Solution: Hire the Garage Guru, Chad!
I met Chad at the Home and Garden Show and booked a consultation with him to turn my garage into a more functional space. In my garage, I have a unique nook that could be so much more than a storage space for my trash can and recycle bin. Chad worked his magic at the initial consultation, designing a special work and storage area for the nook to hold my golf clubs and paddle boards. In addition, he designed more storage for the other walls using the same modular system as the nook to hold shelving, cabinetry, and other organizational widgets for snow shovels, gardening tools, etc.
Once all the pieces arrived, it took Chad about 10 hours to install everything and clean up. He was meticulous with his craftsmanship.

Chad is amazing! I wasn't happy with my garage setup and Chad has entirely changed that! First, he was able to quickly come out and measure to provide a quote, he immediately connected on what I was looking for and put a plan together that matched exactly, and he willingly made edits for me as I was reconsidering different parts. Even on install day he was still looking for ways to save me a little money but still make the garage line up perfectly. I found one screw, just one screw missing, and Chad was back in a day to fix it up. Chad is great to work with, you should stop reading reviews and just hire him!
I share my highest recommendation for Chad's genuine attention to detail and customer satisfaction. We expanded our 100+ year old garage and asked Chad to design a plan that provided function and complimented the character of our brick structure. He provided multiple options to meet our functional requirements and to stay within our budget. He was always on time and his communication was first class. I can't say enough great things about Chad at Garage Guru. He said we could pick the date and time for estimate and came with such a happy laid back helpful attitude. He was able to install exactly when we asked (at about 3 weeks). Because we were moving and constantly driving around he agreed to take the job based on our word. He confirmed our appt ahead of schedule and showed up when he said he would. The install was perfect.

We love our newly organized garage space. Garage Guru has installed various racks (bike, ski, tire, gear) in two garages over the years, and we have been extremely pleased with the results. He just finished his latest project (photo below) this week. Thanks to Garage Guru, we were able to maximize the space in our garages and find a user-friendly space for everything. Chad was very professional and easy to work with. Made time that fit our tight schedule. They did a terrific job, in terms of both design and execution. And they were flexible on timing and tweaking to save a little money. Overall, we love what we got, and it was cost effective. Note that they are a small shop, so you have to be patient to receive a response when you leave messages.
