It’s hard to believe, but we’re finally settled into the new house. This just “a little note of thanks” and appreciation for all your hard work and efforts in building and completing our home. Without your expert direction and dedication to all of the many details of building our house, we would not be able to enjoy our home today.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful job you performed at our remodel. The GRC team was great help in not only incorporating our design but infusing those ideas with proven enhancement we’re enjoying every day. The scheduling and management of the project reduced the impact of the inherent problems of remodeling all bathrooms except one. The craftsman were all first rate from the beginning of the project to the completion and certificate of occupancy. The addition is beautifully matched with the original house. We are so happy with our new house.

We are absolutely thrilled with the new addition to our home. We are so happy that we utilized your services rather than buying a new home. We loved working with GRC Builders! Lisa and Randy are so warm and knowledgeable and made the whole process so enjoyable. Everyone who worked on our basement was really great and professional. We missed them when the project was done.

As time moves on it often finds us with different needs than the ones we originally had when we move into our homes. This happened to be the case with us after living in our Littleton home for four years. Garry’s dad had passed away the previous year and we asked his mom, to move to Colorado From New Jersey to be closer to us. After looking at apartments for seniors, we became depressed not wanting her to live in any of these dismal places. We then thought of expanding our home. After checking two other construction companies, we decided on working with GRC Builders. They were professional, in every way from the beginning of the project until the end. They gave us a couple of different ideas and we decided on finishing the unused part of our basement. Lisa and Randy drew up plans making some changes here and there as our own needs became known, always willing to get it “just right”. The contract was then drawn up and signed with terms easy to understand and follow. The work was accomplished with the greatest care and professionalism. All the work was done in a timely manner and with the least amount of disturbance to the rest of our household. The workers were also careful not to leave the work area and other parts of the house a mess and were also aware of working our very large dogs, so they would not get out of the gate. With all the concerns GRC Builders has given this project, from planning and choosing carpet and tile colors and styles, to the actual building and completion we would highly recommend GRC Builders to anyone looking for building contractors. If we have any other building needs in our future, we will call upon GRC Builders.

Just want to let you know how much we’ve enjoyed the new kitchen. Lisa, I always mention to folks your “friendly persuasion” to convert the door into a window. It would have been such a mistake mot to do that. I will always be grateful for that. Your other input and suggestions were appreciated but that particular decision was so key. The caroling party is this weekend so we’ll see how the new layout handles the big crowd. I have a feeling it’s going to make it a lot easier on the guests, and certainly on me. Lastly, we’re receiving nice compliments from folks seeing the kitchen for the first time. We’ll continue to let folks know who did the work.

GRC Builders is taking my home to “showstopper” on budget. That’s important to me. But that’s not all that’s important. This group brings exceptional quality, are easy to work with, offer valuable expertise in design/construction/trends and very honest and forthright in their dealings with you. It’s not just Randy and Lisa either, it’s every crew member who works on your project. You won’t just have a beautiful “new” home when you work with this team. You will have peace of mind as well, and that is what is really important.

Initially, I selected GRC Builders for a kitchen and basement remodeling project that morphed into a kitchen remodeling plus enhancements to the living room, family room and customized staircase rails designed to match similar custom railing used in the kitchen design. I would describe the proprietors, Lisa and Randy as down to earth and trustworthy. I felt comfortable doing business with them from our first meeting. Their demeanor and professionalism was important in dealing with a first time project buyer with lofty expectations. Lisa’s initial design created a foundation to other creative options and I think my ultimate satisfaction was partly due to the outcome being the result of a collaborative effort between us. I greatly appreciated Randy and Lisa working to meet a design change request or satisfactory compromise. I welcome their structured approach to the project and their insurance that changes must be authorized – I requested many revisions to the original project plan. All of my concerns were dealt with expeditiously. Thinking back, the subcontractors with whom I worked were pleasant to work with and represented much less of the project time than I had anticipated. The end result has been the subject of a number of compliments and the quality of the overall project – especially the customized items – speaks to GRC’s attention to quality.

In this letter, we hope to express how pleased we have been with GRC Builders. Last September, we began a 3-room addition to our 25 year old Greenwood Village home. We added approximately 650 square feet consisting of family room, ½ bath and laundry room. We also added an extension to the existing deck. This addition was exceptionally difficult one. List and Randy were very helpful in the planning process and working with our architect. They were very thorough and were genuinely interested in our wants, needs and concerns. Throughout the planning process we were kept informed and they were never too busy to answer questions for us. We interviewed other General Contractors, GRC were the only ones who were willing to spend the time modifying plans and suggesting changes in order to stay within our budget. We are incredibly pleased with our addition, and I am certain that if would not have been nearly as pleasant an experience without GRC. We hope to have them work on our kitchen remodel next year. Our whole family would like to thank you for the excellent job GRC Builders did on our home additions. We have already recommended you to several of our friends. Having 4 children in a three-bedroom house was making life interesting so we started thinking of remodeling. However, the thought of hiring an architect, engineer, contractor, permits etc. was overwhelming. We weren’t sure where to start. We were referred to GRC Builders by a neighbor in our development. The neighbor said that GRC Builders had taken their project from a concept stage through completion, one stop shopping for home suggestions for home remodeling. Our basement, both bathrooms and the bedroom closet look great. We had a very good experience working with GRC and have recommended you to others. The overall project had its challenges and moments of concern but each time you stepped up and handled the situation to our satisfaction. Our first meeting, filled with information, made us feel hopeful. Then Lisa wen away and thought up ideas on how we could work out the basement, bathrooms and bedroom. Thankfully she has vision. Now it’s hard to remember what it was like before. We met some great people along the way. They were all a pleasure to work with, they were all professional. All the men to have personal integrity and it shows in their work.

Recently GRC Builders did a complete renovation of our basement. We are very Happy with the finished product. They have a high standard of quality and completed all work in a timely fashion. I interviewed everyone from handymen to mom & pop shops to established companies. I selected GRC Builders because they knew how to do it 'by the book' with permits and inspections so I wasn't left with out-of-code results. Their quoted price was extremely competitive but the value they provided was second to none. The workmanship, products and attention to detail was phenomenal. The customer service was outstanding as supervisors and owners continually checked on the details and took care of all my concerns. GRC Builders is an organized and professional company to use for any remodeling needs. This was the only company that gave me a complete presentation including references and I had a total of 6 proposals ... My husband and I went on vacation for a week in the middle of the project and everything was still handled very professionally ... workers were conscientious of my sons naps ... even followed up several times after the job was complete to make sure that everything was still fine ... we couldn't have asked for a better group of professionals to finish our basement ... Our house is only two years old and the basement looks so much like the upstairs it's impossible to tell it was completed separately from the rest.
