We picked Gardner roofing based on positive reviews and word of mouth from someone we know. Dustin was efficient in working with us once we contacted them. He came to do an evaluation and worked with is through the process till all our work was completed and inspected. Very positive experience for us as first time home owners and not having a clue of what the steps were to get a new roof in place. Will certainly work with Dustin and Gardner Roofing if we have a need again.

Great job! Worked with Gary to get my roof replaced, and they managed to squeeze the job in between winter storms during the only nice days we had. Very happy with the outcome. Between Gary and my insurance company, the whole thing was seamless.

Our HOA insurance company recommended Gardner Contracting for a roof leak from the recent heavy rains. The process was handled in a timely manner and the work was completed as explained beforehand. The HOA and the Homeowner is pleased with the work and the results. The HOA will most definitely want to use Gardner Contracting again.

We just had a new roof installed on our home. This is a quick note to tell you about the installation and about Gary Chenoweth.
I'm 76 years old and have been a homeowner for many years. During that time, you can imagine I've dealt with numerous contractors, plumbers, electricians, insurance claims adjustors, etc. That's just part of owning a home.
However, my wife and I have never met a person like Gary.
But, first, the roof installation by Armando's team was excellent. He and his men worked fast and hard. They did a great job.
However, Gary was something else...above and beyond the call of duty. I can truly say he was extraordinary.
A quick aside: My 92-year-old mother had a new roof installed several years ago. I handled her home as well as my own. The estimator who worked with us on her home was a "great" public relations man on the phone and at the first meeting, UNTIL we actually hired his company and the work began. Then he changed. Hard to deal with, hard to contact, more gruff, etc. The PR polish was wiped away. This ordeal soured us on dealing with insurance and contractors. So when we needed a new roof because of this past summer's hail storm, we absolutely dreaded going through the process.
Then we met Gary. He was a gentleman throughout. He was available. Easy to talk to. Explained all the complicated issues very simply and carefully to us. He became a friend. He worked with us from the first day of contact until the final day of handling the $18,260.05 check over to him. He even climbed on the roof that last day to touch up one spot that my wife and I were concerned about. That ordeal in itself was amazing.
We are now Gardner Contracting fans and will tell our friends about the quality of work your company does. We'll put them in contact with Gary within a heartbeat.

I'd like to take the opportunity to express how happy I was with the whole process of having a new roof installed. The professionalism and care shown to me was AWESOME!!! The crews showed up quickly and with leaving any mess had a beautiful new roof installed in such a short time I am still amazed. I also think it was so cool that when I told my inspector that Gardner Roofing was doing my roof he assured me I had chosen a quality Company. Several of my Neighbors have stated that they cannot believe how cleanly, quietly, and quickly you guys work. They went above and beyond in my opinion, they took the time and educated my wife and I on everything from Ordinance and Law changes in my county as well as benefits to certain colors and styles.

Professional, on-site (No cursing or loud talking on the roof) My Neighbors didn't even realize that we had a new roof installed.
Courteous, The group of roofers had multiple people with multiple vehicles and made sure to not inconvenience my neighbors.

Speedy, The initial inspection took 45 minutes, from that day my roof was replaced in 1 week.

They showed up with genuine concern for our problem and took care of it immediately. When Mike got here he was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. When Mike came out to do the work, he was great. He made sure that it was done quickly and correctly. My husband and I both have lung conditions, which Mike was considerate enough to ask about. Our experience with Gardner Roofing was so delightful primarily because of their employees. From my first conversation with Kendall to our final conversation with Mike, everyone has gone over and above our expectations.

I wanted to write a letter concerning our recent roof repair for our home in Morrison. We are selling this home and one of the resolutions for the inspection was to get the roof repaired and certified for five years. I was so grateful when I called Gardner Roofing and spoke with the owner, Chuck. He assured me that he could move things around and get a crew out to my home to do the work. Two days later I met with Mike Brown. He was very responsive to the urgency of my request and worked out the job details in a very polite, professional manner. They quickly completed the job with no trace of anyone even being there. They cleaned up after the job was finished and did little extras that were very much appreciated. The roof looks amazing and the color they chose was perfect for the house. I have had neighbors and folks walking by comment on what a great job they did! Mike was easy to talk to and made himself available to us as if he were a close friend or neighbor. I wanted to take a quick moment to let you know that Eddie Medina is to be commended for his excellent customer service and attention to detail. I had a leak in my roof so I contacted several contractors to prepare estimates for reroofing or repairing my house. Of all the contractors that provided proposals, Eddie was by far the most courteous, and detailed as to the steps it would take to either repair or reroof my home. Eddie explained all the steps involved with each task and indicated he would provide a formal estimate the following day. Eddie also took the time to carefully inspect the ENTIRE roof and also looked inside my house to get a clearer picture of how the water was coming in.

From the beginning of the process when we submitted our claim, to the approval of the claim, to contracting with Gardner Roofing for the roof replacement, to the completion of the job, you all can never know how fortunate and pleased we are. Joel was our first contact with Gardner Roofing and we liked him immediately. After a brief visit, Joel looked at the roof, saw all what needed to be done, and submitted the quote. The extremely pleasant guys at Gardner Roofing arranged to inspect the roofs on my two properties to determine if a claim needed to be submitted THAT SAME DAY, before the year anniversary of a hail storm!! I was totally impressed by the professionalism of the estimator and the effort to locate the leak in my roof under the snow. He found the problem hole that was causing the water to leak into my family room. We will definitely contact them in the future for roof repairs and maybe a new roof.
