial phone call to the follow up call I received a year later, I can not recommend highly enough. I am ecstatic with the finished product (Hardie Lap siding) and they did a wonderful job ensuring that I was educated and aware of the entire process before hand and provided continuous updates. They went out of their way to limit impact on day to day life and worked diligently. I had an added framing project and window installation that I decided on part way through the install, and they took the added job in stride. They stayed within the quoted price and even added extra insulation that I purchased that I had planned on adding myself for no extra cost. If you are considering multiple bids, beware of the low-ball offers and have Koalaty come and provide a quote. I am extremely glad that I listened to their advice and used their services.

I am beyond thankful for the time and energy the owner, Cory Feco, spent educating me on CertainTeed siding recall issues. First of all, I'm located in Seattle WA and he is in Denver, CO so the information Cory generously shared was from the goodness of his heart. Im a Realtor in the Seattle area and was having a heck of a time finding someone to explain in layman's terms what the siding issues were about and how they impact the actual siding on the home, even if the siding at a glance looks good. Certainteed wouldn't comment on either of these things and local siding companies were too busy to return my call. Cory emailed me some helpful information on the product and the recall, and I can't thank him enough. He is extremely knowledgeable and much of the information he quoted me mirrored what my brokerages company attorney said, so he definitely knows what he's talking about. Thank you, Cory, for helping me understand some practical options for dealing with the defective product. In a day and time where so much communication is automated, to be able to talk to a real person (business owner) who cares about actually helping another person, is a very refreshing thing!!

We discovered that a tenant renting our property had melted our siding with a bbq grill and had very little time to get a repair done. Our first estimate (from another company) was for over $1,100. That seemed quite high so I decided to see what another company could offer and thankfully I came across Koalaty. After pondering a huge project for years, we finally bit the bullet and decided to get James Hardy board all around the whole house. We chose Koalaty Siding and repair for a several reasons. They were great at answering questions and explaining the job. They gave us a fair quote for the job done and we were happy to support a small business as we are also small business owners. Darren, Cory and Daniil were all great at communicating with us if we had any questions along the way. Our construction team was led by Luis. Luis and his team worked hard and were very easy to get along with. It can be hard to find honest contractors out there. I can tell you that Koality followed through with everything they said they would do. The work was done right, at the price we agreed upon and on time! We are very pleased with how the work turned out and I would absolutely use Koality again in the future. I would recommend them to anyone for a job, big or small.

We recently had an old deck removed and replaced it with a concrete patio. Removing the deck left some exposed area where it previously connected to the foundation. I contacted Koalaty via Yelp and they promptly provided me with an estimate and a timeline. Once we got started it was extremely easy and convenient. Rigo was the gentlemen who came out and worked on our project and he crushed it. My wife was blown away by the quality of work. Well done! Most importantly, the cost was extremely reasonable. After obtaining quotes from several contractor's to do a partial replacement of our cracked, curling, warped siding...we went with Koalaty and had the entire house re-sided instead. We are ecstatic with our choice. From sales to scheduling, to installation through completion, we could not be happier. Excellent all the way around. We had two hail-damaged sides of our house replaced, including two windows. They listened to what we needed, priced reasonably, worked with insurance, did high-quality work, and every person involved was a genuine pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

At first I thought there were a handful of lapboards that needed replacing, but a good general contractor looked and said it would take $35k to do all the work the house needed. Cory came out and looked, then said the problem was not just a few boards - and explained Why !! When he explained what to look for, I could see it for myself. I had the option to do the work in stages, but Cory suggested a plan that allowed me to have the whole job fine at once. Milton was the lead installer and carpenter, and he was super: an experienced and thorough craftsman throughout, and very approachable. He kept me up to date on progress. The painter was just as meticulous, and at the end the house looks Terrific !!!

Koalaty did a great job with our siding replacement and paint job. I think the best endorsement I can give is that when little problems and hiccups came up (as is inevitable with these sorts of projects) they fixed them and took care of things without having to be asked. Everybody we interacted with was friendly and easy to work with.

Koalaty really helped us out of a tough situation. We were already under contract (with a different contractor) for a new roof and new gutter installation when we noticed that some of our fascia board was rotting. The problem was that our current contractor didn't do fascia replacement! A lot of contractors that I contacted weren't interested -- the job was effectively too small. Koalaty came in with a reasonable estimate and were able to squeeze us into their schedule (even with the very wet spring Colorado has had). The new fascia looks great, and we're now ready for gutter installation. Koalaty was great to work with!

After an Awful experience with another company, I called around for quotes to repair/replace my siding & gutters. Tom, our sales person was patient and honest. He had made 3 trips to our home to discuss the project. Cory, the owner gave us his personal cell phone number for any questions. Cash and Paul were instrumental in communication with the crews and were very professional. I did not know what to expect since we had never done a huge project with siding replacement.
