Robert Maes of Fisher Thompson was great to work with. He surveyed our hail damage and even filed my insurance claim with State Farm. Robert worked with the claims adjuster to make sure all damage was listed on the estimate. The roof repair was started about a week later and completed in one day. The new roof looks fantastic. We have solar panels that needed to be removed and Robert made sure they were reinstalled in a timely manner. Robert responded to my texts immediately when I had questions during the repairs. All through the process, Robert went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything being done. If you want to work with a professional, I highly recommend Robert.

Having not much faith in contractors these days. It was an absolute pleasure in working with Fisher Thompson Construction. Robert was the main contact and communicated constantly to ensure that I was satisfied with the work completed and in progress. Whether it was the roofers, the painters or the gutter workers. I worked with Robert Maes from Fisher Thompson. He was right there by my side from coordinating everything, inspection, paperwork, explanation of all, very thoroughly, to making calls on my behalf. I was extremely impressed with Greg Morrell at Fisher Thompson Construction. I first met Greg at the Denver Home Show in early 2023. I asked if he’d come to my home and see if I had any reason to replace my roof. After inspecting the roof he said there was some damage but nothing major. I appreciate his honesty and his non-pushy approach, needless to say I didn’t have the roof replaced at that time. However, when my neighborhood was hit with a major hail storm I knew I had damage so I called Greg. He came out again and confirmed there was major damage to the roof and gutters. At this point I hired Fisher Thompson to do the job. Greg was professional throughout the whole process and kept me updated each step of the way. I was out of town the month of July when they did the repairs and Greg still kept me posted on the progress of the project. He sent me pictures and let me know once the job was complete. I’m so glad that I hired this company and felt comfortable throughout the whole process.

Our rep named Greg was outstanding. He arrived on time for estimate, climbed on roof and photographed the entire roof. The next day, we had our detailed estimate, with actual, not estimated pricing. We chose to work with Fisher Thompson and have been pleased with our new roof and an area of upgraded gutter. The crew arrived on time, finished right on track, including clean up. Fisher Thompson did all the contact with insurance and got us more money for our roof and did everything in a timely manner! Matt would communicate regularly how the process was going. When things would be delivered and what they needed from us! When the damaged happened the whole thought of insurance and a new roof was overwhelming and Matt truly did make it so easy for us. Fisher Thompson was great to work with, quality roof and gutters in install in a timely manner. Scheduling changed last minute though (which may be common due to materials/weather) and communication could have been better.

Matt managed our roof replacement due to some hail damage this summer. Fisher Thompson also helped replace our gutters. Matt specifically was always prompt and available for me and even came out when my insurance agent inspected our damage to ensure they caught everything. It was truly invaluable and assisted in ensuring our insurance agent captured all our damage not just the roof and gutters. All adjustments with my insurance company were handled properly and there was no pressure from Fisher Thompson to get extra work but they always offered work that was covered under our claim. Any changes or updates to the work was communicated to us and all work was done to my expectations as well as the county inspectors expectations. All workers were cordial, competent, prompt and cleaned up properly as well leaving no debris or mess behind. We highly recommend this company for roof and gutter replacements. They have our trust because they met and exceeded our expectations.

Are you looking for a Roofing and more contractor? I cannot say enough about Fisher Thompson Construction. They over delivered on all promises! They we extremely quick and efficient from start to finish. They came out this morning and completed our entire roof from tear off to finish by 3:30 this afternoon. Rachael knew everything we needed to know and was very proficient working with our insurance company! She really knows her stuff!! Their crew was EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable. They were also very careful about our plants and landscape and their cleanup was impeccable. I can't say enough on how much we appreciate this company and all they have done for us. The roof turned out Beautiful.
