1. Forest Roofs has the most efficient roofing operation I have ever encountered. The project manager and his well-trained staff approached my roofing project with military-like precision. It was fascinating to watch them work. It took less than a day to complete everything.
The owner, Charles Whatley, is also dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. When I had a question about my new covered gutters several weeks after the roof installation, he was immediately responsive and addressed my concern right away.
Charles gave me helpful ideas on how to extend the life of my roof. His suggestion about the specific type of shingles to use resulted in lower premiums with my insurance company.
The project manager also found damages that the original insurance adjuster did not discover. Forest Roofs was able to get those additional repairs covered by my insurance company.
I have used several different roofing companies in the past, I will only use Forest Roofs in the future. They are the best and the pricing was competitive.

Charles and his whole team at Forest Roofs are excellent. We had significant storm damage including the roof, windows, doors, gutters, paint, etc.. Charles conducted an initial review of the damage, worked with the claims adjuster as well as the insurance company and kept us up to date along the way. Amazingly he was able to quickly resolve issues as they arose resulting in a very timely, high quality roof replacement as well as windows, doors, gutters, etc.. The entire process, scheduling to completion, was professional and pain free. Forest Roofs is highly recommended and will be used by us again should the need arise--like next storm season. I chose to work with Forest Roofing bc of a dear friend’s suggestion and I’m so glad I did. Charles handled the entire process, from meeting with my adjuster to following up after each one of the subs were done with a project. We had a hiccup after the new roof went on and I called Charles to bring it to his attention and he not only answered my call immediately (as always) he drove from Denver to Longmont to assess the situation himself at 6pm in the evening. Forest Roofs did an excellent job replacing my roof. I was a roofer in my 20's so I have an idea of what constitutes a good job and a fair price. Charles Whatlely, the proprietor, noticed that there was some hail damage I wasn't aware of and helped with the insurance company. His estimate was fair and reasonable, and he used good quality materials. He was able to quickly schedule the work, and his crew showed up on time and did a great job in one day. He came out after the work had started to make sure there were no problems. There was some additional work that needed to be done which he didn't charge for. Both he and his crew were helpful and pleasant. I recommend Forest Roofs wholeheartedly.
Forest Roofs replaced my hail-damaged roof quickly and conveniently. After notifying Charles, I met with him to assess what needed to be done. The crew was on-site within a few days working between 7 a.m and 6 p.m on a very hot July day. The team was pleasant, efficient and cooperative and dedicated to making sure that there was no evidence left behind that they had ever been there except for a really good-looking roof that enhances the appearance of my property. Charles handled all business with my insurance company and checked in often. This is a stellar company and I am enthusiastic in recommending them.

Can't say enough positive things about Charlie and his Forest Roofs! About a month ago, some damaged roof shingles were coming off my parents’ house in Lone Tree. I wasn't sure who to contact (due to the coronavirus and all) but glad I was able to get Charlie to come out and help with the repairs and recommendations. His customer service is amazing! He also provided a free estimate for future work that may need to be completed next. Overall, would highly recommend anyone looking to do roof maintenance or a brand-new roof!

I had a small issue with my roof where the bathroom vents came out, leading to a leak back into the bathrooms when we had heavy rain, or snow melt. After trying twice on my own to get other roofing companies to repair, only to have them disappear after they promised to follow up, I found Charles through my insurance agent. I am so thankful.
Charles came out, looked at my issue from outside and in, then sent a guy out to fix it just a few days later.
Never thought I’d rave about a roofing company but I just can’t say how very happy we were with Forest Roofers! Charles & Casey rocked every single step of the process. They were really personable and nice to work with and their communication was outstanding. I didn’t know what I was in for getting a new roof and they explained everything at every step and never tired of my ideas or questions. I decided I couldn’t just have a “normal” roof but wanted a blue hued one instead. They took the time to understand and embrace my concept and helped me find the perfect roof that also exceeded quality standards too. I think when it was all over they were as excited about my “cool blue roof” as I was. I’m sad I’ll hopefully not need to use their services again anytime soon. This Denver-based company replaced my old cedar shingle roof in Summit County with Malarkey Legacy Class 4 shingles and handled the job as if nearby and local. The process was so smooth and easy, and the turnaround stellar. I was so nervous about two things - replacing my loved and natural looking cedar but wanting something with a higher fire rating and finding a roof solution that didn’t price me out of doing renovations later. As I drive up, this new roof blends so well with the alpine setting, and it’s one that will be easy to work with later if I do updates.
Charles and the team were extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. I needed additional venting for my attic and they were able to help me quickly, with a fair price and friendly service. Easy decision to use them again for any future roofing needs.
