Just when we thought we were being picky with some touch ups we noticed before the walk-through, Chris, the project manager found every tiny detail needed to polish the job and make it perfect. We are first time homeowners and were daunted by the process of identifying a company to paint the exterior of our 1910 bungalow in need of some major TLC. Kind Home Solutions made the process so painless! They were prompt, professional, competent, fair and well....kind. 🙂 We requested a price estimate online and were able to schedule a time for a walk-around within two days. Tom was fantastic and took the time to learn about our needs and priorities, walk us through the process, and provide us with a quote. Once the bid was signed, we confirmed colors, scheduled the service, and viola! two weeks later the painting crew was onsite and scraping, caulking, and painting away. Austin and the guys were courteous and hardworking. We could not be happier with the final product! We will definitely work with Kind Home Solutions again in the future, and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for a company to paint the exterior of their home.

I originally had a different company start the paint project. After I saw how poorly the prepwork was going I fired them and brought on Kind Home Solutions to deliver on the estimate they had given.
I met with Austin and he walked me through the process. We discussed colors and procedures. He took down a list of my concerns.
He stipulated that I would not have to make any payment until the job was complete and I approved of the result. I didn't expect this.
The crew that did the prepwork was efficient, thoughtfull, skilled and thorough. My deck was draped and not a drop of paint touched it.
The painting was mostly complete in one day. Austin came out on the last day and had the crew touch up imperfections. One word to describe the work done....flawless.

They must hire only kind people. The quality of the work was amazing- very professional and they always went beyond our expectations and listened to our particular needs. The price was fair. They provided a free color consultant which was extremely helpful. Their project manager, Lindsay was perfect- very kind, timely, great communicator, managed the painters superbly, pitched in to help on the last day and educated us very well. My husband and I are happy to enthusiastically recommend Kind Home Solutions! A trusted neighbor referred me to them. I requested an online estimate for exterior painting, gutter replacement and wood rot repair on our Littleton mid-century modern. Katie called me within a half hour and arranged a same-day estimate with Ryota, Director of Construction Services. He prepared a digital estimate after careful examination of our home's exterior, then sat down to explain every aspect of it to us. We signed a contract on the spot, based on their clear and reasonable estimate, and were delighted to learn they could fit in our job within two weeks.

In all facets of the project, each member of the Kind staff and painting crew was prompt, polite, professional, thoroughly explained each process in advance and answered our questions completely. Their work was performed very neatly, with complete clean-ups, accomplished on schedule, and we are very happy with the result.

We would like to mention they also provided excellent follow-up. When we observed the gutter performance after the first rain, we noticed we needed another drain spout. They responded quickly to our request and installed it just a day or two later. It's working great -- the work was done efficiently and expertly -- and the problem has been resolved.

He was so helpful, listened to everything we wanted and made sure it got done the way we wanted it. Even things we missed he made sure to have them fixed. The painting crew was quick, diligent, and responsive. We really love the way our house turned out. So much so that when we found out they also paint cabinets, we will definitely be reaching out again to have them give us a quote for those!

Kind Home Solutions painted the interior of our house in Sept 2021. The crew was friendly, on-time, and thorough. When they told the project manager they needed more paint to completely cover the previous color, the project manager agreed to their request. When they needed a bit more paint at the end, the project manager said “We’ll do what needs to be done to make the customer right.” That type of customer service is the reason I continue to go back to Kind Home Solutions. I originally hired Kind Home Solutions to paint our exterior in 2018, so I am a repeat customer. I really like the philosophy of the company and their quality of work.

Kind Home Solutions painted the exterior of my home in October 2021. I could not be more pleased with the results. My home (built in 1916) looks as good as new. I hired Kind to paint the outside of my house. I have an old Washington Park home (in Denver, CO). It's got a lot of those things that make old homes beautiful, but difficult to paint.

Lexi, their color designer, reviewed my plans. We made some tweaks together. This made me feel very comfortable, that my house will look good when it's done. And, it looks awesome!

Austin, the project manager, kept things running. The team showed up when they said they would, worked hard all day, and finished on time. Austin did the final review with me. He flagged things I didn't even see. Like, a piece of tape left on the wall, 30 feet above us. How did he even see that?

It looks so good! The paint is on thick, and it looks like it'll still look good in a decade. The colors look exactly like Lexi's mockup. Austin was more professional than any other project manager that I've worked on. Even the sales person, Danielle, did a great job of listening to us and not pushing.

It's not theory to say "I'll be using them again". They did a great job on the outside of our house. Once my pocketbook recovers, they'll be doing a great job on the inside.

Kind Home Solutions recently painted the wood bits on our 100+ year old brick Duplex. The wood was in really bad shape and some of it rotted. They did a quick fix on wood repairs ( for an additional charge) so we could finish the paint job this fall and in preparation for window replacements this spring.. Their bid was fair, better than most. Their warranty is excellent. They started the job the week they promised. Their paint crew was professional, quiet, respectful and did a great job with clean up. All the employees we worked with , Riota, Aric, Joesph, Tom, and Hunter were knowledgable, patient and knew how to get the job done with our 100 year old wood issues. We look forward to using them again on our other properties. We highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

Our project manager Lindsey and her team did a great job on our whole interior painting. Lindsey communicated every step of the way even doing FaceTime walk through since we were living in a different state during this project. Our laundry room had old wallpaper that needed to be taken down (pain in the butt) , new texture applied and painted. After doing some renovations, I asked the team to come back after six months to do some touch ups. They were able to come back and did a wonderful job once again touching up walls and baseboards. We've head a great experience overall with Kind Home Solutions and would recommend them to anyone.

I worked with Tom Carmichael and he was excellent. I had shingles blow off my roof in a recent windstorm and Tom was quick to come check out the damage, got me a quote the same day, and came out 2 days later to repair the roof. I’ve dealt with other companies in the past and they do not have this level of professionalism. I would highly recommend working with Tom at Kind Home Solutions!

We had the exterior of our house painted and Kind Home Solutions was outstanding. Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to make sure we were informed throughout the whole process. We were sent emails, texts and phone calls updating us and letting us know when they were on the way to our house for appointments or when the work was to begin. RyoTa was the salesman, Joseph was the project manager. Both were extremely professional, responsive and helpful. We had them install a new roof on our house. It looks great, and will save us around $1200 per year on homeowners insurance with grade 4 impact resistant shingles. We like the company so much we are having them come back to do work on soffets, facia, and painting, plus getting pricing for bathroom and kitchen remodels. They do great quality work and any questions are addressed quickly and easily. Highly recommend them for work on homes.
