The installers were very knowledgeable about the removal and replacement of our defective spa tub. We replaced it with a soaking tub that was identical in shape, without the hassles of a spa tub. We also had our stand-up shower door replaced with a higher-quality product.
We are very pleased because the new tub has molded arm rests and uses less water to fill, because of the interior molded design. The work was completed within 5 hours, and without damaging any of the wall tiles that are no longer available through the manufacturer.
We highly recommend Home Pride for their quality work and knowledge of the products they install.

Had old bathtub/shower replaced with a new shower. Installers were prompt and finished the tear out and install in one day with minimal mess. A couple of minor issues which the company promptly addressed. Looking forward to enjoying the new shower for years to come.

Glad we used HomePride to upgrade our bathroom. The contractors that worked on the bathroom, Christopher and Sonia, were excellent, professional, and always on-time! Although the cost of the project was a bit expensive, it was worth it. Good quality material used and it shows. Waiting for the custom glass for the shower to be installed, but worth the wait. I applaud all from HomePride from beginning to end. I highly recommend HomePride for your next bathroom project!

Home Pride replaced our tub with a walk-in shower. The initial estimate was 10 weeks to completion, the actual was half of that. The installation was flawless and completed in two days as promised. Every personal contact was pleasant and professional throughout the process.

I have been living in my house for 23 years and finally decided to upgrade and update my downstairs bathroom, my bathroom and an ugly light brown tub and fiberglass insert. I was reading post on Facebook and saw an advertisement for LuxStone walk in showers. I called and HomePride came out and we picked out a LuxStone shower. After a few weeks Ivan and Yury came out an installed my Shower in two days. They did and awesome job and were very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. HomePride installers, John and Jared, did an amazing job installing new shower! One day process, care for our home, excellent finish and quality work. Work was ready 3 weeks earlier than expected, making bathroom remodel quicker and more efficient.

Had a new and different shower upgrade installed. Both men were very professional, courteous, and punctual. The installed was scheduled for 2 days, but these gentlemen completed the job without have to go past a normal working day in just the first day. Prior to starting the job the installers laid down plastic to protect our carpeting and hardwood floors, where they would be traveling. They completely cleaned up after their work was done both inside and outside the house. Out hats are off to the installation men for their professionalism, courtesy and punctuality. At this point we are completed pleased with the product, the installation and the entire team at Luxstone. It has not been 24 hours yet for the bonding to cure, but we know that if there is a problem all we have to do is call and they will be here to take care of it. We would gladly recommend them to our best friends and family.

My wife and I have been slowly renovating the house and making it "ours." The bathrooms were really bad. We searched and talked to many companies. We got a lot of quotes and decided on HomePride.
The sales visit with Adrienne was awesome. She was able to meet all of our needs and understand what it was we were trying to do. Of the quotes that we got, HomePride wasn't the cheapest. We weren't looking for cheap, we were looking for quality.
There was a bit of a hiccup with communication post-sale. I don't know if it was Covid or the holiday season. We hadn't heard from them on next steps. We were able to get things ironed out and all was well.
Fast forward to yesterday morning, Feb 1st. Sonya and Christopher arrived at our home to install new cabinets, sink, and shower.
They called to give us an ETA. When they arrived, they introduced themselves and let us know the process for the work that they'd be doing. They'd spend 2 days demoing and replacing the old items. They would let us know where they were in the process. Other than that, we were free to live our (virtual) lives while they worked.
They were off to work! The bathroom door remained closed for most of the time. We heard the bumps, bangs, and whatnot that you'd expect with a demo.
At some point I heard a vacuum cleaner going. It was Sonya vacuuming my stairs and landing. Basically she was vacuuming all of the places they'd walked throughout the day. That was a really nice touch.
At the end of day 1 they had replaced our cabinet and sink. They'd also removed the old shower, tile and all. They gave us instruction to not touch it due to things drying. They let us know that they'd be back the next day to finish the shower.
This morning when they arrived, they brought us donuts and kolaches to say thank you. That was extremely nice of them. They didn't have to do it but they did.
They worked diligently from about 8am to 5pm on the shower.
What they don't know is that my wife and I LOVE the HGTV home reveals. They told us, "Come up to the bathroom in about 3 minutes, we want to show it to you." That was a dream come true. It was like our own show reveal.

The whole time Sonya and Christopher were in our home they were nothing but polite and respectful of us and our space. They used the garage as a base station. Both days, when they left, the garage was perfectly clean, as if they'd not been there. The bathroom itself was spotless on both days as well. You wouldn't know that they'd just done a complete remodel. I've done my own work in the house on much less and made much more mess.

I had a wonderful experience with everyone at Home Pride. The workers were professional and corrected minor flaws in a caulking job. Our bathroom is gorgeous. We even loved our sales lady, Jessica.she wasn’t pushy and steered me in the right direction for choices.

We replaced our tile shower with LuxStone/ Home Pride and it looks fantastic! The project required removal of short walls at both ends of the old door to allow installation of a full width glass enclosure and door (not yet installed in photo). Christopher and Sonya did a great job on the studs and drywall re-work, topped off by a beautiful and professional LuxStone installation. They made sure everything is the way we wanted, cleaned up every day, and left no trace of the construction in our house. They were a pleasure to work with.

Great service. Andy and Anthony installed my walk-in tub and went above and beyond in the installation! They made sure things were done correctly, cleaned up, made sure I knew exactly how to run my new tub. The guys were friendly, respectful, and made sure if they needed to adjust or change anything, they asked me first. I definitely recommend going to Home Pride for your bathroom needs!!

Installers Christopher and Sonja were very professional and the craftsmanship was 5 star. Company ordered the wrong doors for our shower and had to reorder but when the doors come in would like the same installers to come back. Very nice people.

These guys are the best! My elderly mother needed a walk-in shower installed for her safety. I live in Atlanta Georgia and was unable to be on-site. After talking to sub-contractors, it became obvious that this was not going to be easy, and I would have to be on-site for the duration. I called LuxStone of Colorado and was impressed; they were a one stop shop for all her needs. The salesperson (Sarah) took the time to talk with my mother to understand her needs, Molly was very good with keeping me updated on the progress and Andy did a great job with the removal and installation. He took the time with my mother to address her questions and concerns. It was almost like they adopted my Mother during the process. Kind of like family coming together to help. HomePride installed an enclosed shower and removed bathtub. The installers were well trained in their job and professional and friendly. Other HomePride staff who I talked with were helpful and courteous. The representative who came to the house provided various options to choose from and helped me select the best product for my budget.

Our install team from LuxStone, Ivan and Yury, were top notch professional craftsman in all respects. They worked diligently with a challenging project installing a completely new bathroom consisting of a LuxStone shower conversion, new vanity, sink, commode and flooring in the main bathroom and new flooring in 2 other bathrooms.
They were exceedingly quick and clean and very respectful of our home and family.
Jessica, our design specialist, did an outstanding job of determining our requirements and which products would best meet our needs.
