High 5 has always been great to work with for plumbing or HVAC issues. Manny assisted us today with resolving several issues that we were up against a deadline on. He came out last minute early in the morning to make sure we got everything resolved on time, and made sure we were all set up for success before leaving the job site once the job was completed. Thanks Manny!

Our service technician was David. He arrived on time and was extremely polite. He walked me through the estimate and made sure I was comfortable with all of the work before he began. In my opinion, David went above and beyond today! He even reminded me how to properly clean the filter that was installed on a previous visit. Excellent service!

Justin was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us clean up the mess we had, and explained everything so we could understand it. He took his time with the job, and kept us informed the whole time. He even felt bad giving us the bad news. Great guy and very professional.

Great experience using High 5 for a recent gas leak in our basement. We received several quotes and we felt the most comfortable going with Kevin and team for the repair. They laid out a variety of options for us and were very reasonable priced. Kevin was very knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful of our home and our budget while we dealt with the issue. Would definitely recommend them for all plumbing needs. Will most certainly be using them in the future!

Our experience was wonderful! We've finally found an honest, ethical and customer service oriented plumbing company. First of all, I spoke to Cameron, who had a full day slated. We're seniors and had an undiagnosed leak and were afraid to use any facilities. He graciously moved things around and made sure we were taken care of the same day. This meant a lot to us. Stephen showed up with a friendly and positive attitude and found the problem instantly. We were flabbergasted! It turned out to be much less of a problem than we expected. We've been through nightmares with other plumbing companies and have been treated badly and unfairly, in our opinion. He did the job quickly, efficiently, and without our having to take out a loan. Finally, we've found our plumbers! I will add that High 5 is Senior friendly!

Mary is one of the nicest receptionist I have ever talked to. Their communion is phenomenal and very professional. The installer David did an amazing job and was absolutely delightful to have. I woulf recommend this company to anyone looking for all around excellent service.

Stephan and Jose were both exceptional. Jose explained everything I wanted done in detail and very professionally. Stephan did a wonderful job replacing what needed to be done. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service provided by both of them.

John and John came to our house within hours of our call to look at a leak- they quickly figured out the source and were able to stay and fully repair within two hours, all for a very reasonable cost. They were lovely to work with and we are so appreciative!

I’m a big fan of High 5 Plumbing. I have the annual membership so annual inspections and free diagnoses of problems give me peace of mind. They’re honest, genuinely friendly, do solid work, at a good price. I switched to them from a different plumbing company a couple years ago and extremely happy with them.
