After having significant roof damage from hail, I had 4 different adjusters quote prices that were all over the map with very little explanation on how the process would work from a claim and workflow process. Rich Wolf took the time to step me through the process and quote a fair price without leaving out some of the components that others eliminated to lower their bid.
The work was completed on time and they left ZERO debris on the roof or around my home. They even did a little extra that wasn't on the bid.
Rich knows his stuff, followed up along the way, and the INFINITY delivered a quality job. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, due to Colorado weather and some of it's huge hail storms, we have had Infinity put 2 new roofs on our home in the past 3-4 years. Both times, Rich Wolf was at our side for the entire procedure. His teams did an excellent job and made the process seamless. Justin was excellent to work with he got the proper settlement for me from my insurance company after they had not properly done their calculations. got the job done on time and correctly passing the building inspectors standards. also brought attention to my adjuster that the house paint flaking was due to hail damage and will be receiving a new paint job this spring. all this was done even though I at first told Justin that I was not interested in infinity's services because the roof repair had been denied by my insurance the year before. thanks again for Justin's ability to work with the insurance company's adjusters in a non confrontational manner he got the job done! I called Infinity Roofing because my coworker used them last year and strongly recommended them. From the very start my experience was great. I recently purchased a fixer upper and quickly realized the roof situation was worse than I thought at the time of purchasing the house. There were leaks and multiple layers of old material built up. Infinity came right over, spent a lot of time assessing the situation, and provided me a variety of options. I ended up submitting an insurance claim due to wind and hail damage and Infinity worked directly with my insurance company to ensure everything was taken care of properly. I originally got quotes from four other companies, none of which took the time to educate me properly on the situation, and all of which were considerably more expense than Infinity. If I had not called them I would not be as satisfied as I am today. The entire process was effortless for me as the homeowner, and the quality of work is exceptional. We had a hail storm in 2004 in Denver Colorado, Infinity Roofing came by and took great care of us. Then in 2014 we had another hailstorm at our new home in highlands ranch, we called Infinity roofing and they answered almost 10 yrs later. We couldn't believe it, our sales rep was still with the company and came back out and meet out adjuster and gave use a estimate. Everything was taken care of and was a great experience. My husband and i would use them again if we ever needed another roof.

Helped get things coordinated with our insurance company. Performed the work on time as scheduled and as estimated. When things were missed by the insurance company Infinity helped get those items recognized and paid for.

I learned of Infinity Roofing because our neighbor used them to replace their roof and they had a very good experience with them. I contacted the Denver area Infinity Roofing general contractor (who our neighbor used) and met with Landon about our roof. Our house was hit by a nasty hailstorm in the summer of 2012 and we didn't feel that our claims adjuster from our insurance company was fair with us. We weren't provided with any money for house paint or small items on the roof. Landon put together a comprehensive quote providing detailed damage and photos of the entire roof and paint damage. That initiated a follow-up insurance claims adjuster to come to our house for a reinspection, and Landon met with the claims adjuster. With Landon's help and expertise, our insurance company agreed to pay for all damages, which increased our claim amount by an additional $9,000. Because of Landon's persistance and attention to detail, we were able to get a new roof, whole house paint, and deck work done. All the work was done quickly and professionally. While some of my neighbors were complaining about the mess the roofers left behind in their yards (nails and shingle pieces) we did not have any of the mess or anything to complain about. When the Infinity Roofing crew was done, they spent time cleaning up the entire work site.
We had a terrific experience with Landon and Infinity Roofing. I will use them again if needed and happily refer them to anyone needing to have work done to their roof.

After a major hailstorm I was approached by multiple ( Roofing Specialists ) all of whom offered a free roof inspection. Imagine That! I was having a garage sale that weekend when Rich Wolf with Infinity Roofing stopped by. We had a conversation and having been in the building trades I realized he actually knew something about roofing. He was very professional even though he didn't buy anything. I let him look at my roof and it was destroyed. He met with my insurance adjuster and handled all the contacts and approvals. Everything was as advertised and better than expected. I happened to come across Brent Yastremski at my work because he was helping the next door neighbor with a roof replacement. He asked if they could use our yard to park a trailer for waste from the roof. I told him it wasn't a problem as long as the clean up was really paid attention to since we park our fleet vehicles where the trailer would be. That was a couple months ago, and they did a great job. No flat tires for the fleet and no waste for us to clean up. Great job there.
I had mentioned to him that my roof for my house was in need of replacement as well and he was more willing to come by, meet with my adjuster, and get it approved. Wesley Carr was great with my rental property. When all other roofers told me it was a waste of time to call the insurance company because my roof was so old, he thought it was worth the time. It paid off, brand new roof, architectural shingles, brought up to code - all covered by insurance when at least 5 other roofers said "no way" The job was completed quickly, complete with photos updating us throughout the job. My tenants were pleased and I am pleased. So communicative and thorough I have referred Wes and Infinity Roofing and Restoration to clients.

We worked with Taylor Duncan from Infinity and it was a great experience. Taylor is professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. We had a complex roof damage/ leak problem (including a challenging flat roof portion). Taylor efficiently and effectively coordinated repair/replacement of the roof, correction of the flat roof problem, gutters, etc. We would definitely use Infinity/ Taylor again if needed in the future, and recommend them/him with the highest possible recommendation.

Wes Carr was amazing at organizing our roof and gutter work. My husband and I both work full time so we really needed someone that could coordinate all the details and check up on the work crew daily and he did JUST THAT and more. We had some problems with part of our roof that was not related to the hail damage and he worked with the insurance company to get additional work completed so that our roof was completely up to code and no more leaking would happen into our covered patio. As a side note, he also takes great care of his roof crew, bringing them waters and food throughout the day. It is just proof that he cares about not only his clients but his crew as well!
