We chose J&K Roofing to replace our roof after a severe hailstorm ravished roofs in our neighborhood. Tony B worked with us and our insurance company throughout the project and explained and answered any questions and concerns we had. He was personable and thorough throughout.

We recently replaced our roof due to hail damage. We met with four different roofing companies and decided on J&K Roofing due to their competitive pricing and the great service we received from Taylor. He made it super easy to work with the insurance company and everything went incredibly smooth. Taylor was professional, helpful and responsive to all of our needs. The crew arrived as scheduled and worked a really long, hard day to get everything done in one day (our roof is huge). We were a little worried about the cleanup job because it was getting dark by the time they finished, but we checked it out the next morning and the cleanup was excellent! We were very satisfied with everything about the experience as well as the overall results.

Anthony Brown kept in constant contact with us throughout the job and his crew did outstanding work. Additionally, his painter Jesus spent the extra time and attention to make our house look new again. I would recommend J&K to anyone.

They gave a free estimate. They finished everything in one day. They were very neat and picked up all the nails, trash, and debris. Everything was very good. Dennis VonThun gave us the estimate and I was very comfortable with him around. He was very prompt, polite, clean and responsive to my calls. It was a very pleasant experience. He brought out plenty of samples for us to choose from.

I compared this roofing company to 4 other companies and they were not the lowest in price but were certainly worth what I paid them. They supplied a large crew and finished the entire job in 2 days. They were very professional and took care of many details I wanted covered in replacing my roof. Their representative Nathan Dunkley was very attentive and followed bach many time making sure I was happy with the job and any small items that occurred were covered quickly.

They were very good. Randy was the person who did the job and he was wonderful. He came along with his crew; who were very efficient and cleaned the place after the job. They were professional and had enough people to do the job. They came on time and never complained of anything. I recommend their services and will use the same in future.

J & K Roofing responded to my request for an estimate on the same day and Danny was out to give me an estimate the next day. He spent a lot of time with me discussing everything involved in replacing the roof. Danny even came out multiple times with shingle samples to make sure we got the correct color and style. From all other bids I received, J & K Roofing definitely were the most professional and provided me with the most specific information pertaining to the job. They were able to schedule the job in less than two weeks and actually were able to move the job up a few days when they received the materials earlier that anticipated. The job they did was incredible. They completed the entire roof replacement in one day! It really was a site to watch so many people working in such an efficient manner. They had the old roof removed within a couple hours and the new roof put on by 5:00PM. The roof looks incredible and I couldn't be happier with the results. The city inspector even commented on the great quality of work done. Most impressively, when they were finished, they removed all debris and trash surrounding the house due to the job so well that it was like they were never even there. I walked around the house multiple times and couldn't even find one nail or any evidence of any work being done. To this day, I still haven't found any debris! With the amount of work they did, that was very impressive. I am very happy I chose J & K Roofing and would recommend them to anyone looking to find a very professional, reliable roofing company.

Everything went as planned - new roof installed - 1 issue surfaced when estimator's father became extremely ill in another state but that was quickly resolved by the company. Very professional job - cleaned up after themselves - they did want to move their truck closer to the house which would have been impossible so they had to hand load all the debris.

I chose them because they had a lot of experience with installing the kind of roofing we were interested in which was ceramic coated metal shingles. I felt like they were really knowledgeable about the product and how it should be used. This winter we had a huge ice sickle hanging off the corner of the house. We noticed there was water flowing down under the faucet and down the siding of the house. I asked them to come out and take a look. They came out on two occasions to observe and diagnose it and as it turns out that was a piece of flashing that could have been extended out. They fixed it under warranty. I was impressed with it.

He was extremely thorough, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and he patiently answered all of our questions. He was never pushy. Randy also offered to be present for the insurance inspection which turned out to be a blessing as he pointed out several items that the insurance appraiser overlooked. At my request, Randy assisted with having some of the other damaged items repaired by providing referrals and also acting as a GC for some of the smaller repairs. After several conversations with Randy and J&K Roofing, I was confident enough to ask them to perform the work while my family was out of town on vacation. Randy kept us informed through the entire process and we returned to a beautiful new roof and a clean nail-free yard. In the months after, I contacted Randy several times to ask questions. On more than one occasion, he happened to be in the area and drove to my house to speak in person. During one of these visits he noticed that the painters (who I’d independently engaged) had done extensive damage to the roof with their ladders. Randy worked with me to get the damage repaired. I would strongly and confidently recommend J&K Roofing to anybody in need of their services. They will be the first and only call I’ll make should I need roofing work in the future.

Our insurance company recommended them. It is family-owned business. We were very impressed with their service. They did a good job. They cleaned up everything. We are very happy with them.

Their crew was very reliable. They showed up when they were supposed to. They have an English speaking guy with them all the time. This was a re-roof, and J & K Roofing was one of the bidders. I did not go with the lowest bid. Chuck Quante was the point man on the project. He did the initial visit and bid. He communicated well throughout the process before, during and after. Chuck also interacted and coordinated efforts with the other contractor who was doing the swamp cooler. The roofers who came were pleasant and courteous, and they did an outstanding job of cleaning up the yard afterwards. No plants were harmed. Chuck is a man of integrity and character with excellent attention to detail. He represents the company well. It was a pleasure to do business with J & K Roofing and Chuck Quante. I recommend them highly and plan to ask them to bid on my mom's house in Loveland.

