We recently had our home siding replaced by K&H. We would rate the entire experience SIX stars. Starting with Todd, who is a true gentleman, he gave us a full explanation of the options that we clearly understood. He gave a competitive quote (not the lowest, but we were sold on Todd, that if the rest of the experience was the same, it would be great). IT WAS. Before installation day, they communicated with us via text to keep us updated when the material was to arrive and confirm the install date. Prior to install we received a call to review the entire order and outline expectations. More text communications came in after that. (no one kept us guessing). They showed up at 7:30 am on install day and by 7:35 they were hard at work. Edwin was the supervisor, and he was fantastic. The worker crew were super polite, they cleaned up every night before leaving, and the same guys started the job and finished the job. They said they would be completed in 5 days; they were done in FIVE DAYS. When they found themselves nearing completion, they stayed (with my permission, because they asked me) until dusk...to get it done on time. When it came time to do the walk through, Edwin refused to take the final payment from us until the punch list was done to my complete 100% satisfaction. Then......he came to my home and did the last touches HIMSELF. Subsequently, we received a customer satisfaction VISIT and 2 phone calls to make sure we were happy. WE ARE MORE THAN PLEASED, and the house looks fantastic. The work was done right, it looks great and every expectation that we had........was met.

The staff was professional. They answered any questions we had and provided the needed information for us to be able to make our decision. The install was quick and they worked around our pets and work situation. They were really clean and made sure to leave the house in a good condition once they were done.

He was patient and extremely helpful. My installers were great as well. They were on time and got the work done quickly and efficiently. I will use this company again in the future. K&H has done an outstanding job on my primary home. I called them the day after Christmas, and they came out and did a full Demo. Brian broke out the tape measure to make sure the details were done correctly. It's all about the details. Full James Hardie Renovation! I cannot wait to do the next project with them...at "self gen" rates of course!

When it comes to hiring contractors to work on my home, I have become a very exacting consumer. I want a contractor who will educate me on what I want to accomplish, work with me on finding and choosing the best products available in the market that will meet my aesthetic, be direct on the pricing and stand by it, allow me to comparison shop without trying to do a hard sell during their consultation, actively communicate with me on the project while involving me in appropriate decisions on the project once I have decided to hire them, and do an outstanding quality job on the actual installation and construction work. K & H Home Solutions hit a home run for me on all fronts. I consulted several contracting firms before selecting them and hands down their sales process was the most direct and informative without being pushy that I encountered. Their product lines were far superior to their competitors. And the installation was done with exceptional quality. My installation was particularly challenging given that my home is a converted church that’s over 100 years old and nothing is standard sized, consistent, square or plum....yet the team working on my house made everything look and function perfectly. I will definitely hire this company again for some future projects I have planned next year, and I highly recommend them to you as well. Great job K & H!

K&H Home Solutions! We did 13 years ago when we had all the windows replaced in our Arvada home. Now we needed some assistance, and it was a long time ago, but the staff was there to exceed our expectations. We needed 3 screens replaced and all of the windows had small vents in the bottom face to weep any moisture, but some were missing. I brought the screen frames to the K&H office, and they were repaired in two weeks as originally promised. Now the small vents were a little more challenging. As you might expect technology and design changes over time. Our windows had been updated but the staff searched the shop and found me the replacements I needed. I was so impressed with the support, great customer service, and longtime loyalty from K&H. And no cost to as originally promised! Keep up the good work!

K & H might be the best company I've ever worked with (we purchased and had them install a new main entry door). Their salesperson was really helpful and support, and not at all pushy. They double checked their measurements and then the installers were phenomenal! They were efficient, they knew exactly what they were doing, did a great job, cleaned up and made sure we were completely satisfied. We will definitely use K & H for any other home improvement projects we have.

Mr. Noblitt (Sales Rep.) explained the product quality and features so that even my wife understood the value. The installation crew was excellent. They completed my whole house in just over 8 hours.

Ted and Bernie took extra time to discuss various issues with me. Their sales team walked me through various options which helped me to decide. Their installation crew was awesome - they worked hard, fast, were courteous, careful, and respectful. I am very happy with the entire process and product!

K & H was fantastic to work with. I cannot say enough about the time they spent with us at every step and phase. The sales team was outstanding. They spent more time making sure we understood everything about the products they were selling. I was impressed with them because they did not say anything negative about the competition. We found mold inside our house due to water coming in through gaps between the siding and windows. We contacted K&H since they had done a great job the first time we used them. The response was light speed. Bernie, the owner, called us personally, recognizing the severity of our situation and made sure the new siding was available and his crew ready to go.
Once our HOA approved the colors, (the only waiting endured), the materials were on-site and being installed. Hats off to Gideon the site supervisor! He made sure the crew was there every day from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, working hard and making sure the job was done on time and the right way. When they were done, the only way you knew they were there was the beautiful James Hardy siding!
I want to Thank Bernie, Gideon, Bob Hall, John Convy, Patricia and everyone involved in taking such a huge problem and making it manageable. The personal service provided by the owner was greatly appreciated. This kind of attention is why we have used K&H before and will continue to use them when more home improvement needs come up in the future!

From beginning to end the process was done well. Our product specialist was knowledgeable and helped us design the exterior renovation. He priced out the roof and the siding projcect guding us through several designs. There was no pressure to make decisions. Once we signed the contracts K&H worked quickly and efficiently explaining each step. They kept us informed each step of the way. K&H installers were professional. They reapected our property, they were neat, clean and paid attention to detail. The house turned out great! I can't imagine a company being more cooperative and helpful.