The job was scheduled promptly, the work was completed as promised, cleanup was excellent, and the roof is beautiful. J and K Roofing was recommended by a friend as a family owned business that has served our area for over 27 years. Their bid was competitive. They worked directly with our insurance company to make any adjustments that were necessary and kept us in the loop at all times. The large skilled crew arrived on time and completely stripped our fairly large roof and reroofed it in one day. Many of our neighbors had the same work done by other companies and it generally took much longer. This was a huge plus because believe me, you don't want to hear banging on your roof any longer than necessary! Randy, the owner, stopped by often to check on everything and even installed new light fixtures and did some other minor repairs himself. They cleaned up around the house each day and were careful not to harm garage doors, siding or plants. We love our new roof! I highly recommend this company and would definitely hire them again.

Excellent job! They handled everything professionally from the quick day and a half to tear off and replace the brittle cedar from 37 years of south face exposure and a recent hail storm. North side was barely damaged and not insured, but they replaced a few vulnerable shingles on that side anyway. Cleaned up thoroughly. Best estimate and willingness to do a partial roof. Great Service! Had our roof installed four years ago, high winds over the weekend tore off a couple of our Shingles. Called them Monday morning they repaired my roof by Tuesday afternoon! No Charge!

I was looking at removing a wood shingle roof and replacing it with a stone-coated steel roof. I obtained quotes from 5 different roofers, and selected J&K Roofing. Here's my experience:
(1) Chris provided many useful advices, and walked me through the whole process;
(2) J&K's quote was competitive. Their proposal was detailed.
(3) The company didn't require upfront payments. The company provided all the necessary documentation (e.g., certificates of insurance) and did obtain the necessary permit.
(4) The crew showed up per the scheduled we agreed on.
(5) The crew was fantastic! Everything was cleaned up daily, and complete cleaning was performed upon completion. Everyone was friendly.
(6) The work was performed to my complete satisfaction.
(7) J&K organized for the city inspection, insurance inspection, etc.
My new roof looks great and I can recommend J&K Roofing without any reservation.

We are writing to express our appreciation for the outstanding quality of service provided by Chris Huke and your entire roofing staff and crew.
We were referred to J & K Roofing on May 27 by our neighbors. Like many others, we had experienced property damage from the September 2014 hail storm. Our insurance agency processed the claim and we received a check in October. Also that month we contacted the company that did our roof 10 years ago. Based on the sales rep's expressed interest in doing the new replacement, we selected shingles and waited for the cost estimate/agreement. When we still had not received or heard anything after 7 months despite several messages, we decided to try J & K.
Chris called us back right away - and met with us that same afternoon. He was personable, knowledgeable and competent. Chris reviewed our insurance papers, answered our questions, and even called the insurance company during our meeting to arrange an extension of our depreciation recovery timeframe from 6 months to 1 year. Chris then prepared a cost estimate/agreement, which we signed. All of this was accomplished in less than an hour.
One short week later, on Wednesday, Jun 3, the roofing crew (and shingles and supplies) arrived. The leader, Jose, and his crew timely, friendly, hard-working and considerate. By the middle of the next day the roof was done - and it looks great. In addition, the crew did an amazing job of cleaning up the landscape afterwards. We had also decided to replace gutters, so Chris made arrangements for that job too. The gutters were installed on Friday, June 5.
From start to finish, we were impressed by the professionalism of everyone at J & K Roofing. Although we were thrilled with the fast turnaround time (we had anticipated a waiting list), what was most impressive was how proactive and responsive Chris was. Everything that Chris said he'd do, he did - and the whole process went even better than we could have ever expected.

We needed a very rapid repair on our Spanish clay tile roof and soon learned that very few roofers are experts in repairing this type of roof. J&K responded to our email inquiry within 2 hours, on a Sunday, and were here the next day to assess the situation. The repair was quite extensive and is absolutely perfect. In addition, they were able to find old tiles to match ours. Without a doubt, the provided services provided were extremely professional and above and beyond!

What was slowly becoming a nightmare, Dennis turned into a dream come true. Wow, our 50 year West Tile roof was failing at 23 years - even after a "repair" 12 years ago. We had not planned on needing a new roof.
Dennis' integrity was evident Day 1 when he said "If anyone says they can fix this roof, don't believe them."
The scenario: our roof was poorly and incorrectly installed, Skylights as well. Some of the West Tile product was not holding up.
Dennis' professionalism is unparalleled. He said he needed to invite West Tile to review the roof, as they warranted a 50 year roof. After a sales manager change at West Tile, Dennis persevered with Mike and Tony. This was almost a 7 week time frame. Dennis went the extra mile for us and West Tile came through for us, replacing some of the tile and the rest to us at cost.
Dennis and J&K Roofing, as well as West Tile, have given new meaning to "The Roof Over Our Head".
Dennis and the hard working crew were here at 7:00am every morning. The skill and Dennis' orchestration of all the stages of tear down, haul away, and installation of our new roof was amazing. Even working around the painting of the exterior of our house and afternoon monsoons - thunderstorms - Dennis was there.
